If you use a rinse during the day, make sure that you do not eat or drink anything for at least half an hour after.
Be careful not to swallow any of the mouthwash, especially if it contains alcohol, speak to your doctor if you do accidentally swallow some.
While the use of mouthwash during pregnancy does seem to be a debatable topic where some experts think it causes no harm while others believe it is harmful, it is always good to be on the safe side and avoid anything with alcohol. My elder daughter is 2.5 months and she’s completely an outdoor child. To keep her inside was a great challenge for me. But I was lucky enough that I was blessed with the younger daughter, she’ll be 1 year soon. How they both take care of each other is the biggest thing that I can learn from them. How they both accompany each other. There little plays. How my elder one not so elder takes care of her younger sister and manage to get along well with her. I would like to thank God for one more thing that seems to be a sigh of relief,that my elder daughter is not jealous of her little sister. Life seems to be totally different and beautiful with 2 kids. See them growing together is a biggest gift that I can ever get. Thank you is not enough for the wonderful gift of having 2 daughters. When a child gets company at home he/she doesn’t need anyone else to play along, to share their heart out. Sharing and caring gets developed automatically with just few little gestures. Siblings share a magical bond together. I would just like to sum up by saying that no one can take place of siblings in life. So please do think about having 2 kids. So that your child gets a company at home. We never know what the next moment is, like we never thought of getting restricted to our homes. Children needs an emotional touch. They need someone to play with, someone to share with.

This was the time when I was not attracted to my baby at all, and today is the time I can't stay away even for a second, from my baby. All women go through this phase. When you become a mother for the first time, you have a lot of 'ifs' and 'buts' moment, but not everyone has people to support them. But I assure that meditation is the best remedy for everything. We may/may not be having differences of opinion about the way we were raised by our parents and those who had differences will be trying to improvise it when it comes to the parenting roles. So in this context, I feel it's very important as a parent to know the types of parenting styles in our society and to evaluate ourselves as what type of parent are we. Types of Parenting
1. Authoritative
2. Authoritarian
3. Permissive
4. Neglected
1. Authoritative: Warm, responsive, and accepting but with set expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Positives - Differences are approached with reasoning and discussions, no forcefulness.
This type of parenting does not resort to punishments as a means to teach or inculcate a behaviour, rather it's the patient explanations of the parents and reasoning out to the kids which helps them to better understand their mistakes and rectify them. Parent-child rapport is good and increases the confidence in kids.
2. Authoritarian: High degree of parental control with obedience expected.

I feel this is an outcome of the busy life schedule among the parents as we don't have enough time to sit and explain things in the right way but want perfect behaviour from our kids. This approach instills fear of punishment rather than understanding. It causes emotional disturbances and psychological stress.
3. Permissive: Warmth and acceptability with very few rules and expectations. Child's autonomy valued highly.
4. Neglectful: Similar to permissive but lacks warmth and responsiveness
Often in daily life, we have mixed types of parenting. Mom and dad have a different style and studies have shown that mixed variant is better than both parents having the similar approaches.
Studies found authoritative parenting style with the most positive outcomes in most of the domains of behaviour, education, responsibility.
It's a highly debatable topic and difference of opinion are very common in the view of parents as we all feel our ways of parenting are always the right way. (I too do the same as I feel I am the best).

3. Divergent games
Encouragement is the key and you must not miss out on this. Make sure that you let your kid play a game which can have different ways of playing. Like making a sand castle; the sand can remain the same, but the castle can be different every time. Creating imaginary figures will also unlock the creative side in your baby. Play a puzzle that has multiple answers and let your kid find all of them.
4. Do not pressurize or dictate
Never dictate a situation to your kid or fix a particular play only. These can have a jailing effect on your kid. Rather, facilitate the games that your little one wants to play. Become a horse or an elephant for your kid and let them ride you. Let your child lead the game and you are a puppet. Listen more and also act more.
5. Motivation
You as a great parent should always try to motivate your kid. A small appreciation can make a huge difference in your kid’s routine. Encourage his ideas and watch the magic.

A. from your history it appears that your child is having colic pain due to gas in abdomen
in colic pain you can give anti colic medicines like colicaid 0.5 ml to the child and this medicine can be given maximum three or four times per day but to prevent this problem kindly do regular burping for 15 to 20 minutes.d
do not kee ep the child back on the bed after one burping (all gas is not removed with one burping)
during the cdolic episode you can do stomach massage and limb cycling movements and if the child is more than 2 months of age you can give tummy time also.
