It can also teach them high-level thinking skills, act as a stress-relieving mechanism and enhance problem-solving abilities. There is also a potential that they will emulate characters who shape their personalities in the future. Read more

Helping Your Preschooler Improve Kicking Skills
Parents may not realize that kicking is actually a developmental milestone for their toddlers. Children between 37 and 42 months old are at the prime age to learn and master the art of kicking. It’s one of those skills that’s measured on standardized tests when a child’s motor skills are tested in school activities.
Between the period of 3 and 5 years, you’ll see that your kid is able to kick a ball with a lot more force and direction, as well as being able to coordinate between his arms and legs. Eventually, he’ll start running while kicking a ball.
Preschoolers’ Developmental Skills and Kicking
At a ripe age of 3 years- when your toddler has barely learned how to walk- pressuring him to learn kicking will do no good. Before you teach him how to kick, help him learn to maintain his balance and foot-eye coordination first. Once he has ‘mastered’ these two necessary prerequisites, you can encourage simple ball activities for your preschooler. Kiddie softball, volleyball, football and handball can be introduced to children aged 34-47 months of age.
1. Dealing with Difficulty/Lack of Interest in Kicking a Ball
If you see that your child is not very good at kicking despite having good balance and coordination, there’s no need to worry. A 3-year-old playing ball does not have to play perfectly. It’ll be some time before he can kick it confidently. In the meantime, help him hone his new skill by rolling a ball towards him and having him stop it with his foot. Show him how to kick the ball too by doing it yourself.
Preschoolers can kick a ball at the age of 3-5 years old. However, they need ample time to learn how to master the skill. You shouldn’t rush your child into it. If he doesn’t show much interest in learning the skill, encourage him by organizing a competition with his friends. Whoever kicks the ball the hardest gets a small toy, a small piece of candy, or an extra round playing on a swing.
2. Importance of Kicking a Ball
Why is a preschooler learning to play with a ball important? For starters, it paves the way for better coordination and balance. It also indicates physical developmental. Children are often evaluated on their kicking skills during physical activity classes. You want your child to feel confident when it happens. Encouraging kicking skills can also benefit kids who are naturally inclined towards mastering the skill early. You never know; your preschooler could one day become a professional footballer!
Every child learns how to kick in his own time. You can’t force them to pick up the skill. Leave them to enjoy playing with a ball and encourage them to learn to kick using the activities mentioned.
Has your child learned to kick yet? How did you train him to do so? Share your tips and ideas to get preschoolers to improve their kicking skills. Read more

Why Young Children Need To Have Small Conversations
Parents eagerly wait for their babies to start talking. Helping your toddler to talk through small conversations can be very beneficial. Toddlers learn a lot through short conversations. They pick up new words, they learn things, and most importantly, they understand that you're interested in what they have to say.
Having frequent friendly conversations with your toddler is one of the best ways of helping her talk. You don’t need to have long, detailed discussions, and your child won’t have the attention span for them anyway. What is important is to keep interacting frequently. Talk about anything that interests your child, talk about her favourite toy or book, or how her day was- anything that gets her excited and grabs her attention.
6 Tips for Getting Your Toddler to Talk
1. Use Easy Words
Use words that are easy to understand and pronounce for your child, but avoid baby talk. She’ll learn what you teach her, so avoid using words like drinky, milky, walky etc. Avoid speaking to her in a high-pitched baby voice too.
2. Be Involved
Don’t just talk to your child. Have a conversation with your toddler. Get her involved. Don’t talk only to tell her what to do. Listening to her is as important as speaking to her as well. Even if she’s just babbling and singing, listen and get involved.
3. Limit Screen Time
Small conversations and language development in toddlers can be hampered by television and other gadgets like tablets. They don’t teach children how to speak, but only teach concepts. Real communication and conversations are interactive processes, which is why they’re best for language development and increasing attentiveness.
4. Be Available
Why would your 23-month-old toddler need conversations? Maybe she wants to tell you about something she saw. Maybe she recalls something and wants to share it with you. Whatever her reasons, make yourself available when she wants to talk. Children have short attention spans. If you don’t listen to her when she wants you to, she’ll probably forget about it later, or get distracted by something else. Gradually, she may stop coming to you to tell you things.
5. Pay Attention
When your child tells you something, give her your undivided attention. Put down your phone or the laptop or switch off the television and listen to what she wants to say. It tells her that you’re interested in listening, and gives her encouragement to come to you whenever she needs to talk.
6. Create the Right Atmosphere
Don’t try and initiate a conversation when your child is distracted or wants to play. Do things together, such as daily chores like laying the table. These are good times to strike up a conversation. Ask about her day and be interested. Another good time to have conversations is during commutes in the car, or on road trips.
There are many benefits of having small conversations with toddlers. Talking to your child is a wonderful way of bonding, helps in early brain development, and enhances her vocabulary. By the age of 2-3 years, you’ll have a little chatterbox on your hands! These talking exercises for toddlers will encourage her to chat and set the foundation for better social and academic skills. Phillips Avent Classic Spout Cup for Toddlers Review post experience
Avent product has been my go to brand since my baby is born starting with his feeding bottle, breast pump, sippers etc. I can say that it’s one of the brands without any doubt we can buy.
Avent classic spout I can say is the next level after the feeding bottle. There is a phase where we parents have to get our babies out of feeding bottle as it is not recommended after certain age that’s when the Avent classic spout cup come into baby's life. It becomes easy transition as the sipper in the spout cup is very close to feeling of a nipple of feeding bottle therefore babies like of really like it. And it’s a change too for them. And babies love changes. Also this spout cup acts as all rounder .there are babies who do not prefer feeding bottle but we parents struggle to give them milk in glass or cup as they tend to spill , to avoid that we can try this spout cup. For me and my baby we loved the product. IT is also good gifting product .
This product can be used for drinking water, milk, juice, even milkshakes as long as there is no chunks in it.
It’s no doubt a Great product with great features .Also very easy to wash and sterilize
What I liked about this a lot is
The sipper and the cleaning is easy
Any suggestions or feedback -
It would be great if 2 sipper comes with one bottle like how we get pack of 2 nipples

A. It’s very important that when you ask a question please provide us the age of the child currently I would say that if your child is unable to latch properly so whenever you’re feeding Press your breast with your hands for the feeding of the milk is better because the milk flow is going to be better and hopefully that you do the trick

A. You can mix coconut oil and Kapoor together and that is what you can apply regularly want to your stretch marks is one of the best options that you can use currently other than that also I would recommend you that if you feel any kind of a burning sensation or irritation then you can have a word with your gynaecologist
