The first step should be to remove the child from the water. Check if he is still breathing; if not, it is best to do CPR. Also, ask someone to get medical help as soon as possible while you give CPR for the child. First aid for drowning child is something you should be aware of at all times.
How to Perform CPR on a Drowning Child?
When you have rescued a child from drowning, and you realize that he is not breathing or is gasping for air, you need to perform CPR.
Place the child on the ground or a table on his back.
Take off his clothes; press their chest with two fingers.
You have to press the chest up to one and a half inches, about 30 times.
The rate is 100 times a minute.
Next, you tilt the head of the baby back and put your mouth over the mouth over the baby and breath in twice, and then you go back to compressing the chest 30 times.

Ingredients
1 kg lamb chopped into medium size pieces
4 tbsp oil
1/2 cup curd
4 whole cloves
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
3 pods black cardamom
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder (available in stores)
a pinch of turmeric powder
1 tbsp dried ginger powder
1 tbsp fennel powder
Salt to taste
a pinch of asafoetida
Method
Step 1
When buying the lamb, choose the shank or the shoulder part for best results. A kilo of lamb should yield about 8 to 9 pieces.
Step 2
Wash the meat and place it in a colander for all the water to drain out. Use a clean dry cloth and pat the moisture out.
Step 3
Let the meat marinate in a bowl of curd for at least 15 minutes.
Step 4
Now in a large pan. Heat oil and fry the marinade and the meat together. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, coarsely ground cardamom and black pepper. Stir fry the meat.
Step 5
It is important that you fry the meat till the oil and curd separate into two layers.
Step 6
Now, add Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and constantly stir for about a minute.
Step 7
Add water, ginger powder and fennel powder. The fennel will thicken the curry.
Step 8
Stir well and let simmer on low heat for about 30 to 45 minutes till the meat is cooked well and the gravy is thick and red.
Step 9
The cooking time depends upon how tender the meat is. Enjoy hot with rice.

Believe in Patience, and Good Will Happen
After three of marriage, we decided to have a child but who knew it would be a seven year long journey?
Initially, we tried for few months but couldn't get any positive result, after which I went to my gynaecologist, from where the journey really began. First, she checked for a blockage in my tube, which thankfully was not the case. Then, I went for hysteroscopy and laparoscopy to check if there was any problem in my uterus tissue. I luckily got a clean chit from that step as well and all my, as well as my husband's blood reports were normal.
My gynaecologist then decided that we should take a break and start with a clean slate after one month. A month later, she started from scratch, and lo and behold, the issue was found. I had a problem with my uterus lining, which was not thick enough for conceiving .She began medication to thicken my uterus lining, which was eventually successful, but a triple line had still not formed, which was the main concern. In between that process, I tried IUI treatment, but all the 3 cycles failed.
Frustrated, I eventually asked my gynaecologist about IVF, which was the last resort we had decided on.
After much discussion, we decided to go for IVF, and the doctors pointed out the same uterine lining issue the gynaecologist initially pointed out. First they tried to solve it with medicine, but that didn't work, and they told me to go for a hysteroscopy to get the desired thickness and triple line. My first hysteroscopy was done, but it failed. I had to go for one more hysteroscopy, and finally the doctors got the desired thickness and proper triple lining, and scheduled a date for the embryo transfer to be done.
After 15 days of embryo transfer, we were called for beta hCG blood test for pregnancy confirmation. This time, I was so happy to have conceived, as was officially in the 'mommy to be' phase.
