How to be Your Spouse's Best Friend
Do you, like most married couples, wish to be your spouse’s best friend but don’t know how to? Is it that tough to be one? Definitely not; after all, you married your partner to spend an entire lifetime together; to share the good and the bad times. Isn’t this what friendship is all about? So how can your spouse be anything different than your best friend? Read on and learn how you can be a best friend and not just a spouse.
Why is Friendship in Marriage Important?
Nothing can be better than having a spouse who is your best friend. After all the basis of a happy and everlasting marriage is a strong bond of friendship between the husband and wife.
1. Because You Have to Spend Your Lives Together
It is essential for couples to understand the importance of friendship in marriage. After all, you cannot share your life or spend your entire life with someone whom you cannot relate to or do not have an “emotional connect” with. When you accept someone as your best friend, you do so knowing his “good” and the “bad”. Therefore, the acceptance level is much higher, and you can forgive each other for small mistakes made which makes a marriage last longer.
2. Because You Have to Share Each Other’s Life Experiences
When you both are each other’s best friend, you tend to share even the smallest of things and life experiences with each other. Through this exchange, you get to know each other better, and you also learn from each other’s life experiences. This enriches you and your relationship with your spouse.
3. Because It Helps You Open Up
If you are best friends with your life-partner, you have the liberty of being open; this means you can talk and share anything and not be judged. This openness with each other creates an emotional bond and also serves as a foundation for a strong, ever-lasting relationship of trust, love and respect which makes marriage even more strong.
4. So That You Do Not Take Marriage for Granted
When a married couple is best friends, they tend to give more preference to each other. They prioritise each other’s needs since caring for each other comes easily to them. This also brings in a feeling of security in the marriage and which further on seals the marital bond.
5. Because It Makes Marriage Enjoyable and Not Burdensome
It is important to do and enjoy activities together. This becomes easy when you have a spouse as your best friend, and you both don’t mind accepting each other’s likes and dislikes. In such a marriage, every activity, every life event, every hurdle and every hardship does not make you feel overburdened; it brings both of you closer to each other and nurtures the bond that you share.
6. Because It Creates Marital Peace and Satisfaction
A marriage cannot flourish if there is no peace and satisfaction in it and of course, this is not possible if both partners are not in sync. Being together in almost every thought and process makes it easy to take decisions and creates a sense of satisfaction and peace in the marriage.
Ways for Becoming Best Friends with Your Spouse
Everything fades away with time but not being friends, and that is why being best friends with your better half becomes imperative. It can restore and rekindle love and respect in an otherwise lifeless marriage. So you may be wondering how to be best friends with your husband or how to be best friends with your wife? Listed below are the 15 best ways to become your spouse’s best friend.
1. Acceptance
What mars a relationship is pinpointing imperfection in your partner. You have to realise that nobody is perfect; not even you. Just as much you find those small annoying things in him, he too may have found in you. Therefore, accept the way your partner is; love him for who and what he is. This will also help your spouse to open up, and it will eventually bring him more close to you. Appreciate him for all that he does for you. Remember, without support, appreciation, love and respect, friendship and marriage cannot flourish.
2. Give Space
Being with each other or doing things together is important, but that does not mean you suffocate each other. At times, when you both feel like doing two different things, do it. You don’t need to curb your desires and likings to be your spouse’s best friend. A little space is always considered to be healthy in a marriage. It also helps you to be yourself, which is important in making your spouse see the real side of you. Finding the right balance between doing things you want to do and doing things together is the key to a healthy relationship. Moreover, a little “me-time” will not just rejuvenate both the partners, but will also make you crave for each other’s presence.
3. Don’t Try to Control
One of the best ways to become close to your spouse is to stop controlling him. Restrain yourself from telling your partner what to do and what not to do, more so in front of his friends or outsiders. Doing so may only make him feel stifled in the relationship, and he may try to keep away from you. Instead, let him do what he feels like (remember you both are two different individuals). If in case, you need to tell him what you feel, tell him when he is alone and say it without blaming him for something or making him feel guilty.
4. Keep No Secrets
There should not be any secrets between best friends. If you wish to be best friends with your spouse, make sure your relationship is transparent. Communicate as much as possible and tell your partner everything. However, you cannot just talk and not listen when he speaks. You will get to know him better which will bring you closer to each other.
5. Support Your Spouse
Every individual needs a support system and what better than a spouse’s support in trying times. You should be able to stand by him at all times and be a constant support system. This will not just help in developing a strong bond of friendship between you and your partner but will make your marriage strong and profound.
