एक दिवस सानिका जागी झाली तीच चिमणीच्या चिवचिवटाने.धावत खिङकीपाशी गेली. तिने पाहिलं तर आईने लावलेलं चाफ्याचं झाङं! आणि त्याला नविन फुटलेल्या दोन कोवळ्या फांद्या, अगदी खिङकीच्या तावदानाला टेकल्या होत्या. खिङकीचं दार उघङ म्हणून तिला सांगत होत्या. ऐकू जात नव्हतं म्हणून की काय, शेवटी चाफ्यानं चिमणीला धाङलं. सानिकाच्या निष्पर्ण ङोळ्यात नवी पालवी दिसली. खिङकीकङे झेप घेत तिने झपकन दार उघङलं.
आणि खट्याळ वार्यानं तिच्या गालावर टिचकी मारली..भिरभिर फुलपाखरु तिच्या भोवती गिरकी मारुन निघून गेलं, दोन्ही फांद्यांनी हा पसरुन तिला कवेत घेऊ लागल्या. चिमणीही नाचली, बागङली..चिवचिवत राहिली. दुङदुङ करत खारुताई अगदी तिच्या जवळून गेली. मऊ शेपटीचा हलकासा स्पर्शाने सानिकाला खूप बरं वाटलं, खूप काळानंतर अनुभवलेला एक जिवंत अनुभव.
एवढा मोठ्ठा बंगला, त्यातलं अत्यंत महागङं फर्निचर, निरनिराळ्या फँशनच्या कपङ्यांनी भरलेले वाँर्ङरोब्ज, महागडी आणि विदेशी खेळणी.व्हिङीओ गेम्स, लँपटाँप्स. काय नव्हतं आणलं तिच्यासाठी बाबाने पण सगळंच निर्जीव. सुशांत सानिकाचा बाबा, महिन्यातले पंधरा दिवस तरी परदेशात असायचा तेव्हा सुशीलाताई..दिवसभरासाठी तिच्यासोबत ठेवल्या होत्या.सानिका म्हणेल तो पदार्थ तिच्यासाठी त्या करत असत, सानिका मात्र त्यात आईच्या हातची चव शोधत असे..आणि निराश होत असे.
कोवळं वय, आणि देवानं दिलेलं आयुष्यभराचं एकटेपण. कित्ती काय काय सांगायचं असायचं तिला पण ऐकणारं कुणीच नव्हतं.सगळीच बोलणारी खेळणी.ग्रीष्मातल्या शुष्क झाडाला जशी पालवी फुटावी तसं काहीसं सानिकाचं झालं होतं. निर्जीव डोळ्यात जिवंतपणा आला. एकटक दूरवर बघत बसणारी सानू आता खारुताई, चिमण्या, फुलपाखरं यांच्यासोबत बोलू लागली. शाळेत काय काय झालं, कोण कोण काय काय म्हटलं सगळं सगळं ती ह्या तिच्या नव्या मैत्रिणींना सांगू लागली. बाबा परदेशातून आला आणि त्याला सानिकाच्या हसण्याचा आवाज ऐकून खूप बरं वाटलं. कोमेजलेलं घर पुन्हा फुललं ..आत आणि बाहेरही !! त्या फांद्यांनी पुन्हा एकदा घराला घट्ट कवेत घेतलं ..
आणि पुढच्या आठवड्यात सोसायटीच्या नोटीस फलकावर एक नोटीस लावली गेली. वाढलेल्या फांद्या तोडण्यासाठी शहराच्या म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन चे लोक येणार आहेत. लोकांच्या घरात येऊ पाहणाऱ्या उंच झाडांच्या फांद्यांनी आणि त्यावरील पक्षांनी सानिकाच्या मनात मात्र गोड़ घरटं केलं.

This way, you can teach him how to play with limited resources. If he asks you where the batteries are, you can turn the question around and ask him where he kept them!
4. Not being too cautious
You don’t need to panic when you can’t get everything done every day. Know that it’s okay to miss doing the laundry or vacuuming the carpet. You can use the time to spend with your children. Read stories to them, watch movies with them, catch up on their lives. It’s a terrific way to bond and they’ll love being able to have conversations with their mama.
5. Not feeling guilty
You shouldn’t feel bad if you forget to do something. So you were caught up with work that you forgot to brush your child’s teeth. It’s okay. Maybe you didn’t iron his school shirt because you were too busy packing lunch. It’s fine. Moms are human and with so much you get done every day, you’re excused if you miss out on stuff sometimes.
