Diet Plan for 16 Month 4 Week Old Toddler
Introduction
By now, we hope your little one has developed an interest in various foods and flavours, and looks forward to mealtime! Of course, we’re sure it may not always be smooth-sailing, especially when it comes to certain foods. Your baby may squeal with joy while slurping on a piece of mango, while pushing away every green leaf you place in front of him! Fret not, this is normal! Always feel free to substitute certain recipes with ingredients you think is better for your baby (more so if you notice any allergic reactions in him when he tries a particular food). Chicken Biryani
This is a special rice dish which is made and served on special occasions like ceremonies and parties. Making this dish is pretty much effortless, you just have to marinate the chicken, sauté a few spices and mix in the cooked rice. We would suggest the use of ghee instead of oil to get a more authentic flavour.
Serves
Preparation Time
Cooking Time
4 People
15-20 Minutes
30-45 Minutes
Ingredients
200 g basmati rice
500 g chicken
2 onions, chopped
2 green chilies, slit
2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp saffron strands, soaked in water
Oil for frying
Ghee for frying
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp red chilli powder
4 nos cardamom
4 nos cloves
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
1 potato, chopped
200 g thick yoghurt
1 small piece cinnamon
4 nos green cardamom
4 nos bay leaf
A few mint leaves, torn
50 ml milk
50 g Cashew nuts
Method
For marination
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Also, add mint leaves to the bowl. Mix it together and add chicken pieces to the mixture. Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.

Again add a layer of rice, chicken pieces, onions and repeat a layer of rice. 7. Now, close the wok with a lid and allow it to cook for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Step 6
Once the chicken is cooked, add saffron milk to the rice and cover it again for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish it with coriander leaves, fried onion and dry fruits.

Moodswings of babies in 19 months and how to handle them.
Most babies at 19 months of age feel independent and want to do everything by themselves.so let the Toddler do their work by themselves to an extent it's safe for them.if we refuse for something they actually want to do or actually want to play the mood swings start and they become crankier some times.so handle their mood swings with patience.stick to the situation it is correct or wrong don't confuse them by your decisions.example-by giving them the toy which is harmful for once and let them play and at another time refusing him by saying noThey learn quickly say no if it is no for it strictly but in a polite manner.so handle them by their mood not by your decision on certain time and situation.gradually by passing months they know about everything and inhale the habit which is correct or wrong.please give them some time tt adjust by themselves and everything will be normal as time goes on... every child is different from other so don't compare them with others and ask them to do the same.Toddler can get and become angry when they encounter a challenge are unable to communicate want he want to say or do of a basic need. Such as going to poti or hungry want some milk or water or else Some toy etc. Some uncommon triggers for angry they outbursts and show tantrums.tanturnms can be controlled by many things ask them help in your daliy needs and make them busy with the work or any play Toddler mood Change from time to time as the age increase the need for every thing increase .Parenting Is a huge task at the same time it's important to teach the toodler how to behave in public and in private don't confuse them by your actions at different times.Think it's a milestone of this month it goes of by time when you teach them how to handle it effectively and make them go through it calm understand what to be done and what not to be done. Q. my 2 years boy using left hand for picking any thing.how can I avoid this

A. Kids mostly prefer using the left hand only as a very comfortable and that’s a very natural thing for them to use so if you want to change this habit you just have to constantly remind or tell your child to use the right hand that is what you can do as in India we believe that only right hand should be used for everything but actually if you see the kids using the left hand is very comfortable and there is no problem in that
