20 Easy to Do Science Experiments for Kindergarten & Kids
Your child is at an age when the world around him/her seems exciting and plain old fun. It's no wonder it's the best time to introduce your kindergarten kids to the fascinating world and wonders of science. Here are a couple of easy kindergarten science experiments for your kids.
Simple Science Experiments For Preschool Children
These cool kindergarten science experiment ideas can be done indoors and outdoors and will assimilate fine motor and observational skills in kids. Try these out at home and outside too.
Sink And Float
Sink and float is a fun science game where you take a sheet of paper and label two columns as sink and float, respectively. You then tell your child to collect a couple of household and simple outdoor objects and try placing them one at a time in a big bowl or pan of water to see whether they sink or float.
The science behind this is that heavy objects sink while light objects float. Your kids will love it.
Invisible Drawing
Tell your kid to take a pan of water and mix in a few drops of dishwashing detergent. Get them a cotton swab and encourage them to draw or write their favorite letters on the bathroom window. After a hot bath or steam bath, they'll notice that the letters or pictures they drew on the glass become visible despite the foggy surroundings.
The science behind this is that dishwashing detergent prevents water molecules from forming on the surface. Amazing!
The Egg Game
Give your kid a glass and ask him to pour water till the halfway mark. Now, ask your kid to mix six tablespoons of salt and stir. Again, instruct your kid to gently add water till it the glass is almost full. Tell him/her to place the egg in the water and watch what happens. The egg will float because salt increases the density of the water.
The Magnet Game
Ask your kid to gather a few items from around the house and place them near a magnet one by one. The ones that are made from metal or nickel will get pulled in while the others won't stick to the magnet. It's a cool way to teach your kid about the magnetic properties of metals.
Colour Theory Game
Take three glasses and fill them with water and add food colouring in each. Make sure the colours you add are red, yellow, and blue. Ask your kid to mix the colours and observe how new colours form. The science behind this is that red, yellow, and blue, are primary colours which can be used to create more colour variations.
Ice Cups
Ask your kid to take three cups of water and fill them up to the brim. Cover one of them with a lid and tell him to put them all in the freezer. In the morning, remind your kid to take them out from the freezer and check them again. The cup with the lid will have noticeable cracks; the reason being water expands when frozen to cold temperatures, causing the cup to crack.
The Balloon Experiment
Inflate a balloon and place it near your kid's ear. Gently tap it and watch him/her marvel at the outcome. The science lesson in this is that air molecules move and collide with each other, thus increasing sound waves.
The Wave Game
Take a bottle and fill 3/4 of it with water and the rest with castor oil. Add food colouring to the mix and ask your kid to turn it upside down or side to side. Colourful waves will travel from one end to the other, thus teaching them that the Earth's gravitational pull causes waves as it rotates around the sun.
The Gravity Game
Take a big watermelon and apple. Make sure you weight them each apart so that your kid realizes which one is heavier. Take them to a tall playground structure and ask him/her to drop both of them at the same time. If done correctly, both the objects will hit the ground at the same time. Your kid may be baffled at this experiment and ask how the heavier object didn't reach the ground before the lighter one.
The answer is the Earth's gravity attracts all objects with an equal pull and this pull's force doesn't change based on the weights of different objects. Repeat this experiment with bowling balls, ping pong balls, and other objects and watch your kids' curiosity unfold! Newton would be proud.
The Water Lesson
This little game involves three coffee cans, pieces of black construction paper, some tape, moist dirt, sand, and some time. Place the three cans in front of a sunny window on top of a radiation. Tape all the three with black construction paper except make sure that the second one is filled halfway with moist dirt and the third with sand. Ask your kid to make a hypothesis and check back after a while. Your kid will notice that the paper taped to the can filled with dirt will be drenched with moisture while the sandy can will have light traces of moisture, thus proving that soil retains water.
This lesson is also tied to their kindergarten curriculum and introduces them to their water cycle lessons too!
Best Science Experiments For Children
We understand your kid may be entering junior high any time which is why we have covered science experiments for children who are older than kindergarten kids too. Here are a couple of easy science experiments for kids of older age groups-
The Shadow Game
Everyday life provides many opportunities for this fun little game. Ask your child to investigate his shadow and guess where the light source comes from. What happens if he changes the shape of the shadow and takes objects like hula hoops and morphs it into different shapes? What happens if you change the direction the hula hoop is facing or if you move to a different spot outdoors or indoors? Explore this game with a lamp as well.
