How to Conceive Triplets Naturally
Triplets are the dream of many families. Those adorable little munchkins and their contagious energy are what make parenting a beautiful journey. If you've always dreamed of having triplets then you'd be glad to know that there are ways to conceive them naturally. From fertility assistance to lifestyle tips and techniques, here is everything you need to know about triplet births and also how to increase your chances of conceiving triplets naturally.
Formation of Triplet Babies
Triplets are formed in mainly two ways-
Monozygotic- Where the embryo splits into three identical ones, thus giving birth to babies of the same gender and genes
Dizygotic - Each embryo gets fertilized by separate sperms. The babies may or may not be of the same sex or either carry the same genes.
Another way triplets are formed are when an embryo gives birth to twins and are followed by another one that gets fertilized separately. This is fondly referred to by mothers as 'a pair and a spare' which indicates that the spare baby may be of different gender and genetic disposition than the twins. The twins, however, will carry the same DNA.
Odds of Having Triplets
Getting triplets isn’t something that happens to everyone. In fact, there is a good chance that you may not know any couples who have triplets. If you're curious about your odds of having triplets, then here are some facts you need to know-
You must have a family history of birthing triplets
You must be 30 years or older since older women have higher chances of conceiving triplets
You must come from a family that has a history of hyper-ovulation
There is a 1 in 9000 chance of conceiving triplets according to Australian research
You have a 1 in 40 chance of birthing triplets if you take fertility assistance
How to Get Pregnant with Triplets?
If you're trying to get pregnant with triplets, then you'll be glad to know that there are a couple of ways to increase your chances of conceiving. Age is a huge factor since women over the age of 30 and below 40 experience a spike in fertility before entering their peri-menopausal years, thus increasing the chances of releasing multiple eggs for fertilization.
Fertility assistance is one the main ways couples increase their conception chances, but there are other factors you can naturally influence to maximize your likelihood of a triplet conception. Keep reading, and we'll explain how to conceive triplets.
Tips to Conceive Triplets Naturally
Having triplets is the dream of many mothers. Your family grows, there's an abundance of energy and so many memories to make as your child grows through the following years. For some, it's a dream, and for others, it's pure terror.
Here are some of the best tips for conceiving triplets naturally, according to Australian doctors and previous medical research-
Consume a nutritious diet rich in yams, milk, and dairy products
The only possible way to increase your chances of having triplets is to have lots of intercourse during your high sex-drive years
Eat foods that stimulate progesterone production such as almonds, walnuts, chicken, eggs, and whole grains
If you've given birth to twins or more children before, your chances of conceiving triplets will increase substantially
Increase your body weight
Quit smoking and alcoholism
If you're of African descent, your chances will be very high
Take a folic acid supplement every day
Stop taking hormonal birth control drugs
Be extremely lucky or blessed
Get fertility assistance since that will increase your chances by up to 85%!
Due Date for Triplets
Your due date will arrive sooner than you'd expect when you're having triplets. Normally, it takes 36 weeks for twins to be birthed while it takes 33 weeks for triplets to come out from your womb. The reason behind this is that your uterus swells, thus triggering cervical contractions early on which leads to an early delivery due to the small size of the babies.
There is another reason behind the early delivery date, and that's because the uterus doesn't have enough room to let the babies grow further, thus triggering an early or premature delivery.
Complications Associated with Having Triplets
Although triplets are a dream for many, sometimes things go off-track and aren't quite what you'd expect. Pregnancy with one child itself is fraught with complications so it would be logical to assume that the risks are greater when it comes to triplets. This is because the body has to use its resources for four individuals, including yourself!
