1. प्रीतीसुख का स्वागत (कविता)
छोड़ बाबुल का अंगना,
संग आई तेरे सजना,
प्रीत की बंधी तुझसे डोर,
मन हो गया विभोर,
माथे की बिंदिया लगायी तेरे नाम की,
श्रृंगार रूपी गहनों से सजी प्रीत ले स्वागत की,
मनभावन फूलों की सुगंध से महके मेरा सौभाग्य,
नवोदय की आगाज पर मिले मनमीत यह मेरा अहो-भाग्य,
सजना मधुरम नवजीवन की करेंगे हम शुरुआत,
दोनों के समागम भावनाओं से होगी रस बरसात,
बुनियादों का कर त्याग हमें करना कुरितियों का हनन,
गर तुम निभाओ साथ मेरा सुखद होगा ये नवजीवन,
ओ सजना मेरे,
सुख-दुख जीवन के पहलू दो,
प्रीत के सागर में साथी दो,
हम दोनों प्रेमरस से एकरूप हो जाएं,
इस शीतल चांदनी में,
सूरज की रोशनी में,
विशाल क्षितिज पर,
छबि निर्मित करें,
नये आलिंगन नवचेतना लिए,
भावों के नादमधुर सूरताल के साथ,
स्वागतम करें इस नवजीवन की,
मुझे यकीन है हमारा जीवन अवश्य होगा साकार,
दुःखों के कांटे कितने ही चूंभे फूलों की होगी अवश्य बहार,

आज गाँव की हर लड़की देख रही सपना,
पुलिस की ट्रेनिंग लेकर देश में नाम करें अपना,
प्रयास करेंगे हम अपने दम पर,
दिखा देंगे दुनिया को अपना हुनर,
रूढ़िवादी मानसिकता की परवाह किए बिना,
बढ़ना है आगे,
पहनकर वर्दी चलना है पुरुष सैनिकों के संग,
इस कड़ी ताकत को देख दुश्मन भी भागे,
नित नई उम्मीदें लिए उमंगता को रखना है कायम,
निडर होकर सामना करने की खाई है हमने कसम,
सरकार को महिलाओं को युद्ध की वर्दी में लाना है जरूरी,
भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों में लैंगिक असमानता की कम होगी दूरी,
महिलाओं का लिया हुआ संकल्प पूरा करने का है कुछ अर्थ,
नौसेना की पनडुब्बियों व सेना के टैंकों पर उनको तैनात करने में होंगे समर्थ,
भारतीय वायु सेना में महिला लड़ाकू पॉयलटों को किया है शामिल,
गंभीरता से काम कर रही ये,
देश के लिए काबिल,
गर उनको युद्धक भूमिका की अनुमति दी जाएगी,
भारतीय वीर सैनिकों की वीरता में अपार गति आएगी,
अब महिलाएं निकल पड़ी है करने हर चुनौती का सामना,
उन्होंने भी सीख लिया है निडर होकर हर भूमिका को निभाना,
जय हिंद जय भारत के जयकारे हैं लगाती,
यहीं तो हैं हिंद देश की जय भारती।।

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor angyd cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it shobuld be given only in medical supervision .

A. I don’t think so ACv is going to be a problem but it would be better that you check with your doctor because Apple cider vinegar has couple of side-effects also also which a lot of people are not aware about so do not take it without your doctors advice and consent
