15 Best Flours That Are Totally Gluten-free
With rising health consciousness across the globe, the demand for gluten-free foods is shooting up. However, it must be understood hat gluten-free consumption is inherently necessitated primarily in case of gluten-intolerance. A person suffering from intolerance towards gluten is prone to exhibiting allergic reactions or falling prey to celiac and non-celiac diseases.
Gluten is a protein present in wheat-flour that precipitates due to the formation of cross-linked bonds, through the process of kneading. Higher the elasticity of the flour-dough, higher the gluten-content. Bread and baked goods that are crumblier in texture are low on gluten-content.
15 Gluten-free Flours That Are Healthy for You
There are many gluten-free substitutes available in the Indian and international markets alike, that promote a gluten-free diet, since the only way known to deal with gluten-intolerance and its ally diseases is a gluten-free diet. 1. Is Eating Gluten-Free Healthy?
Gluten-related disorders can be controlled only through a gluten-free diet. Therefore, it is most certainly a healthy choice for people suffering from these symptoms and conditions. 3. Can You Go Gluten-Free While Pregnant?
If you are gluten-intolerant and pregnant, then you must entirely avoid gluten, while maintaining an apt-nutritional intake through various sources like the ones mentioned above. Also, keeping yourself hydrated is crucial while consuming high fibre food.

10 Effective Pregnancy Sleep Tips
Now that you are pregnant, you will find that you have more difficulty sleeping than when you were not expecting your little bundle of joy. There are many reasons for this. One of the main causes of the lack of sleep during pregnancy is nausea. This is triggered by the hormonal changes going on in your body.
Apart from this, pregnant women also suffer from heartburn, restless legs, breathlessness, anxiety about the baby, and aches and pains related to pregnancy. Other medical conditions like a stuffy nose, snoring, and leg cramps could also keep you up at night.
Here are 10 sleeping tips for pregnant women that will make sure that you are well-rested every night.
Sleeping Tips During Pregnancy
1. Have A Sleep Schedule
One of the most efficient and successful methods to ensure that you get the sleep you require is to establish and stick to a sleep schedule. Each of us require different amounts of sleep, but most medical experts agree that individuals require between six to eight hours of sleep every day. Once you decide how much sleep you require, decide a time you will wake up every morning. Work backwards and calculate by when you will need to sleep to get adequate sleep. No matter what, you must always wake up at the time you have decided. This will put your mind into a cycle that it will recognize soon and will send signals to your body when it is time to sleep.
2. Have A Bed Time Routine
Start with ten minutes every night where you wind down from the day’s activities. You can include your night time brushing into this routine. Start with drinking warm milk which has been proven to make you fall asleep faster. Once you become comfortable with taking time for yourself, you can extend it up to 30 minutes. Include a massage in this routine for best results.
3. Use Your Bed Only For Sleep And Sex
While it might be tempting to bring the laptop into bed, train your brain to understand that the bed is only for sleep and/or sex. Training your brain to understand that the bed is a place to reset your system and reboot is extremely important. Doing this will alleviate the stress of having screens on your bed, and it will program your body to do only one or two things in that specific space. This ensures better sleep quality.
4. Drink Up
Consuming enough water is of paramount importance during your pregnancy. Take care to drink water during the day time. Slow down as the night approaches as you can then avoid waking up in the night to urinate.
5. Exercise
Even as a pregnant woman, it is extremely vital that you get your daily dose of exercise for optimum health. Consult with your health specialist on what type of exercises you can engage in. Avoid any exercise at night as it releases a hormone called adrenaline that makes sleeping harder.
6. Left Side
By the time you hit the 20th week, you should be sleeping on your left side to ensure optimum blood flow to the developing foetus. It is best that you make it a habit from the time your pregnancy is confirmed. You must avoid sleeping on your back. Place a few pillows on your side to avoid turning over.
7. Avoid Heartburn
The best way to avoid heartburn is to not recline or lie down for up to two hours after consuming a meal. When sleeping, keep your head on an elevated level. Avoid food that is fried, spicy and acidic. This should ease any heartburn you may be experiencing.
8. Relax
Use relaxation techniques like meditation before going to bed. Aroma therapy with scented candles or essential oils has also been proven to relax your mind and body into a calm state. Leave all your worries outside your bedroom and let go of any stress you might be carrying.
9. Keep The Smartphone Off
Any screen that comes with a backlight tricks your brain into thinking that it is still day time. It is best to avoid all screens, including your phone, for an hour before bedtime. If you do feel like it, then read something light like a novel or a magazine before bed.
10. Get Help
If the insomnia persists, then you should get help for the same. Discuss the various options with your doctor and follow a plan that will suit you best.
Falling asleep and getting adequate rest might be the last thing you would think a pregnant woman needs to worry about. However, the changes in your body can keep you up all night and rob you of some much needed rest. Follow the above tips to ensure a good night’s rest.

