Mothers Who Gets Second Life
Well this is my little story from getting preganant to being mother of a preterm baby girl. It was planned after 2 years of arranged marriage. We both were so happy about our preganancy. I became more concious towards my health but things doesn't go according to us always. During 4th month of my preganacy we came to know that there is single umbalical cord instead of dual so it might be chance of syndrom desases. We both were afraid now, this was the only time when I actually realize that I am going to be mother, suddenly I started feeling my baby movements as before that my baby did not move so it was a sign for me that my baby will be ok and I will have this baby in any situation. Docters suggested me to have a test of NSP which will define my current baby condition and this test will be bit expensive. So we both decided to have this test done and had to wait for 12 days to get the results. These 12 days I can't express that feeling, 1st time in my llife I was perhaps loosing my patience and when the test result came we both were so thankful to God for giving negative report; after this incident I was more careful towards my preganany. I was taking proper healthy diet, no junk food, no food from outside, no outing, no package drinks so time was passing good but God wanted something else.
My 7th month was about to start and suddenly my water broke, we rushed to hospital and docters found the cause but docter didnt find anything. It stopped for sometime also my cervix was closed so I was relaxed but next day it started again and I let ultrasound happen just to check if baby is fine and we found out my water level has decreased. So docters asked me to admit for observation. We did exactly what she asked, I was under observation for 5 days, they tried everything but water did not stop so it was a huge risk on baby as my water level was very low for baby. So we decided to go with delivery and I was blessed with baby girl. We had to keep her in NICU for 1 month to stay her alive and healthy but now she is with me this is all matter at the end of the days. I always wanted a girl and I have her. There is one thing I want to share to all ladies who are planning for baby no matter what happens stay positive. People says we only live once but I think after baby this is new life for mothers. Happy rebirth to All Mothers. Do share yours stories which can give strength to other mothers.

10 Ways to Enjoy Your Pregnancy (Despite Hearing All the Horror Stories)
You may have heard that going through a pregnancy is a tough time. There are a lot of sleepless nights, pain, anxiety, and a windstorm of emotions involved. But the truth is - it doesn't have to be that way and here's how.
How to Enjoy Your Pregnancy Period
Want to know how to take your mind off the worries and enjoy being pregnant? Read these tips and get ready to embrace motherhood to the fullest.
1. Start Reading
You'll be having plenty of time on your hands when you're expected to relax and kick back a little. It's time to catch up with your favourite books or starting reading up some fiction. When your baby comes out, you'll have stories to tell and new adventures to go on. And reading is what ignites the spark for those occasions.
2. Listen to Music
If you're having a hard time relaxing, listen to catchy tunes. Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin are musical geniuses and have composed the classiest tracks you'd love hearing. Plus, music has been shown to stimulate white matter growth in the brain. And if you want your baby to be born a genius, play some tracks and let him/her listen on it too.
3. Go for Walks Outside
There's something mesmerizing about going for long strolls outside, be it to the park, the beach, or just your neighbourhood. If you feel stressed out - just taking a walk will help you relax. Connect with nature and visit the zoo sometimes too. You'll appreciate it. Plus, the fresh air and sunshine will be good for you.
4. Make the Most of Favors
Pregnancy is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ask and receive favours. You'll find your neighbours and friends being willing to help out. Make the most of these situations. If someone offers you a special seat on the bus, take it. If someone gets you takeaway and it's healthy, eat it. Don't turn down offers because you never know - there may not be the next time.
5. Meditate and Get Creative
You'll be navigating through a storm of positive and negative emotions when you're going through your trimesters. This is the time to get reflective and look back a little. What attracted you to your life partner, what aspirations do you hold for the future, and what would you want your ideal family to be like? Write in a journal and if you have emotions bottled up, express it on paper. Drawing is also a fantastic way to express your emotions and create beautiful works of art too.
6. Nap to Your Heart's Content
Your life may become a wreck during and after your pregnancy. You don't have to compromise on your sleep and getting high-quality sleep in short increments helps. Try taking multiple short naps throughout the day. Trust us, you'll feel a lot better. And if you like your new polyphasic sleep schedule, you may think about sticking to it for life. The upside is that you get tons of leisure time when you do that and your dose of Zzs.
7. Hang Out with Your Friends
If you're thinking of hanging out or partying a bit to relax, meet up with your friends. Get social, shop for pregnancy clothes, and show off that mom's belly. Love yourself the way you are and enjoy socializing a little. You can even attend tea parties or go out shopping together too. It's a nice way to take the mind off and relax, so enjoy and live in the moment without spending a lot of time in your head.
8. Go for a Spa
To enjoy pregnancy time, simply pamper yourself. Go for a spa or a massage at the parlour. Try out their new skincare or haircare routines. You won't get a lot of room for these things once you're busy taking care of your munchkin.
9. Watch Your Favourite Movies
Do you have a long watch list or TV series collecting dust on the shelves? It's time to take it out and watch it. Because you have plenty of time and what better way to enjoy than watch those? Or maybe sign up for Netflix and see where that takes you. That's good too.
10. Join Prenatal Workout Classes
Staying in shape and taking care of your body makes your pregnancy a lot easier. Working out relaxes the mind and connects you with your soul. Sign up for prenatal workout or yoga classes 4 months before conception and make the most out of them. You'll find yourself enduring fewer hardships when you're working through the trimesters that way.
Every mother goes through a lot during pregnancy but we think focusing on the positives is what matters the most. Enjoy your pregnancy because it's certainly a unique phase in life, one that you can look back upon in the later years.
Try out these tips and let us know how it goes. And oh, happy parenthood!

