2. Watermelon Juice
Watermelon (peeled and diced) - 1
Mint leaves - 1/2 a cup
Lemon - 1

Take the watermelon pieces in a juicer and add mints leaves to it.
Blend it.
Take a sieve and keep it over a large bowl. Transfer the juice to it to separate the pulp.
Sieve the juice properly and remove the seeds and mints leaves.
Transfer the juice to a glass and add some black salt. Mix well.

Diagnosis of Sacral Dimples
Any presence of sacral dimples can be easily observed right from the time the baby is born. Some doctors may decide to conduct further diagnosis to rule out the presence of any abnormalities. This is usually done if the dimple is evidently large, or contains discolouration or presence of hair.
A sacral dimple ultrasound is usually the first step in the diagnosis. The ultrasound is non-invasive, making use of sound waves as a means to construct the physical dimensions of the inner body. This can help determine any abnormalities in the formation of the spine. If that doesn’t provide enough clarity, an MRI might be conducted as a follow-up.
Complications of Sacral Dimples
Most of the time, the presence of a sacral dimple does not indicate anything serious. However, there have been rare occurrences where a major abnormality in the baby has been indicated by a sacral dimple.
1. Presence of a Tethered Cord Syndrome in the Baby
Tethered cord syndrome is a condition in which a part of the spinal cord attaches to the outer tissue. This restricts the movement that is possible and also results in the manifestation of various conditions, such as incontinence of bowels, bladder problems, weakness of the legs, numbness in the lower regions, and so on.
2. Presence of Spinal Structural Problems Like Spina Bifida
While spina bifida is usually a major abnormality, a milder form of it is termed as spina bifida occulta. A sacral dimple could be the result of such a condition, where the spine doesn’t fully close around the spinal cord. Its symptoms cannot be determined without any diagnosis.
Sacral Dimples Treatment
Simple and risk-free sacral dimples do not require any treatment. If the diagnosis reveals the presence of structural abnormalities, then a neurologist might have to take a look at it and decide how to proceed ahead.

You need to be able to talk to the school staff about your child’s progress on a regular basis. Hence, finding out if the staff is available and accessible for regular communication or whenever you have concerns regarding your child is very important.
5. Visit Schools
Visit schools and find out the following information before you take the decision of enrolling your child in any one of them:
Understand the school’s education plans for children with special needs to decide how relevant it would be for your child. Also, find out how often the plans are updated.
Talk to parents of children with ASD to find out their experience of the teachers, support staff and the readiness of the school to address concerns.
Does the school adapt to the changing needs of children with ASD as they grow and develop?
Does the school have the facility of arranging for classes specifically for students with ASD? This means that apart from some lessons in mainstream classes, your child will get more specialised training and support in specialist classes.
Observe children during the lunch break or play time to know how other children behave with children with ASD.
6. Special Schools
It is not always possible for a child with ASD to be able to cope up with the demands of a mainstream school. A child with special educational needs requires the teaching facilities and resources of a special school. Such schools have education programs to fit the specific needs of children with ASD.
7. Private Schools
These schools have individualized education programs that are designed based upon the evaluation of a child’s disability. The school staff hold meetings with the parents to understand a child’s abilities, problem areas and needs, and then establish a program that suits the child’s needs the best.
8. Home-Schooling
Sometimes, parents may decide to home school their child for reasons like lack of a good special needs school in the vicinity or if they feel their child’s particular academic or behavioural needs will not be correctly met in a school. However, if you choose this option, you will still need to provide ample opportunities to your child where he can learn and practise his communication and social skills with children of a similar age.
Earlier, there was a lack of good educational opportunities for children with ASD, because of which these children grew up to be dependent on others. However, with more awareness, early and intensive intervention, more and more children are receiving appropriate education, that not only helps them in holding professional careers, but also allows them to live their life independently and with dignity. A. no need to worry about the frequency and colour of the stool if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid.
also there is no need to worry about the smell of the stool if the consistency is normal.
you have to meet the doctor if it is watery inconsistency or hard consistency otherwise semi solid to solid stool is normal.
also passing stool after taking food is normal. r