6. Make Your Spouse Feel Cared For and Loved
After marriage, the spouse should always become your priority at least until you both become parents. Looking after each other especially when one is sick, eating at least one meal a day together, protecting each other and standing up for each other are few things that will make your spouse feel loved and cared for.
7. Trust
Trust is important in every relationship and more so between a husband and wife. Have faith in your partner. There is no reason to be overtly possessive about your partner. This will only ruin your relationship and marriage. It is important that you trust your partner but at the same time be trustworthy too.
8. Speak Out if Something Bothers You
You do not need to turn a blind eye to your partner’s every fault. Friends do have disagreements, and that is also healthy for a good relationship. However, if you see something about your partner that annoys you, always be vocal about it. However, you need to be tactful and speak without accusing or blaming him.
9. Spend Quality Time Together
This is the best way to get close to your spouse. Do things that you both enjoy doing. If travelling is something that you both enjoy, take a few days off from work and set out on vacation or go on a long drive once every week. At times, you may even do things that make your partner happy and vice versa.
10. Be Respectful Towards Each Other
Be careful of what you say to your spouse. Disrespect towards each other could ruin not just the friendship between spouses but also their marriage. Behave with your better half the way you would like your better half to behave with you. Remember never to bring your partner down, not to say anything disrespectful about their respective families or friends or talk about mistakes that were made by your partner earlier. This may hurt not just their ego but can also take a toll on the marriage front.
11. Sacrifice and Compromise for Each Other
At times making small sacrifices or compromises like watching the TV program that your spouse wants to watch or forgoing the desire to buy something you want can go a long way in bringing the life partners together.
12. Do Not Allow Ego to Come in Between You and Your Spouse
Best friends should not let any ego come in between them, and if you want to be your spouse’s best friend, you have to let go. It is not important who started the fight or why there was a fight in the first place; what is more important is that you should just say sorry and give your partner a tight hug. After all, you do not want to stay away from your partner or maybe, even drift away from each other for some silly fight.
13. Be a Part of Your Partner’s Family
In India, marriage is not just between two individuals but between two families. Therefore, accepting your partner’s family and friends and making them your own will make them feel closer towards their partner. The very thought of not having to juggle between their spouse and their family will put them at ease.
14. Treat Each Other as Equals
In a marriage, the husband and wife are but equals in every respect. Do not decide things for your partner; let your partner decide what is best for them. Do not stop your partner from speaking out; instead listen carefully and then acknowledge and respect whatever your partner has told you. This will make your partner feel at par with you, and there will be mutual respect and love between you two.
15. Appreciate Each Other
Just as you would pinpoint your partner’s faults, appreciating them for their good qualities is equally important. This will make their morale soar high and make them appreciate the goodness in others better.
Try out the above points and see how from being just a spouse you become your better half’s best friend.

Facts about Global Warming and Climate Change for Kids
Scientist around the world have been discussing global warming and climate change for quite a long time now, and there’s a good reason for that. Climate change is real, and it is about to affect our lives significantly. Children need to be aware of climate change and its effects as it is their generation that will be most impacted by it in the near future.
What is Global Warming?
Global warming is a rise in the average temperature of the earth as a result of certain natural and man-made factors. The emission of greenhouse gases is a major cause of global warming. Certain human activities like deforestation and burning of fossil fuels lead to an increase in global temperatures. It was observed that between 1901 and 2012, the earth’s average temperature increased by 0.89 degrees Celsius. Even though it may not seem much, this small change in temperature can have an adverse effect on weather patterns, sea levels, and life on both lands and the oceans. It is interesting to note that the 11 hottest years on record in the last 100 years occurred after 1995. This is because of our increased industrial activities and emissions of greenhouse gases.
What Causes Global Warming?
There are several factors that lead to warming up of the earth, and they are described below:
1. Natural warming and cooling cycles
The earth periodically goes through phases of natural warming up and cooling cycles over time, spanning thousands of years. Right now, it is in the middle of one of its natural warming cycle. Unfortunately, human activity in the recent past and present have only sped up the warming process.
2. Aerosol Sprays
Believe it or not, the next time you decide to put on some hairspray or use a room freshener, you may be causing global warming. In the earlier days, they contained ozone reducing compounds that reduced the Earth’s protective ozone layer. Though these harmful chemicals aren’t used these days, they contain hydrocarbons and sulphates which increase global warming.