Backyard Detectives
Take your kid out on a detective adventure to the backyard or a park. Ask him to explore different species of plants, bugs, insects, and small-sized animal species. Teach them to observe trees and look for signs of animal life there. Have the leaves been eaten or has the soil been burrowed? Ask questions aloud like, 'I wonder what the ants eat?' or 'I wonder how the caterpillar moves' will teach you kid about the structures of organisms and how they meet their basic needs. Ask your child to wonder about which animals take shelter where and when they come out. Document these changes and capture outdoor moments on camera every season to make memories and have fun exploring hands-on learning.
Playground Science
Take your kid to the playground and ask them to balance themselves on swings or play structures. Ask them to think about what they are doing and how long they are able to maintain balance based on different postures. Tell them to think about what happens when they push harder on the swing and why it happens. Playing on the swings will teach your kids about equal and opposite forces.
Weather And Structure Games
When taking your kid on car rides or bus trips, ask him to describe the shapes and number of clouds, whether the sun is visible or not or where light comes from, the differences between manmade structures, and describing what the weather is like. These observations will model their senses and enhance their understanding of their surroundings. Ask your child to reason why the moon follows them at the night and explain to them why that appears to be so but is not.
Building Blocks
Take your child to construction sites or places with bricks and stones. Ask him to look closely and notice whether the stone has multiple colours or how they differ in shape and texture. Explain to him how buildings are made and how the materials look and differ in their foundations. What kind of challenges do construction workers face during building constructions and why are the rooftops of houses slanted? These experiences will build your child's observation skills and awareness of their environments.
Kitchen Experiments
The kitchen is a wonderful avenue for developing a sense of measuring and observing how changes take place (foundations of chemistry). Children of this age are curious and want to help out in the kitchen. Let your child do that by encouraging him/her to mix ingredients, play with recipes, and watch how changes occur when two ingredients mix and heat up on the pan. Make scrambled eggs and pancakes in front of your child and allow them to observe how the fire changes the shape and colour of the yolk and encourage him/her to describe what he/she is seeing.
Coloured Flowers
Capillary action is when water flows through small spaces without the help of gravitational pull or external opposing forces. This phenomenon is due to the high surface tension of fluids and it explains how a sponge draws water into it or how hair strands stay wet after a bath even if gravity acts on them. A fun experiment to demonstrate this is to take a bunch of white flowers, trim with angled cuts and place them in a cup of lukewarm water. Add a couple drops of food dye and colouring and let the flowers sit for a few hours, until they begin to change colours. Your kids will be left mind-blown with this experiment.
Homemade Slime
Slime ranks at the top of childhood memories and who doesn't have fond memories of watching Ghost Busters as kids? For this cool little trick, take a 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of white school glue, and add a few drops of food colouring to the mix. Add borax solution to the glue and water and mix. Continue kneading till it results in a texture you like and remove the slime from your bowl or cup and have fun.
Paper Airplanes
Teach your kids a little bit about physics and origami by making a paper airplane. Let it fly and bend its corners to demonstrate how the plane changes its flight path.
Mentos Fun
This experiment is a little explosive in nature so make sure to stand back when watching it go. For this you need a can of diet coke and a mentos pack. Drop in a mentos (or two) in the can of diet coke can and watch it explode! Older kids absolutely love it!
Kids love quenching their curiosity and exploring the marvels of science. At these budding ages, let them explore, have fun, and try out these science experiments and activities for kids at home and outside while you're at it!
Your kid will definitely think you're cool and creative and give you props for your taste of adventure with these easy but fun indoor and outdoor science experiments!

Body Odour During Pregnancy - Causes and Remedies
Pregnancy changes your hormonal levels drastically, and they, in turn, impact your sensory functions and emotions. With a change in your basal metabolic rate and increased blood supply to all parts of your body- armpits, vagina, uterus and pretty much everywhere your glands work overtime. You may suddenly find yourself not feeling fresh as a daisy anymore. Pregnancy also turns your nose into that of a bloodhound, and you may not get over the foul odour your body emanates. Body odour during pregnancy can make you feel really conscious and embarrassed. Hormones play truant during lactation too and cause a pungent odour, especially at the genitals and armpits. But then again, body odour is very common among pregnant women.