Lessons 'Mrs. Doubtfire' Can Teach Your Child
A divorce is heartbreaking not just for you but your children as well. Yet, there are ways in which you, as a parent, can help them by turning this trauma into a learning phase. Here are some lessons from the movie, Mrs. Doubtfire, that can help you in doing so.
A breach in your marriage can lead to problems that although you may successfully iron out, could sometimes take on bigger proportions. Also, the trauma your kids go through is intense. If you’re going through a divorce, seek help from an unlikely source, one that can teach you how to handle your children and help them make the transition to being kids of divorced parents.
Important Things to Learn About Divorce from the Movie Mrs. Doubtfire
1. It doesn’t mean the end of the family
A divorce is not really the end of a family for a child but it’s very easy for them to think it is! You should always assure your little one that no matter what, whenever he needs one or both of his parents, the two of you will be there for him. A divorce between a couple does not end the love that parents have for their children.
2. It’s not their fault
Sometimes, children start blaming themselves for their parents’ separation. One of the lessons to learn from the movie Mrs. Doubtfire is that marriages can fail in spite of children but not because of them. You must make your child understand that her being there had nothing to do with the breakup of your relationship.

3. Divorce is sometimes a solution
When appropriate, you’ll have to make your child understand that all stories may not end with a ‘they lived happily ever after’ tagline. As your child and also as an individual, he needs to understand that separation and divorce may be the best choice for you and the family. In Mrs. Doubtfire, both the characters co-parent their kids beautifully. As a mom, you can take a few pointers too.
4. Even parents can make mistakes
We usually hear that children make mistakes, but Mrs. Doubtfire teaches an important lesson that even parents can make mistakes. But, what you must explain to your child is that they should never hold this against their parents since you had to take a decision that was difficult but was in the best interest of everyone in the family. You also need to drive home the point that your child will always have the right over your and your ex-partner’s unconditional love.
5. Your child is the top priority
Despite being divorced, the character Robin Williams plays in Mrs. Doubtfire goes to immense comical lengths just to be with his children. While no one can miss the humour, it’s also an important lesson your child can learn that she’s the topmost in his parents' priority list.
Going through a divorce may be one of the most difficult moments for everyone involved—the couple, the children, and even their extended families. It’s crucial to make this process easier and learn to be amicable towards each other by behaving and handling things in a mature way. Your kids should not be made to feel bitter about the situation or the people involved. Read more

How to Condition and Nurture Your Child Without Trying "TOO" Hard
Initial years of a child are the parameters for his future development. What a child learns in the first 3 years of his life, shape and mould him for his future. In today's fast paced generation children start everything pretty early, and that becomes overwhelming for 1st time parents.
Well as it's said there are no set rules for parenting, and every parent curates their own rules today i'll be sharing a few rules that worked for us ''without trying too hard"
1.Start at the Very "START"
Yes that's true, there is no right time to start the "Conditioning" process.,so we should start from the very "start". While spending time with kids, start by reading to them, singing rhymes, alphabet songs ,number songs, and other creative stuff. These are the basic things which will help the children to recognise and learn these things faster in the future.
2. Practice Good Habits with Kids
Parents often find it very challenging to discipline their kids, and it's very hard and exhausting at times. But in order to inculcate good manners and habits, parents have to practice them with their kids. Like teaching them the use of polite words (Please, thankyou, sorry, excuse me, etc) teach them to pick up thier toys, put away dirty dishes, use dustbins etc. When we practice with kids what we are trying to teach them, then it builds a trust bond with them and these good habits automatically insinuate in them.
3. 'Inculcate' Not Impose
We often as parents try imposing everything on our children like our views, thoughts, feelings and basically everything. And that is where things go south, kids these days do not like being imposed with anything. They often like to take the charge and not follow instructions. So parents instead of imposing should try inculcating good through showing calmer responses, favourable gestures, and effective techniques for moulding kids in a specific way.
4. Set Rewards and Punishments
When it comes to conditioning the most important thing for a kid is to understand the consequenses of his/her actions. Every good deed, be small or big must be appreciated with set rewards and every bad deed must be served with a punishment. In this way a kids understands the consequences of every good and bad decision made by them and more often they end up making the right choices.
5. Instill Optimism and Confidence
The most important step of good parenting is to instill good faith, optimism and self confidence in kids. Not all children are the same, some might be good at one thing and the others might be good at something else. Never weigh down a child under your expectations. Try understanding their strong pursuit and focus on refining that talent, FOCUS ON STRENGHTS NOT WEAKNESSES. Fill your child with optimism and confidence and then they can rule the world!

A. A lot of times normal delivery is actually seen in these cases also if the doctor is quick and the child cooperate then yes normal delivery is very much possible but some doctors don’t take a chance with the health of your child and so they normally suggest C-section so let’s see what’s your situation by the end when you are into your labour