3. Fossil fuels
The major contributor to the production of greenhouse gases and global warming is our reliance on fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are formed from the remains of dead plants and animals. Industries rely on fossil fuels. The burning of fossil fuels leads to the production of carbon dioxide, which is a greenhouse gas and thus contributes to global warming.
4. Deforestation
As the population is increasing, trees and plants are being cut down to meet the household and industrial demands. Deforestation is the process of cutting down of trees. However, excessive cutting of trees is detrimental to the environment. Deforestation results in an increase in the production of carbon dioxide, which in turn leads to an increase in the temperature of the Earth.
Effects of Global Warming
Global warming affects everything on the planet and can have catastrophic effects on some of the delicately balanced systems like the weather and the environment. Some of the effects are as follows:
1. Drastic changes in global weather patterns
The weather is driven primarily by the heat stored in the atmosphere, land mass, and the oceans. Global warming with increased temperatures and heat retention by the greenhouse gases can change existing seasonal weather patterns all around the world. This leads to weather phenomena such as hurricanes, disruption of seasonal rainfall, and extended periods of droughts.
2. The threat to animals and the environment
Climate change leads to loss of habitat of many animals, particularly the ones living in the polar region and the ones living in the desert and rainforests. It also affects their migratory paths and food sources, hence pushing them close to extinction.
3. Acidification of the oceans
Excess carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere by human activities gets dissolved into oceans, rivers, and lakes. Acidification affects many of the biological processes that are critical for the survival of ocean life.
4. Melting of the polar ice caps
The polar icecaps store up most of the fresh water on the planet. When they melt, they dump in huge amounts of fresh water into the sea which affects its salinity. That, in turn, affects the ocean life and ocean currents. Satellite observations show that the Greenland ice shelf lost about 250 cubic kilometres of ice between the years 2002 and 2006. Antarctica lost 152 cubic kilometres of ice between the period of 2002 and 2005.
5. Rising sea levels
All the water added to the oceans by melting ice caps would raise sea levels by several feet over the next few decades. This means flooding across all the major coastal settlements and millions of people having to be displaced.
How to Prevent and Reduce Global Warming?
By reducing emissions of greenhouse gases, it is possible to slow down climate change. Here are some practical approaches on how to stop global warming for kids:
Use public transport or carpool as much as you can. By not using personal transport, you cut down on the emission of carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide.
Use energy efficient electrical appliances and replace incandescent bulbs with LED lights that consume less power. In winters, avoid excess use of heater and in summer open the windows instead of using an air conditioner.
Teach children to turn off electrical equipment when not in use. This will save energy and money as well.
Engage your children in afforestation programs conducted by organizations and communities. Also, encourage them to plant trees around the house and in their schools.
Practice the three R’s: reuse, reduce and recycle. Things that can be reused and recycled help lower energy consumptions in manufacturing processes. This cuts down on the greenhouse gases.
Interesting Facts about Global Warming for Children
Here is some global warming information for kids that doubles up as interesting facts for them to remember.
The greenhouse effect is needed for the survival of life on Earth as it helps regulate the temperature on Earth. The global warming debate is centred on just how much greenhouse gases we can release into the atmosphere before it begins to overheat the planet and cause harm.
Since the beginning of the industrial revolution in the later 1700s, carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere have gone up by 41% and most rapidly after 1960s.
In the recent decades, about 600,000 people have lost their lives due to weather-induced natural disasters. More than 95% of these deaths are from developing countries.
The Glacier National Park has steadily lost glaciers since the year 1910 from 150 to 25 glaciers.
Automobiles and transportation are the major contributors of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere followed by industries and commercial farming.
Over 10 million people residing in coastal areas will lose their homes if the sea levels rise by three feet.
Coal industries are working on finding ways to capture carbon dioxide and store them under the seabed.
Lesser energy consumption and improving efficiency can lower the carbon footprint we leave on the planet.
What Is Climate Change?
Climate is the static weather phenomenon that is experienced over a region for decades to millions of years. It refers to seasonal rainfall, snow, sunshine and other weather conditions in the region. To go with a simple climate change definition for kids; it is the change in average weather patterns that can last for an extended period of time such as decades to hundreds of years. Climate change is not new. Earth’s climate has constantly changed for millions of years going from very cold to very warm depending on the natural cycles of the planet. Everyone is familiar with the term Ice Age, which is a period of cooling of the earth as a consequence of climate change. However, the climate change we are concerned about right now is the accelerated warming up of the planet due to the activities of mankind.
What Causes Climate Change?
