Gond Ke Laddu Recipe
A woman should definitely have gond ke laddu post pregnancy, since it provides the body with a lot of nutrition and energy. Making these laddus is not a difficult process, as you can see from the recipe below.
Ingredients
Crushed nutmeg - 1
Cardamom - 50 g
Fennel seeds - 50 g
Aliv seeds - 50 g
Poppy seeds - 50 g
Almonds - 125 g
Ghee - 500 g
Grated jaggery - 500 g
Grated coconut, dry - 500 g
Powdered dates, dry - 500 g
Gond - 125 g
How to Make
Begin by roasting the grated coconut properly. Do this until the coconut starts getting a light brownish shade. Repeat the same with elaichi, almonds, poppy seeds, dates, fennel seeds, aliv seeds, nutmeg and others.
Once all these constituents have been roasted properly, put them all together in a blender. Run the blender till all the pieces have been crushed down to a finely powdered form. Choose how fine you want them depending on your preference.
Take a large cooking bowl. Add a little ghee to it and heat it up.
Once hot, add a little gond to it and let it cook for a few seconds. Once the gond swells up and becomes fluffy, remove it into a separate bowl. Do the same for the remaining amount of gond. It is essential to note that all the gond should never be added at the same time, since there is a good chance that certain portions may not cook properly.
When you are done with cooking all the gond, add some more ghee to the cooking bowl, let it become hot, and follow it up with the jaggery. Let the jaggery melt fully and stir it while that happens. Once bubbles start emitting, remove the heat.
Pour this liquid jaggery into the bowl with the gond and mix it well. Follow that up with the powdered constituents from the blender.
Roll this entire mixture as properly as possible so that it becomes a homogenous dough.
Take a little ghee in your hand and rub your palms together. Pick up small portions from the dough and roll them to form the laddus. You can store these laddus at room temperature in an airtight box.

3. She needs more rest, if possible we can baby sit and give her some "me time - as she might have totally neglected her self needs" or give her some uninterrupted sleep.
4. Most importantly she needs lot of positivity in the room. Please let us not make any heated arguments with or around her. Her state of mind can easily be disturbed by our temper. She has been through so much already and might have mood swings, let us not add more to it.
5. We might have to do a little extra work or stay up late in the night to help her out, let us do it happily with a smile on our faces. It is going to be a very short period, let us cherish it along with her.
6. We might have to run small errands every now and then. Be happy we can stay fit, if we run accross the house ?. That again it is for a short while.
7. Keep her happy always, remind all the good memories, she might be undergoing so much of trauma mentally and physically. A happy mind can ease it all.

A. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a partx any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compressesx and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
