Hassle-free Hairstyles for Working Moms
Most moms want hairstyles that are easy to make and look super stylish. But while celebrities have hair stylists to ensure that their hair is perfect and conditioned, you need hairstyles that can be maintained easily and are frill-less.
Working moms have a lot on their plate - from running a home with kids to meeting deadlines at work. Therefore, the very thought of maintaining long tresses becomes a task. Learn about some hassle-free hairstyles for working moms with a cramped schedule, and ease your worry.
Top Hassle-Free Hair Styles for Working Moms
1. Braids
If you are a working mom, considering braids would do you a world of good. If done right, braids can look really chic, and they usually last the entire day without much effort. Opting for a French braid or a regular braid should keep your hair in place. You can tie a little ribbon at the bottom to give your look a little quirk. Braids are best suited for moms with long or medium length hair.
2. Go Layered
Choosing a layered hairstyle is also a good option. Keeping it long in the back and short in front will accentuate your jaw line while drawing attention to those beautiful eyes and that killer smile. What more! Layers also give an illusion of voluminous hair. The length is appropriate as it allows you to tie your hair in a bun during the latter half of the day. Ensure that you trim your hair regularly to avoid going from classy to messy.
3. Blunt Cut
One of the best hassle-free haircuts for working moms would have to be the blunt cut. It is a great wash-and-wear style that requires very little upkeep. All you need for dressing it up for an evening office party is a curling iron. However, the cut should be done right. A monthly visit to a stylist who knows the blunt cut is a must. A blunt would naturally suit women with straight hair.
4. Stacked and Fabulous
Short hairstyles for working moms are always a great idea. Have you considered getting a bob cut like the ones sported by Mandira Bedi, Rihanna or Victoria Beckham? Visit a stylist initially and let him or her cut it below the chin line before allowing it to be stacked back. The concept of stacking ensures that hair is shorter at the bottom and full at the top. It will give a thickness illusion and is regarded as a ready-to-wear hairstyle. However, stacking would prevent you from tying your hair in a ponytail or even braiding it. But it does look fancy when you style it.
These working mom haircuts are great because they allow you to experiment while also ensuring comfort, ease, and top-notch style. When you do not have your own personal hair stylist, working with what you have becomes absolutely vital. Opting for any of these hassle-free hairstyles is sure to get you noticed and look youthful and fresh. Read more

Sex Up your Weekdays Right Now!
Don't let your sex life during weekdays suffer because of your multiple roles at work and home. It's time to pause and give your relationship the attention it requires. After all, sex is not an activity that should be reserved just for the weekends!
One of the biggest fallout's of the frenetic pace of cosmopolitan life is that sex on days other than the weekend goes for a complete toss. But you can change things! Get rolling and add some zing to your relationship all the days of the week.
Tips to Enjoy Sex on Weekdays
1. Talk to Your Partner
As a rule, men are not as good as women when it comes to reading the signs of intimacy in their partners. The best way is to spell it out. If you feel too bashful to let him know outright, write a naughty note and slip it into his briefcase or lunchbox. It’ll keep him thinking about sex all day!
2. Leave Work Where it Belongs
It’s not easy to think about cosying up when you have the latest fact sheet from work running through your head. Make it a firm rule to leave work at the doorstep when you enter home. You’ll be surprised at how much easier it is to get into the mood and have weekday sex.
3. Try Something Different
You don’t have to go totally crazy with experimenting but once in a while, doing something unexpected can be wonderfully exciting. Think of kinky stuff you and your partner always discussed but never got around to doing. It could be a different place or position for having sex or even something as simple as wearing sexy lingerie.
4. Savour Aphrodisiacs
Chillies, avocados, bananas, chocolate, red wine (in moderation), pomegranates–what do all these have in common? They’re considered to be the top aphrodisiac foods. What better way to boost up your sex life during the weekdays than by including them in breakfast, lunch or dinner!
5. Boost Your Energy Levels
You’ll definitely not be thinking about sex if you’re exhausted with work and managing the house. Give yourself an hour off and do some yoga or cardio exercises to get your blood pumping. Exercise releases happy hormones and can put you in the right frame of mind to get naughty.
6. Create The Right Ambience
One of the worst mood killers is having a grocery list looking at you while you’re in the throes of passion! Put away any distracting items, lay a clean bed-sheet and dim the lighting. With the right ambience, you’re already halfway to reaching your goal of having super intercourse on the weekday.
7. Dress The Part
A cotton nightgown might be the most comfortable thing you own but it definitely isn’t going to make your hubby go wild. Get yourself some sexy lingerie with frills and lace. Not only will it make him sit up and take notice, but it’ll also go a long way in making you feel good about yourself.
All relationships need a dose of excitement and adventure every now and then. Don’t fall into the routine of only having the weekends as designated days for sex. Break the monotony of weekdays with spicy lovemaking! Read more

Are You a Superwoman? Does Everyone Takes You for Granted?
Girls are raised to be independent when they are young. Atleast in my generation I have seen my women flourish and take a stand in whatever they like and accomplish them. But in giving these special wings to them, some other things have to be sacrificed. It is just the rule of nature, to get something to need to sacrifice something.
A career seeking women may have to neglect her family sometimes meanwhile the other way is also true, a homemaker may have to sacrifice her career for the sake of her family! In rare cases both can be accomplished in a win-win situation but I said before those cases are very rare. For that she needs to have a strong support system, but then she has been brought up independently how does she depend on people now?
Trusting people is another issue, in today's world where physical communication amongst neighbours or relatives itself is very difficult! Let alone building new relations and building trust with them. This all has to go with the mindset not just of her but people surrounding her as well.
After getting married these girls, go to another home to start a family of their own, little are they taught about the real world they are entering into. These girls who have read fairy tales expect their prince to come and sweep her off her feet and carry her to their castle! In reality there is no happily ever after. The cycle of sadness and happiness rotates itself to show their true meanings.
Amongst this if a woman appears to be a superwoman who can tolerate all these and still emerge as a winner, yet there would be some kind of nagging which will eventually pull her down to her roots again. We need to fight this and re emerge and ascertain our worth and sometimes prove to people who we are even though it is unnecessary.
As a working mother myself, I would like all mothers to pledge themselves that they would never forget their own individuality even though they work to build their own family and life. Remember your wishes and make it known to people around you! You never know how some some people may come forward and support you against their own will or your own expectations.
Take a stand for yourself woman, as you are the pillar of the family, if the pillar is strong so is your family!!

A. A lot of times normal delivery is actually seen in these cases also if the doctor is quick and the child cooperate then yes normal delivery is very much possible but some doctors don’t take a chance with the health of your child and so they normally suggest C-section so let’s see what’s your situation by the end when you are into your labour