Letter to my baby sharing glimpses of 9 months of our journey during pregnancy!
.Well I am sure when a woman hears this good news, she is filled with mixed emotions. Of course there is happiness but for me I think, I had parked this emotion for the outcome as during that time I was full of fear and anxiety. I had a new life inside me but this wasn't for the 1st time. It did happen before and God had not approved of that. This time every day I was pushing my fear aside and tried creating positivity by imagining you, your little hands and your naughty smile. It's so strange that with the tornado of hormones in the body yet there was a pleasure of living each day for you. This journey wasn't easy and pleasant as it could be or the way it looks in movies. Wherein Bollywood movies we see a lady feeling nauseated, and the mother in law congratulating her and then she glows with the baby bump and we hear a sound "woooaannn woooaann". I always thought what if I vomited after eating hell lot of junk food, will I be congratulated or if mother in laws are experts in distinguishing pregnancy vomits. My each day would start with nausea, vomiting, more vomiting and then more rigorous vomiting ; known as hyperemesis gravidarum. My nose was super active, the smells which I used to love the most would make me sick. I used to love petrol, paint, cooking smell. But now I was a sniffer dog, I could smell what others could not and Couldn't handle any of these.
Gradually as it was getting better but then other pregnancy factors took over to keep me busy.
With pregnancy, there are a number of suggestions from different people but one common was to watch or read Ramayana, Geeta. I used to run away from those advices and those people too. I watched multiple crime series and thrillers. I was worried why I was doing this when I should do otherwise. But if you are restricted for something, you would surely want to pick that up. Moreover I guess I would have thought that these thrillers would keep my baby thrilled inside and not let her feel boredom!!
When we hear of pregnancy, first thing that comes to our mind is cravings. I had one and only one craving i.e. glucose. I never knew that I would enjoy the GTT: Glucose tolerance test so much. I enjoyed sweets like never before and I could eat as much as offered without an ounce of regret or refusal. Those who lectured me about how bad it could be, I wanted to eat them too. This was treated as a symptom of mine; somebody would claim that I am going to have a girl and some would say otherwise.
Not only sugar craving but there were other factors too which were judged by near and dear ones: if I put more weight on left or right leg while walking, if the line on my tummy is straight or curvy, if I am becoming beautiful or dull. Though these sound stupid to some people or wise to others but one thing is sure that these would keep you entertained throughout your pregnancy.
People say pregnancy is the only time when fat is cute. I felt yeah fat is cute but grey hair, dull face , tired eyes isn't cute at all. Then one of my friends told me one of the feel good factor belief. If it's a girl, she steals all her mom's beauty and brightness which is the reason pregnant mamma looks dull. I was amazed and was thinking if it's a boy, will my husband start looking as awful as I looked then?
If somebody asks me, which is the most dominant emotion of my pregnancy, I would say I was scanophobic. I created this term and not sure if there's something called scanophobic. Every time I turn up for scan, it would feel like an exam and the first thing I would request my radiologist is to listen to the heartbeat. It was the most pleasant sound in that moment of fear. The scan for us was like an appraisal discussion "things are fine but not up to the mark and needs extra efforts". Being in IT industry I could not find a better comparison. It was something or the other in every scan. I was told that the blood flow and nutrition is not flowing properly to the baby termed as notching. It was a turn of taking blood thinner injections every day. Who would want to get pricked everyday but yes there wasn't a number of choices where we had to choose one. It was just one bumpy road with no u-turns, we just had to cross it and reach the finish line. When we understand that 'It is what it is!!', challenges become a part of your routine. With every needle prick, there was a hidden prayer for you baby, to keep you safe now and forever.
Not sure how this feeling comes in. Is it some kind of hormone of eternal love or it's an attachment which develops or we just tend to become philosophical. Pregnancy altered my thinking, it made me realize how fragile and important life is and why it must be protected at all cost. When it was our 9th month, I was excited for you and also for the fact that those pricks will be over when you are here. I think you felt my pain and planned to come early by 20 days. C-section it was. And you left me a scar for life. How can a scar or stretch marks be so beautiful to a lady. Where a small pimple would make our world so gloomy!!! How could these make my world so bright and beautiful; because these scars remind me of my power to carry you and bring you to this world.
I do not want to make this write up to turn to be greedy for compassion; also I do not want you to know that your mother has struggled a lot in order to turn you to look at me with proud and affection. You are already a gift to us, why should we be looking for something from you. Rather I want you to know through this letter that, you- my sweetheart, are a survivor. You are a warrior and you can survive anything in life.
Just grow up with wittiness, smartness, fearlessness, happiness and become an authority yourself. You can rule the world if you wish to but I wish you to know the power of happiness and contentment. I just wish you to be a balanced girl who knows when to accept, reject, fight for, ignore, and sacrifice. I do not wish any emotion to overpower you. I wish you a happy and liberated life. You were loved then, now and forever!! Read more

Dr Vandan H Kumar

A. normally bedwetting is very common during the night time and the child is able to tell you regarding urination during the daytime.
usually this problems improves with increasing age of the child and usually no medicines are given until and unless recommended by the doctor( you can easily wait for ten years of age of the child)
usually treatment of medicines (if started) gives only symptomatic relief and the problem goes away only with increasing age with the strengthening of the muscles of the bladder which control the urination.
steps
decrease the amount of water intake just before going to bed and make the child pass urinex before going to sleep.
also you can wake up the child at around 2 o'clock 3 o'clock and make the child pass urine.
never criticizex the child for this act because this will again aggravate the problem due to stress.
meet your doctor who will tell you more regarding this .
