Instructions
Take a pan and put elderberries and lemon juice in it and cook it on medium heat.
Once the juice begins to run and boil, simmer the heat and cook it for 20 minutes.
Now add sugar to the mix and continuously stir until it dissolves. Boil it at 105 °C to reach its set point.
Take a sterilized jar or container to store the jam. Tightly close the lid and keep it in an excellent place to store.
Savor the jam as you like it.
2. Elderberry Gummies
Ingredients
Elderberry Syrup- 1 cup
Gelatin (unflavored) - 4 tablespoons
Instructions
Take a pan and mix elderberry syrup and gelatin.
Keep the pan over low flame and continuously whisk or give it a good stir until the gelatin completely dissolves.
Now transfer the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate until it solidifies. It will generally take 30-45 minutes to solidify.
After it solidifies, you can remove the gummies from the mold and store them in an airtight jar.
Keep a couple of gummies if necessary.
3. Homemade Elderberry Syrup
Ingredients
Dried Elderberries- 3/4th cup
Water – 3 cups
Cinnamon Powder - 1 teaspoon
Clove Essential Oil – 1 drop
Ginger Essential Oil – 1 drop
Honey- 1 cup
(Note: You can alternately use one teaspoon each of fresh ginger and dried cloves if you do not have the essential oils handy.)
Instructions
Take a pan and add elderberries, cinnamon, clove oil, ginger oil, and bring it to a boil.
Now decrease the flame/heat and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half. This would take about 45 minutes.
Now take the pan off the heat and let it cool. After that, drain the liquid using a filter.
Press and squeeze all liquid out of the berries
Now add honey and mix it well.
Store the syrup in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator.
Once refrigerated, you can use the syrup for up to two months.
Side Effects of Eating Elderberry When Pregnant
Ripe and cooked Elderberry, when consumed in moderation, is considered safe. However, overconsumption has some side effects as below:
Elderberries can cause stomach ache, diarrhea, abdominal cramp because of their laxative effect
Parts of the elderberry plant, like the roots, bark, leaves, and stems, have a poisonous substance known as glycoside and cyanogenic.
Unripe elderberries have alkaloids, hydrocyanic acid, and sambucine, which cause vomiting and nausea. It is also green and is astringent, which causes toxicity.
One could also experience dizziness, numbness, and at times, respiratory issues.
It is hard to ignore the numerous medicinal benefits of Elderberry, considering its medicinal purposes and use for thousands of years. However, due to the lack of enough study, research the use becomes relatively questionable. Hence taking the advice of your doctor or health consultant is extremely important before you begin consuming elderberries.

ही आहे एक कठीण परीक्षा. इतरांना जपताना त्या दोघांचं नातं कुठेही कोमेजून जाऊ नये म्हणून द्यावी लागणारी परीक्षा. आणि ही तोंडी परीक्षा असते बरं का! इथे काही प्रश्नांची उत्तरं देणं बंधनकारक असतं तर काही प्रश्न अनुत्तरित ठेवण्यातच जास्त शहाणपण. पण कधी कधी आपल्याला समजतच नाही कोणता प्रश्न अनुत्तरित ठेवायचा आणि कोणत्या प्रश्नाचं उत्तर द्यायचं. मग सुरू होते गफलत, प्रश्नाची, नात्याची, त्या दोघांची. पण त्यात एक भावना मात्र ठाम असते ती म्हणजे शेवटपर्यंत साथ देण्याची भावना. एकमेकांना पूरक होण्याची भावना आणि तेच आपलं टॉनिक बनतं ह्या प्रवासात आलेल्या कटू अनुभवाच्या आजारांना दूर पळवण्यासाठी.

तुम्ही जेव्हा जोडीदारावर खूप मनापासून प्रेम करता मग त्यासाठी काहीही करायची तयारी तुमची तयारी असते. मग त्यासाठी तुम्ही बोलता आणि बोलून पण घेता परंतु एवढं करून ही जर तुम्हीच त्याच्या नजरेत चुकीचे असाल, तुमचं बोलणे, तुमची काळजी करणं समजत नसेल तर समजून जा की समोरच्या च्या मनात प्रेम नव्हे फक्त एक व्यवहार आहे. केवळ व्यवहार आणि व्यवहारावर व्यवसाय सुरळीत चालतो.संसार नाही.
म्हणून जोडीदारावरच प्रेम हे नेहमी वाढत जाणारं असावं आणि विश्वास नेहमी अढळ असावा.आपल्या हक्काच्या माणसावर विश्वास ठेवा आणि भरभरून प्रेम करा.
"नातं कसं एकदम हॉट असावं" म्हणजे प्रेमाची उब असावी अन विश्वासाचा ओलावा असावा म्हणजे कसं मुलायम वाटतं आणि आपण आपोआप एकमेकांचे आधार बनून जातो.

You Will Need
Cardboard or Chartpaper
Markers, sketch pens
Scissors
Different coloured yarn, thread, or ribbons
Punching machine
Ribbon
Twig or stick
One enthusiastic mom-child pair!
Step-by-step Instructions
Arrange all your supplies for easy access.
Using the marker and sketch pen, draw big shapes on the cardboard or chart paper. You can also print out colourful shapes like we did.
Using the scissors, cut out the shapes you just drew. Do not worry if it is not a perfect shape. Encourage your child to do it on her own.
Using the punch machine, punch holes along the border of the shape you just cut out. Make sure the holes are not too close to each other.
Take a piece of string (or yarn or ribbon), and weave it through the holes you just punched. Go in from one hole, come out from the next. Repeat this until you have gone through all the holes and have arrived at the first hole.
Adjust the cord and then tie a knot to avoid the string falling out of the holes.
Repeat the same process with the remaining shapes.
Next, take the twig and ribbon and tie pieces of ribbon to the twig.
You can tape the shapes to the ribbon or even glue them on.
Your hanging shape mobile is ready!

A. in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection for which urine report as well as urine culture needs to be done.
in the report if it is found that there is positive urine culture then dr gives antibiotics for around 14 days after which culture report is repeated to see if the infecdtion is gone.
