As a Mom, Here’s Why I Prefer Bisleri Over Other Bottled Water
If I ever had to introduce a brand like Bisleri I would start by saying Bisleri is synonymous to packaged drinking water.
You might have experienced that even a common man refers to packaged water as “Bisleri” even though the brand may not be the same, but that’s only because Bisleri has gained that popularity and trust over the years and we were lucky enough to see it for ourselves on a visit to the Bisleri plant.
I mentioned once before that the first thing that caught my attention was a sign in the elevator that read “We are a photo-friendly plant” which just goes to show the transparency of their practices. We witnessed the step-by-step process of bottling, bottle blowing, packaging, labelling, inspections and eventually bulk packaging in a spic and span environment that created the perfect set up for something as pure as the water we give ourselves and the kids on so many occasions.
A guided tour through the plant helped address many queries that we had by giving us a visual insight every step of the way. The admin then addressed many of our technical questions along with those that our readers had asked us along with a detailed explanation of the process of “double ozonising” which helps to keep the water pure and quality in check even in sealed bottles.
I was also glad to know that they have a great distribution even in rural areas where the scarcity of drinking water is a major source of concern and happy to know these their strengths included distributing water to people under the poverty line too. For me this was a major cause of concern, as Bisleri is our go-to brand that we store in the cars everyday to keep ourselves hydrated on the move or even at parties that we host. Hence as a person/mom who already uses the brand for myself and my kids, I wanted to know more and quest my thirst for knowledge through this first hand experience. Thank you FirstCry and Bisleri for making this happen and helping us address so many of our followers as well, one sip at a time.
For more details on how Bisleri purifies its water as well as to book a a vist and check for yourself, visit https://www.bisleri.com/

A Definitive Potty Training Guide For Twins
Potty training of twins can be a tough task to accomplish, as there are chances that both twins will react differently to the training. Follow some easy steps to ensure that both toddlers are able to understand, learn and follow the steps for training properly.
Tips to Potty Train Twins
Initially, parents have to gauge if the twins are ready to be potty trained. Generally, the toddlers are ready by the age of two and a half years, and in some cases toddlers are ready at 18 months too.
It is easier to potty train both the toddlers together. Both of them will be influenced by each other and will give each other company as well. The kids may benefit from each others’ companionship, and you can encourage both of them by challenging each others’ success and setbacks.
Rewards can be put to use while potty training. The parent can challenge both the twins on who learns to poop properly in the pot and the winning twin will receive a reward.
Two separate potty seats should be bought, because the twins may not want to use the same potty seats with each other, even if used interchangeably.
During the potty training of twins, there will be setbacks and accidents. However don’t freak out, as like every other experience, the twins will learn from their mistakes.
While potty training, the parent has to be flexible enough to understand that both the twins require different ways in which they can be potty trained. Implementing flexibility in behavior is the key to success!
So, if you have been getting nightmares about how to potty train your twins, it is time to implement these tips in your daily routine. Soon your little ones will be a pro on using the potty seat when they need it, without your help. Read more

Join WOM Moms To Pledge For Parity This Women's Day
On March 8 every year, the world celebrates International Women's Day. This is an endeavour to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. But this year, let's make the celebration even more special by joining the international #PledgeForParity campaign. Let's find out how you can do this.
What are you doing this International Women's Day? Your answer may range from doing business as usual to taking a day off or going on a mini-break. After all, this is probably a good time to sit back and indulge ourselves a little – something we rarely get to do as moms. But wait, did you know there are scores of women who are still powerless to make their own decisions, even a simple one like this?
While the world has come a long way in guaranteeing a better, more just world for women, a lot remains to be done. From giving up on their dreams because their parents thought otherwise, and having their contributions to the household ignored, to facing the glass ceiling at work– women still have many hurdles to face.
Here's a shocking statistic for you - the World Economic Forum has estimated that at current rates, gender parity will not be achieved until 2133. A whole 117 years later! In this light, the Women's Day campaign for this year is based on equality. For men and women alike. Leading corporations, influencers and individuals around the world have joined this campaign for equality. You too can join the Pledge For Parity campaign and do your bit in constructing a fairer world for your children!
How You Can Support The Gender Parity Campaign
Make a Pledge For Parity
Promise to take action to accelerate gender parity. We all have the potential to do this, in our respective areas of influence. Everything counts, from raising your daughter free from gender stereotypes, to letting a female colleague at work stand up for her beliefs.
Share your support on social media. Use the hashtag PledgeForParity.
This year on March 8, let's take it from the top. As women and moms, we have all the strength we need to muster to bring about a positive change in our world.
We wish you a fantastic and fulfilling day ahead, one that truly celebrates the inspiring woman that you are. Happy Women's Day! Read more