What Causes Body Odour During Pregnancy?
Estradiol is a hormone which increases during pregnancy resulting in a heightened sense of smell. It is easy to deal with odours coming from outside, but the foul smell that emerges from your own body could be intolerable. Understanding the underlying reasons for the bad-smelling odours could help with coping with them. Read on to find out the primary reasons for strong body odour during pregnancy:
1. Hormonal Change
With a drastic change in the hormonal levels in the body, especially with increased quantities of estradiol, your body produces a strong smell. Hormones are the main reason for the pungent odour. The main areas that hormones affect are the genitals and armpits, which is why underarm odour during pregnancy is most common among expectant mothers.
2. Excessive Sweating
During pregnancy, the body temperature rises, and pregnant women generally have a low tolerance while dealing with heat. The additional weight that you carry makes you sweat more even on cold days. Sweat glands in pregnant women become hyperactive and intensify body odour. The sweat is odourless, however, when it settles on the skin, it creates an atmosphere for bacteria to thrive causing bad body odour during pregnancy.
3. Increased Sensitivity
With the increase in the level of hormones, pregnant women experience different cravings and sensations. Your sense of smell will be heightened, and you may find yourself cringing at the slightest of whiffs, occasionally to the point of throwing up. It may be quite likely that people around you have not noticed the odour, but you have. Blame it on your increased sensitivity to things.
4. Preparation for Breastfeeding
When you are pregnant, your body is preparing for lactation. Remember that your little one will take some time to develop proper hearing and vision, and until then, it is their keen sense of smell that will help them recognise things. Your baby will recognise you by your smell, and it is but natural that a strong odour will draw your baby closer to you. Your smelly armpits would encourage your baby to swirl their head in the direction of your breasts to feed naturally.
5. Change in Diet
Healthy food is an integral part of pregnancy, and most expectant mothers eat a variety of nutritious foods. Certain food cause changes in body odour. Red meat has amino acids which cause the sweat to smell a certain way for a couple of hours or even for days. Seafood affects not only the odour of sweat but also vaginal discharge. Vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower contain sulphur that is absorbed in the bloodstream. This erupts as sweat on the surface of the skin which mixes with bacteria resulting in a foul odour. Some medications that you take will also cause a change in body odour.
Most often, it is only you who can sense this odour owing to your heightened sense of smell. Do not worry about reactions from others. However, if you experience any vaginal secretions that have a strange colour or odour, contact your doctor.
Tips for Getting Rid of Pregnancy Body Odour
Bathe at least twice daily: Shower or take a bath at least twice a day. Try using an anti-bacterial soap to kill the bacteria that causes bad odour. Use clean towels to wipe yourself dry.
Keep your skin fresh: When taking a shower, keep a container with some water and squeeze a few drops of lemon. After using this concoction, rinse with water in another container with a bit of honey. This combinations leaves the skin smooth and helps the skin remain fresh for long. If you are taking a bath, add a bunch of mint leaves as the aroma will be rejuvenating.
Shampoo regularly: Wash your hair with shampoo at least three times a week. Spray some perfume on your comb or brush so that it lends the scent to your hair every time you run it through. Keep your comb clean and dry at all times.
Stay trimmed and pruned: Hair in the genitals and underarms can accumulate sweat and trap bacteria on the skin. Keep it trimmed so that it does not produce sweat that will lead to bad odour.
Use a deodorant, antiperspirant, or powder: Apply deodorant or talcum powder on your underarms to smell fresh. If you sweat profusely, then use an antiperspirant, as it will be more effective. Make sure that you carry it with you wherever you go. Deodorants don’t stop you from sweating; they simply do the job of helping you smell nice.
Wear loose and breathable clothes: Wear fabrics like linen and cotton, which are more breathable. Avoid wearing the same clothes and wash them after one use. Try adding ¼ cup white vinegar in the rinse cycle to your laundry. You could also try washing your clothes separately and adding fabric conditioner to get them to smell fresh. If your undergarments smell bad, soak them in a solution of ¼ cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water for 15 minutes before washing them.
Stay hydrated: Drink fluids to control body odour as water flushes out all toxins from your body and keeps your system clean.
Eat right: Avoid eating onions, garlic, and red meat in excessive amounts. Stick to fruits and green vegetables as these will reduce body odour and will also be beneficial to the foetus.