Weather and climate, in the long run, are driven by the movement of heat our planet receives from the sun. Heat is absorbed by land, sea, and the atmosphere. Exchange of heat between these three causes the movement of air, moisture and ocean currents which drives weather. When any one of these factors is disturbed, weather patterns can change in unpredictable ways. As greenhouse gases increase in the atmosphere, it can absorb more heat and bring about a change in weather. Such changes are already being seen in erratic weather patterns such as El-Nino and La-Nina which can cause severe rainfall or severe drought at the same time in different places. It is speculated that emission of greenhouse gases by automobiles, industries and other human activities is causing the atmosphere to retain more heat.
Impact of Climate Change on Environment
To teach children about climate change, a thorough explanation of the effects of climate change on the environment should be given. It is imperative they understand it as our well-being is intimately tied to the well-being of our environment. Ecosystems on the Earth are delicately balanced with the seasonal weather patterns; any drastic change can have major consequences on the plants and animals. For example, the polar ecosystems are well adapted to low temperatures and low rainfall with little sunlight. Excessive warming there can change the growth of plants which in turn affects the animals that depend on them. Migration of many birds, insects and animals depend on the timely change of seasons and weather. Climate change can upset this cycle by changing their natural habitats and their migratory and mating behaviour by upsetting their finely balanced timing. Studies show that about 50% of breeding habitats of some birds can disappear eventually. Warmer oceans that are acidic can kill coral reefs and vast marine life along with it. Some predictions say climate change can wipe out 30-40% of the species on the planet.
Impact of Climate Change on People
Human life will be affected badly because of the changes in climate. Long spells of El-Nino can cause severe drought on one side of the globe and severe storms and flooding on the other. Third world countries, which mainly depend on seasonal rains such as the monsoon, will be affected by the change in rainfall. Warmer temperatures will spread diseases quicker, and rising waters will leave 100-200 million people homeless along the coastlines.
Other Climate Change Facts for Kids
These facts can be used for explaining global warming to a child.
Sea levels have risen by 8 inches in the last century due to melting polar ice caps. That rate has doubled over the last two decades.
97 percent of the scientists who study climate change agree that the current increase in temperature is caused by humans.
Acidity in the world’s oceans has increased by 30%.
The Earth is in an Ice age that started 2.5 million years ago, and we’re in an interglacial period called Holocene.
Every 40,000 years the earth’s axis changes orientation which causes climate change.
Every action we take to cut down global warming contributes is small. However, cumulatively it can help slow down or stop global warming.

Metabolic Changes during Pregnancy - Can Pregnancy Boost Your Metabolism?
Pregnant women practically eat for two, and women often wonder whether pregnancy boosts their metabolism or are these just food cravings. The growth of the baby puts strong demands on the woman's body for energy and nutrition. It is quite natural for the metabolism rate to be higher than usual, which can be understood better from the following.
Does Metabolism Speed Up during Pregnancy?
Pregnancy comes along with massive changes in the body of a woman. Irrespective of whether they are physical or biological, these changes can put the body in a completely different mode, as it prepares itself to fuel and take care of another living being. This can usually boost the metabolism of the woman since it starts producing more energy and resources that would be required by the growing foetus. As the baby grows, the demands keep increasing and the metabolism can shift accordingly.
Prenatal Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
The metabolic rate during pregnancy is one of the primary metrics that determine the increase in metabolism of a pregnant woman. The prenatal basal rate of metabolism would be marginally lower than what it would be during pregnancy, as well as in different stages of the pregnancy. The type of diet and nutrition demands that a woman’s body had before pregnancy governs the basal metabolism, determining her energy needs. However, the presence of the foetus and the size of it is what defines how much more the rate would increase. Mothers that have a large foetus or multiple babies need more energy to sustain them, leading to a high BMR and ending with faster consumption of energy and nutrition.
How Does Pregnancy Weight Gain Impact Metabolism
Irrespective of whether you are underweight, obese or at a healthy weight before pregnancy, your total body weight will increase during the entire course of pregnancy. Some of it would be your weight gain, while the rest would be the weight gained by the foetus.
A key factor to take into account while tracking your weight gain is BMI, or body mass index. This can pretty well govern how much weight you need to increase to keep your pregnancy healthy
Women with a higher BMI, which ranges above 25 or so, ought to gain weight in the range of 5 to 11 kgs.
Women with a median BMI, which ranges from 18.5 to 25, are expected to gain about 11 to 15.8 kg in weight.
Women with BMI on the lower end of the scale, falling short of 18.5, need to gain a lot of weight, which is somewhere close to 12.7 to 18 kgs.
