The greater suffering, the more glory in conquering it.
Indeed, it's a blessing to become a mother and we have to enjoy this time. Many emotions ebb and flow throughout the journey of motherhood and few stay with us for lifetime,. Nobody invites negative emotions, but honestly speaking, majority feel anxious and doubtful about themselves: whether they could be a good mothers or not,many are worried about their body shapes, some about their career and the rest about their 'In Laws'.
At this point where the new life is in our hands whom we have to nurture with our love, our thoughts, our beliefs and breast feed obviously, but our mindset take us towards the negative emotions.
Firstly, we are not aware of this thing what we are facing, then we understand eventually that something is not quite right. Still we don't accept it and don't even ask for help from others. Frankly speaking, we are doing wrong with ourselves. We are playing victims in this particular situation.
We don't get proper sleep, we don't get time for ourselves ( sometimes we are not able to go to washroom on time ), we sacrifice our career and many more things.
Inspite of these all things we enjoy taking care of our little ones but forget about ourselves at the same time. This slowly takes us to postpartum depression.
If you are feeling this way then I want to tell you my dear: first understand it that you are suffering and secondly allow others to help you.
Why understanding our problem comes first? I would like to tell you my dear friends that if we don't understand the wound we could not be able to heal it. Negative emotions are like wounds in our lives and they require our efforts and positivity.
Secondly, we have to allow others to help us in taking care of our new borns, whether it's your mother in law or your husband. Give yourself rest for few minutes several times a day. Take some naps. Take care of yourself, nobody else is going to do it for you and will not even ask you if you don't. Hence it's your responsibility to do so. Get full body massage and ask for head massage whenever you need. Drink plenty of liquid as you need during breastfeeding. Take nutritious diet.

I'm going to talk about the changes that happen in your child's behaviour when they start school for the very first time, i.e. playgroup or daycare. Almost every parent worries about their child when they send them to playgroup. Each child needs some time to settle in a new place or environment, so it's important that you wait for them to settle. Once they do, you will start to notice some behavioural changes. Their behaviour may depend on the outside environment they are slowly imbibing, mostly due to other kids around them. Kids usually try to copy each other, which could also sometimes mean that they can learn to hit or be naughty.
I have seen many parents complain about their kids, stating that their children have stopped behaving well after coming back from school, and then they scold or even hit them for this reason on getting irritated. But that is the wrong way to approach the problem - we should wait and give our children some time to grow and understand right from wrong. Once they settle in this outside environment, i.e. school, they can learn the actual difference between good and bad. So, to all the parents who are eager to get good behaviour from their kids instantly, please wait and watch your child before you punish them for their changed behaviour. You should expect appropriate behaviour from your child once you have given them enough time to settle in an alien environment.

You can learn many things from children. How much patience you have, for instance.
Children are a great comfort to us in our old age, and they help us reach it faster too.
Sending your child to playgroup or daycare for the first time can be hard for a lot of parents, but remember that socialising is an important part of your child's overall growth and development. Since this will be your child's first time out in such a setting, it's best to be patient and watch things unfold.