Here are pregnancy or birthing complications associated with having triplets that you need to be aware of-
1. For Mother
Triplets pregnancy risks associated with the mother bearing them are-
Severe sickness in the mornings
Heartburn
High blood pressure
Anaemia
Maternal pre-eclampsia
Premature delivery
Placenta Praevia
Chances of developing gestational diabetes
Excessive amniotic fluid in the placenta
Miscarriage
High likelihood of developing a condition known as 'varicose veins'
Difficulty breathing
Severe bleeding during and after birth
Difficulty breastfeeding three babies at the same time
2. For Baby
Pregnancy complications associated with the babies are-
Single or multiple stillbirths
Fetal growth abnormalities
Tangling of the umbilical cord
Your babies may develop Down Syndrome, although the chances of this are rare
You may experience a surge of emotions during the first few days when you discover that you're having triplets for the delivery date. Take some time off or discuss with your spouse how your lifestyle will change after conception.
On the other hand, if you feel blessed and have always wanted to conceive triplets, then congratulations. Be open to receiving gifts and take advantages of rented equipment and leased furniture to save expenses and financially stay afloat along the way. The best part is the whirl of tingling emotions you experience when you hear the good news . However, you must remember that once you give birth to triplets you will be in for a wild ride and experience a world of adventures. But, we promise that it'll be worth it! Read more

# New born skin, common issues and skin care in a nutshell
Hai friends.
Today I am writting in breif about the newborn skin and its difference from and adult skin.Skin is one the largest organ in our body with a lot of very important functions. Its the primary barrier against all pathogens. But is the newborn skin as equipped as adults skin to compact all pathogens...Definitely not....Hence care of new born skin is very important and is entirely different from that of an adult /child.Discussion will be under these broad headings

1-Difference between adult and newborn skin
2-Goals of skin care
3-skin care and issues:bath,diaper use,umbilicus care
1-DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NEWBORN AND ADULT SKIN
#new born skin is thinner than adults
#functionaly immature- more immature if gestation age is low as most maturation and fat deposition occurs in the last trimester of gestation
#increased permeability
#increased absorption
#increased evaporation-increases risk of dehydration with water loss(insensible water loss)
#very fragile due to very thin dermis
#decreased elasticity
2- GOALS IN SKIN CARE
#Minimal handelling-newborn should not be handled by many (common problem with too many visitors )..It increases risk for infection
#decrease water loss through skin:prevents dehydration.
#avoid exposure to toxins
#decrease exposure to unnecessary substances-most commonly seen is application of large amounts of kajal (contains lead),powder ect
#promote normal skin development
3-SKIN CARE
#Apply emollients (vaseline, petroleum jelly)- decreases water loss and gives temperature stability
#UMBILICAL CORD CARE
*Clean cord during bathing
*maintain it dry
*avoid applying herbal medications/turmeric powder
*fold diaper down so that it doesn't come in contact with the cord
*watch for pus discharge /redness around umbilicus(signs of infection )
# FIRST BATH
* If vitals stable ,weight normal(>2.5kg),temperature normal...then within 2-4 hrs after birth
*soap (mild/low alkaline)
*duration 2.5kg(however varies with the cleanliness and facilities of newborn care in institutions)
*term /small for date/preterm(2.5kg
*sanitize and dry hands before handling the newborns
# CARE OF DIAPER AREA
*diaper area is prone for infection because urine and faeces are alkalinising agents which alter the normal skin pH.Change in pH causes damage to the skin.
*avoid diaper usage as much as possible when indoor
*skin should be dried and aired between napkin changes
*observe for redness/rash in diaper areas.
I hope this articles gives a brief about the neonatal skin and common issues ..Kindly provide your valuable opinion and reviews.

11 Ways Pets Try to Communicate With You
Just like new moms, pets too care for their young ones and feel emotions like happiness and sadness. Although kitties and puppies can’t speak to you in your mother tongue, they do put their feelings out there and expect their owners to interpret them. Being a loving pet parent starts with bonding successfully with your furry family member.
How Cats Behave and What They Mean
Who doesn’t like those shiny green eyes, pink nose and long and white whiskers?! Having cats comes with its own share of communication problems as they are fairly more difficult to read than dogs. Here are some common cat behaviours and what they mean:
1. Purring = Don’t Stop!
One of the most common actions cats do, purring, is a sign of contentment. Sometimes, when you pat its head or stroke its belly, your cat will purr to show that it’s enjoying the moment. Your kitten may also purr if it’s scared or injured.