Your weight gain depends strongly on your diet and your metabolism. Therefore, you might have to make changes to your diet if your weight gain seems lower, which is indicative of a high metabolic rate.
How Do Your Calorie Needs during Pregnancy Affect Metabolism
Metabolism in pregnancy shifts quite a lot from the usual standard. This strongly affects the calorie needs of the body.
Each trimester has its very own calorific demands, given the fact that a baby grows differently in each of those. On a general note, most pregnant women require about 2.2 to 3 kilocalories on a daily basis.
The first trimester is quite crucial in this regard since excessive calories can cause unhealthy weight gain and lesser calories can affect the development of the child. Most women who have a healthy weight at the initial stage of the pregnancy can continue with their usual calorie intake in the beginning.
As your pregnancy progresses, your daily calorie intake needs to be ramped up by around 350 calories in the second trimester and 460 calories in the final one.
How To Meet Your Calorie Needs
Higher calorie needs should always be met with a diet that is healthy and balanced on all fronts. Calories need to be balanced with nutrition. Therefore consuming a diet rich in dairy, lean meat, vegetables, fruits and whole grains is advised.
Opting for a fast metabolism diet during pregnancy might be necessary if your weight is on the lower side and your foetal demands are high. Talking to your doctor and dietician to help you plan your food intake is highly recommended.

16 Questions You Need To Start Asking Your Child About Their Day
Does your child go to preschool, daycare or is he now a little person who actually attends school? As moms, it is important for you to find out how your child spent his day and whether he is going through a problem. But the classic question “How was your day?” rarely elicits a satisfactory response! So, how can you get your kids to talk about their day? What should you ask them?
If your kids have been giving only one-word responses like okay, good or fine, welcome to yet another struggle of parenting! Kids can be immensely reluctant to discuss their day, often because they can't figure out how to group and share information. After all, there's a lot that kids experience in a day, from classes to games to friends, and it can be a bit overwhelming!
To know what exactly your child does when you aren't around, ask them these 16 questions. We promise that the two of you will soon be into a rollicking conversation!
1. What interesting things did you do today?
Want to know more about what interests your child? Instead of asking the typical “which is your favorite class?”, ask them this question instead. This will encourage them to really think about their interests without limiting them to a single class or activity.
2. What part of the day would you want to change and why?
This is a certain way to find out which class or activity your kid dislikes or hates without actually using strong words like dislike and hate! Also, sometimes kids say they are not interested in something when they are actually struggling to do it, so knowing the why will help you understand which category they fall under.
3. What made you laugh today?
[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="416"] Source: University Prime Time[/caption]
The happiness of your child is an important measure of whether your child enjoys going to school or not. What's more, it also helps ensure that your child has a well-rounded life and does well at school. This question will let your child know that going to school should not be a serious and boring affair. Encouraging your child to share what amused them and the subsequent shared laughter will also strengthen the bond between you.
4. What did you and your friends talk about during lunch break?
The simplest way to find out if your child is in good company is to ask them about their lunchtime conversation. This way you will also get to know more about their friends.
5. Is there anyone in your class who needs a friend?
Wouldn't it be nice if your child befriended someone who has trouble mixing with other children? Making friends is an important and beautiful part of childhood, so make sure you ask this question. And it might also be that your child is the one who is having trouble fitting in.
6. Did you hear any weird words today?
Kids these days are exposed to a lot of bad language – be in it movies, music, or even their homes. Naturally, they tend to repeat what they hear, sometimes without even knowing what they are saying. Since you can correct your child only when you know what is really going on, it is important to know if they are picking up any swear words from their friends.
7. If I called your teacher today, what would she say about you?
This is a better and far more interesting alternative to the severe “did you get in trouble at school today”, isn't it? It will get you more honest replies as well!
8. If you could sit anywhere in your class, where would you sit?
[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="500"] Source: Wiffle GIF[/caption]
Find out if your kid prefers to sit in the front, the middle or back of the class. More importantly, find out why! Steer clear of assumptions like your child wants to sit at the back so that they can make mischief without the teacher really noticing. In reality, it could be something as simple as the fact that your child is shy and does not want to be noticed by the teacher.
9. Did anything upsetting happen today?
A question like ”is a bully bothering you?” will most probably not encourage your child to open up to you. On the other hand, the indirect approach of this question will make it easy for your child to share if they are suffering at the hands of a bully.
10. What are you looking forward to tomorrow?
To know what day to day activities your child enjoys, ask this question as often as possible. You are likely to get a good range of answers - from classes to extra-curricular activities.