Things to Remember
Even after maintaining an impeccable standard of personal hygiene and eating right, you may experience severe body odour. In such circumstances, make sure to consult your doctor. Your doctor may suggest some medicated soap or make a few changes to the medications that you might be taking. Remember that your body odour will never harm your baby and more often than not, it is only you who will be able to smell it. The methods mentioned above are the safest ways to get rid of body odour and maintain personal hygiene. So go on and try them and don’t fret too much as it is all a part of the experience.

Occupational Therapy for Children
When a child grows up, he undergoes a lot of physical, mental, a sociological development that helps him navigate the real world and interact with others. The initial years are the crux of brain development since a lot of growth occurs during this time. Certain kids, unfortunately, do not reach these development stages as needed, and their maturity does not match the level of other kids of their same age. In such a dilemma, occupational therapy comes to their rescue.
What is Occupational Therapy (OT)?
Occupational therapy is a set of exercises, techniques and activities that assist children in developing the skills and forms required to start living their lives independently. Many kids need a lot of help with basic daily routines such as brushing teeth, wearing clothes, or schooling related activities such as noting down what’s written on the blackboard or making use of simple tools. Their motor responses and sensory nodes do not respond and process at the level as that of other children. This causes them to be slower, to make more mistakes than others, and can affect the child quite a lot.
With occupational therapy, your child will begin to carry out most of the activities by himself gradually over time.
When Does a Child Need OT?
You might wonder 'Does my child need occupational therapy to live his life?'. Some kids might bloom later than others and they may not require any therapy as such. However, there are certain cases when occupational therapy might be considered for a child:
Suffering from birth-related defects
Problems processing sensory receptions
Have faced injuries immediately after birth
Failing to learn new things easily
Having arthritis, bone-related disorders or so
Developmental disorders such as autism or behavioural issues
Has suffered extreme level burns
Kids suffering from cancer, palsy, or other debilitating illnesses
Benefits of Occupational Therapy for Kids
Introducing your kid to occupational therapy can have the following benefits.
1. Handling the Daily Routine of Life
Certain kids face issues in carrying out activities that are essential in the daily routine of life. These include brushing their teeth, going to the toilet, holding a pencil to write or draw something, wearing their own clothes, buttoning a shirt, and so on. These are activities kids should start doing by themselves independently. Occupational therapy helps them achieve that independence.
2. Resolving Issues of Sensory Perception and Processes
When children have issues with their sensory organs, they encounter trouble in seeing things correctly, finding sounds to be too quiet or too loud, not understanding touch, failing to recognize smells, having different taste perceptions and so on. These could result in an extreme behaviour at school or lethargy and apathy too. With occupational therapy, these kids can be taught to bring back control over their senses and assess them accordingly.
3. Bringing Better Movement Possibilities to Kids with Cerebral Palsy
Cerebral palsy is a condition that pretty much restricts any physical movement, depending on the severity of the condition. Most kids also suffer from dystrophy in the muscles, rendering them unable to move and resorting to using a wheelchair. Since their lives revolve around it, occupational therapy helps them cultivate their activities by teaching them to use it properly, and make the necessary adjustments to turn it into an integral part of their life.
4. Helping Kids with Autism Communicate and Interact Better
Although kids suffering from Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) might be clubbed with autism, the problems both suffer are different. Autistic kids do show tendencies similar to that of kids with SPD but not vice versa. These kids have trouble conversing with people, do not engage in play, and stay aloof from any activities. Each child’s behaviour needs to be handled separately and occupational therapy for children with autism helps out a lot in that regard. By addressing only those problems that are necessary, it does not become a generalized solution and helps kids overcome their issues sooner.
5. Stabilising the Lives of Kids with Motor Skill Issues
Some children have issues with the muscles in their limbs as well as fingers or so. This can cause trouble while learning to walk, or ride a bicycle and so on. Occupational therapy works on this problems individually and either helps them adapt to it, or even remove the condition altogether.
6. Relearning What They Know Already for Kids with Injuries and Burns
These kids might have led normal lives right from the beginning until an incident rendered them unable to do so. For such kids, the problem is forgetting what they already knew and doing it differently. Occupational therapy helps them get perspective in understanding different ways of carrying out previously known activities and get good at it.