2. Meowing = Look at Me!
Miaow miaow all day long! Cats use meowing for a variety of reasons- for food, water, attention, or a hug. It’s just the way they express their different feelings to their owners. But, it’s different for every cat, so it’s up to you to figure out what your pet has been trying to tell you.
3. Closed Eyes While Sitting = I Like You!
You can close your eyes and relax when you’re with your partner, right? Closed eyes mean you’re letting your guard down; it is a sign of trust. Cats do that too, to people they like. Why not return the compliment when your kitty closes its eyes the next time?
4. Arched Back With Hairs Standing = Leave Me Alone!
Just like you, kitties have days when they’re feeling sleepy or irritated. And if you go to your cat when it’s angry, expect big eyes and also some hissing. Give your furry friend some space till it comes running to you on its own.
5. Rubbing Against Your Leg = You’re Mine!
It feels nice to have your feline rub against you and go around your feet, doesn’t it? Cats do this to declare their love for you and mark you as theirs. It also means that they want a tight hug from you.
6. Tail Talking = This is How I’m Feeling
Cats are capable of effectively communicating using their body - specifically their tails. While a tail with relaxed fur means your pet is happy, upright fur indicates anger or fear. When they tuck their tail under their hind legs, you should stay away as they are probably feeling anxious at that moment.
How Dogs Behave and What They Mean
Doggies use both their face and tail to express their emotions. They aren’t that hard to read, so communication problems don’t arise very frequently. However, do take out time to observe your canine friend, as doing this will only make your bond stronger.
1. Fetching Toys = I Want to Play!
This one is quite obvious. When your doggy brings back the stick or ball you threw to it, it’s in a playful mood. But, when your pet fetches you its favourite toy, think of it as a gift to you!
2. Raising a Paw = Give Me Your Attention!
When your pet raises its paw to shake your hand or touch you, you should give it some attention. That’s because puppies try to make you notice them by waving their paws in the air.
3. Wagging Its Tail = I’m Happy to See You!
When doggies need their me-time, they usually become quiet and retire to a safe corner of the house. So, when you next see it wagging its tail at you, safely assume that your happy furry friend is back. Besides this, doggies use their tail to communicate a range of emotions from “on-high-alert” to “feeling scared”.
4. Eyes Looking into Yours = I Trust You!
Just as prolonged eye contact means liking and trust for humans, it is the same for animals! When your doggy keeps making “puppy eyes” at you, it’s an indirect way of saying, “I love you.” If your puppy has been avoiding eye contact, it’s either uncomfortable or has done something wrong.
5. Exposing Its Belly While Down = Give Me a Belly Rub!
Call it animal instincts or something else, but dogs don’t usually expose their belly to humans as it makes them feel vulnerable. So, the next time you see your pet turning over on its back, just give it a belly massage!
Although efforts are being made to translate pet thoughts, success still is a long way off. Till then, these pet behaviour tips might come in handy! Read more

If relatives visit to my house as am living in joint family, they bring chocolates and chips for my daughter,I stopped them and said “No” but they feel that am disrespecting them . But it doesn’t matter to me.
They said its not that important to take her out to the park and walk every day but I said I will take her out. They feel bad for this too and the comment which I received most of the times is “ Do whatever you want to do “ we have already stopped to suggest you. But it doesn’t matter to me.
I said that I will not send my daughter to any of Playway as I feel insecure and I can teach her everything at home ,they said look at neighbours and relatives ,they all send their babies to playdates . I said please talk to my daughter gently with no any harsh words ,because she grab everything good and bad , and if I teach her all the basics then they said stop doing because she will learn everything when she step inside to school. I said but I will do they said “oh god you are such a overreacting female. But it doesn’t matter to me.
I said when you take my daughter with you ,don’t let her go to someone’s lap easily as I dont trust people, they said what is the harm in this,if someone trying to kiss her or wants to play with her.I said then please avoid taking her along with you. Because it does matter to me.