11. Which school rules would you like to change?
Hating rules is a normal part of being human. And let's face it, some school rules can be pretty difficult. Build a rapport with your child by knowing which rules they would like to change. However, make sure you let your child know that no matter what they think of these rules, they will have to follow them to stay out of trouble.
12. Did you help anyone?
Regularly asking your child about their good deeds will help them realize the value of helping those in need. To help them further understand and appreciate random acts of kindness, ask them if anyone helped them as well.
13. Who is your least favourite teacher?
It is important to know whether your child dislikes a teacher because they teach a boring subject, they are strict, or because they are unnecessarily giving your child a hard time.
14. What do you think you should do more of at school?
This question will help you gauge your child's interests and make you aware if your child's school is lacking in some area. Once you know the school's limitations, you can even take action to fix it.
15. How is this year different from last year?
A simple way to know if your child is paying attention in their classes is to ask them this question. If they say that there isn't any difference, it is pretty clear that they are having trouble concentrating in school.
16. What was the best part of your day?
[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="245"] Source: Snark Squad[/caption]
This will help you figure out which class your child enjoys the most, and whether they prefer sports or academics. If your child says lunch is their favourite part of the day, it could indicate that your child is bored, struggling or stressed out at school. Read more

Lessons I have learnt from my kids during my journey of motherhood!!
We talk and write a lot about what we are teaching our children and what they are learning from us. But sometimes we missed noticing a few important lessons we learned from them. If we start monitoring those and implement in our lifestyle, I am sure we can create a better living world full of innocence and love.
# Be Yourself
we modify ourselves with different situation and people. Be exactly who you are, not just a replica of someone else, not a filtered version of what other people want you to be.
# Laughter is the best medicine
Happiness is a state of mind and not the situation. I have seen my kids laughing at any silly jokes and always happy at most of the circumstances. If we keep following the same it gives us a pleasant life and good health.
# Make friends
"Will you be my friend"? Well, we can't ask this question to anyone who is stranger to us but the motive behind this is that we need to reach out and make connections, in work or personal life. Friendship is a miraculous relationship.
# Easily forgive
I have seen both the kids having catfight and the very next moment playing and dancing with fun and joy. The same way we need to keep our ego aside in case if any difference with anyone around us and settle our scores easily.
# Relax and take a peaceful nap
When I am in a kind of stress it's difficult for me to get sleep. But kids have this immense talent to take a nap with no worries. Sleep refreshes our mind and a peaceful nap creates wonders. So a relaxed nap is a must for all.
# Expression of love
The way my kids express their love in any circumstances is what gears me up even at the weirdest times. An emotional hug, sweet kisses, Numerous time expressing the love you are what all create magic. We need to express our love the way our kids do. We missed out expressing our love to loved ones. So let's start adoring it.
# Activeness
Most of the kids are active these days and can charge their batteries to work fully loaded. They have no space for laziness. Following them up is not only makes us active but keeping us fit and healthy.
# Wonder about small things and explore them.
We come across many kids who keep on making us engaged by their queries of learning. Do they feel wonderful about any smaller things like? why stars shine in the sky, How do we get ice from freezer?? Depending on their age their queries varies. It keeps us also engaged and even made me curious about knowing facts which even I didn't bother to know.
# Be fearless
Kids just let their fear doesn't come on the way of their play. They become adventurous and fearless that somehow teaches us to fearlessly do our work which we have stopped due to fear.
we modify ourselves with different situation and people. Be exactly who you are, not just a replica of someone else, not a filtered version of what other people want you to be.
# It's okay to cry when you are upset
kids cry when they are upset and feel better. It doesn't mean they should cry for any smaller thing. But crying is benefit in two ways. First, it helps out to throw out negative energy created in body and second, it attracts pampered from dear ones which are near to you. Sometimes, we need this therapy to feel relaxed.
I have realised that there is still a hidden child in me when I start learning their habits and it reforms me a better person living a better life. Thanks to my little teachers.

A. It’s very important that when you ask a question please provide us the age of the child currently I would say that if your child is unable to latch properly so whenever you’re feeding Press your breast with your hands for the feeding of the milk is better because the milk flow is going to be better and hopefully that you do the trick

A. You can mix coconut oil and Kapoor together and that is what you can apply regularly want to your stretch marks is one of the best options that you can use currently other than that also I would recommend you that if you feel any kind of a burning sensation or irritation then you can have a word with your gynaecologist

A. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a partx any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compressesx and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
you can take paracetamol for pain.