Difference Between Occupational & Physical Therapy
Occupational therapy for children with special needs and physical therapy for children with disabilities might seem like the same thing. However, physical therapy primarily focuses on reducing pain, improving physical movement and strength, and deals with limbs and joints. Occupational therapy includes that along with a focus on cognitive and perception skills, behavioural disorders, and relearning abilities.
Occupational Therapy Activities for Children
Here are some occupational therapy activities that are suggested for kids.
1. Activities that Improve Quality of Sleep
Certain children face trouble sleeping properly through the night. By making use of activities like pre-sleep baths, body massages, therapies involving connecting with sand and water, special objects that reduce the effect of sounds and lights, making use of certain smells to induce sleep, are all used in a combination to tackle the problem.
2. Activities that Help Integrate Various Senses
Children may face problem responding to all the stimulation and triggers of the environment. These can be combated by making use of techniques that create a deep calming pressure in the presence of the child. Even use of a bean bag creates a softness in the environment that immediately calms everything down. Making use of stress balls, chewy toys, soft blankets, is good occupational therapy for ADHD child, too.
3. Activities that Improve Limb Coordination
Some kids might not be able to judge their limb movements with eyes or fail to use a particular side. With hand-eye coordination activities, children are encouraged to use bats and balls to try and hit it successfully, or catch a ball by judging it well. For kids that cannot use either left or right side of the body in a decent manner, bilateral activities like rope pulling, dough kneading, using a rolling pin and so on can be quite helpful.
4. Activities that Help Improve Visual Perception
Many children have trouble perceiving shapes of three-dimensional spaces. This can be handled by making clay shaped objects and letting them examine it. Baking cakes in various alphabet shapes, using moulds to match them, can help further. Jigsaw puzzles of a simpler level can work wonders in that regard.
5. Activities that Build on Motor Skills
If a child has a problem using his hands or feet properly, many exercises are focused on twisting the wrists, bending the fingers, and so on. Special scissors can be used to help him cut paper properly. For movement related problems, undertaking supervised swimming, or balancing while walking on a thin platform, can be useful as well.
6. Activities that Encourage Cognitive Thinking
These kids need encouragement in trying out things in a different way. This could be attained by letting them paint something with a cloth instead of a brush, or flipping coins in a box from a distance, or undertaking craft related activities that help with visual as well as limb improvement skills.
Occupational therapy exercises for children are a dime a dozen. But their application needs a proper understanding of your child and his issues. Moreover, maintaining your kid’s self-esteem as he resolves these issues is extremely important and plays a vital role in turning him into a successful individual ahead. Read more

7 Reasons You Should Take Up Zumba in the New Year
Getting in perfect shape is everyone’s dream. The zeal and enthusiasm to work towards that goal, though? Whole different story! As much as we know that exercise is important for our body, not everyone is quite fond of it. Hitting the gym may not be everybody’s cup of tea; with all those complicated machines, and things like reps and sets and routines to remember, there seems to be too much effort involved to lose weight! When it comes to regular forms of exercise, though, there’s not much novelty involved either.
This is precisely why Zumba will become your favourite fitness routine to try out this year!
What is Zumba?
Created in the 1990s by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez, Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements, largely influenced by various Latin-American dance styles among others. The music played is energetic (Bollywood numbers are played too!) and sometimes, exercises like squats and lunges are also worked into the choreography. While it looks like it’s all fun and games, this medium-intensity workout provides your body with plenty of health benefits. In fact, people who detest exercise are slowly sashaying their way into Zumba because of how fun it is! If you’re one of those people or you’re just looking for a change in fitness routines, this is why you should give Zumba a try!
7 Benefits of Taking Up Zumba
With the 7 health benefits it offers, this is why Zumba is going to be your new favourite exercise!
1. Zumba Lets You Dance Your Way to Good Health
Dancing reduces levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) in your body, which is why you feel so good after grooving to some music. Zumba doesn’t require you to be an exceptionally talented dancer to make the best of the activity. As long as you’re moving your feet (and your hips and glutes too!) in time with the music, your enthusiasm will be just enough! Spend 60 minutes in a Zumba class and you’d be burning approximately 370 calories while having a ball of a time!
2. It’s a Full-body Workout
While the arms aren’t targeted in a traditional Zumba routine, plenty of key areas of the body sure are. Your core is strengthened because a lot of the moves involve the hips and the midsection of the body. Your legs and glutes are also sure to feel the burn as you perform some of the moves which work the hamstrings and quads. After a couple of classes, you’re definitely going to notice a remarkable difference in your flexibility and strength.
