Follow a natural sleep pattern, and refrain from sleeping in the afternoon as it may interrupt your sleep cycle in the night.

It’s advisable to restrict the consumption of red meat, deep-fried food, and eggs as much as you can. However, you may feast on fish once in a while.
Sugar-based products are considered unhealthy, as sugar increases Kapha. You may want to opt for honey instead, which is believed to reduce Kapha.

Avoid consuming potatoes or sweet potatoes as they can cause weight gain and affect blood sugar levels.

Step 1
Cut out a round base of the sandwich from fresh bread.
Step 2
Place a slice of the salami on the base. Instead of salami, you could cut out betroot slices, or simply spread tomato sauce or mint chutney to add to the colours. Place cheese slices for taste.

Cut out a top layer of bread as shown to form the face of the birds.
Step 4
Next cut cucumbers to resemble the eyes and slice olives for the eyes of the birds.

Q. My daughter (9months old) is not at all willing to drink aptamil and breast milk I am getting only 100 ml per day now. I have tried adding jaggery powder in aptamil but still she is not at all willing to drink.I tried to feed her with aptamil midnight when she was in deep sleep but still she woke up and started crying.