3. Zumba is Pretty Low-maintenance
If you’re going to join Zumba classes that are led by an instructor, you’ll probably have to work out in a fitness studio. But you can also follow videos available online or on DVDs and work out at home. As for equipment, well, put on your comfortable sports shoes that will allow for some dance movements, some fitness wear that will accommodate your energetic moves, and that’s it! However, be warned - when we say ‘low-maintenance’, we mean that you don’t need much preparation or equipment for a Zumba workout. You definitely need all the energy you can muster, though!
4. It Helps Build Endurance
A couple of classes down the line, your endurance levels will go up - basically, the amount of oxygen you take in while performing a high-intensity activity will increase. It is perfect for when you’ll need that extra jolt of energy to chase after your little one who refuses to eat his dinner!
5. Zumba is a Social Activity
When you join Zumba classes, you’ll notice that most of the people attending would be regulars, because who can keep away from Zumba once it reels you in with its fun factor? You get to make friends with these people in between all the dancing, clapping, and ‘WOO’ing you’ll be busy with! Additionally, it gives you an extra incentive to not miss a single class.
6. It Will Help Boost Your Mood
Since your cortisol levels go down, your stress levels will be kept at bay. It also helps release endorphins which trigger feelings of positivity, making you feel pretty darn good about yourself and the way you look! And since you’ll be in the midst of like-minded people who want to have fun, the general mood of the group is sure to rub off on you too!
7. Zumba Helps With Serious Health Problems As Well
When it comes to heart health, Zumba helps increase aerobic capacity, which is a measure of cardiovascular fitness. It also reduces blood pressure, lowers bad cholesterol, and leads to a drop in your blood sugar levels, which is useful for diabetics.
With these 7 benefits, we’re sure that Zumba is looking more tempting than ever. Remember, you take out so much time for your family and external commitments; you owe it to yourself to prioritise your good health and happiness. And if exercise is going to help you catch two birds with one stone, i.e. if you can achieve good health and happiness with Zumba, then why not give it a go this year?

Have You Vaccinated Your Child? Why It Is So Important!
India’s Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP) was started to eradicate the diseases that kill children under 5 years of age. The first one was the rota virus vaccine, which prevents life-threatening diarrhoea. The second one is the pneumococcal vaccine which is to eradicate bacterial pneumonia. In addition to saving millions of lives, it also prevents millions of children from being hospitalised. Even though a huge initiative was taken in recent years, it is devastating to know that millions still die each year in India before they reach their fifth birthday. The World Health Organisation (WHO) says, “Immunisation averts an estimated 2-3 million deaths every year, providing protection from diphtheria, measles, pertussis (whooping cough), pneumonia, polio, rota virus diarrhoea, rubella and tetanus. Yet, an estimated 22 million infants are not fully immunised with routine vaccines. There is an urgent need to better communicate the health benefits of vaccination and the dangers of not immunising children.”
Not only do vaccines protect against a variety of diseases, but they are also extremely safe. There might be pain and fever for a couple of days. But that's it and it is nothing compared to the deadly diseases it prevents. If a child (or adult) is immunised, they are literally preventing an epidemic from starting.
So better be safe than sorry. Diseases give you physical, mental and financial trouble. Vaccination saves you from that. And at the national level, immunisation has not only cut mortality rates in children but also made them healthy and strong. The vaccine contains an antigen ( invader) is injected to the body. These antigens are usually deactivated. When our system detects these antigens, it sees them as a invader and generates antibodies (proteins that attack foreign particles.). So when a real virus tries to enter the body, the appropriate antibodies are generated to fight the virus. This makes our body immune to the virus. The antibodies will be in our body for a long time and will cast off the virus in case of an attack.
Now that you know why vaccination is important for your child, please diligently follow the vaccination schedule as it is extremely important. And always follow up with a doctor in case of any doubts.
The protection of our future generation lies in our hands.

A. I think it would be advisable for you to get an ultrasound done with your doctor that’s going to give you a clarity because if there is a pregnancy it would be visible at least at least that sack is visible if it’s a regular pregnancy so it would be advisable to have a test with your doctor

A. dear Mum, you should not give any sort of gripe water or ghutti to your baby. these are unhealthy and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. so, these should be completely avoided.
