15 Best Home Remedies to Help You Get Pregnant
Giving birth to a baby is one of the most satisfying and ecstatic feelings for a woman. Where some women get pregnant easily, others may have to wait a little longer to get pregnant. However, if you and your spouse have decided to take a plunge into parenthood, and want it to happen soon, then this article may help you. We shall discuss various home remedial measures that may help you get pregnant and fulfil your dream of becoming parents. Though there are no full-proof home remedies to conceive, the following ways may help you to conceive faster.
15 Natural Ways to Conceive Faster
There are a number of factors that need to be taken care of when you are trying to conceive, such as your ovulation, your partner’s sperm quality, and your lifestyle and diet. If you are trying to get pregnant, the following natural ways may be helpful:
1. Dates
Dates are a rich source of vitamin, A, B, E, iron, and other essential minerals. Dates are power-packed with nutrients that may help you in conceiving and also during pregnancy. Grind 10-12 dates (seedless) with two spoons of coriander roots. You may add this paste to a cup of cow’s milk and boil it. Take this mixture for a week after your period gets over for improving fertility.
2. Pomegranate
Pomegranates are very effective in increasing blood flow to the pelvic region. They are said to increase female fertility and also help in thickening the uterine lining which reduces the chances of miscarriage. Take equal amounts of the bark of the pomegranate tree and seeds and make powder. Take half a teaspoon of this powder daily for a few weeks.
3. Maca Root
Maca root is extremely beneficial in treating infertility in both women and men. This root is beneficial for balancing the hormonal levels of the body, thus improving fertility. You may take half a teaspoon of maca root powder with a cup of warm water or milk. Take maca root powder for a few months but avoid it once you get pregnant.
4. Vitamin D
Lack of vitamin D in your body may lead to infertility and miscarriage. Therefore it is of utmost importance that you spike up your body’s vitamin D requirements. Many scientific research have shown the adverse impact of vitamin D deficiency on female fertility. The best way to get vitamin D is by basking in the early morning sunlight for 10 minutes, or you can even eat vitamin D rich foods such as egg yolk and cheese.
5. Cinnamon
This wondrous spice helps in better functioning of the female ovaries and thus helps in warding off infertility. It is used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS, which is one of the prime reasons of infertility in women. You may add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of warm water and drink this tea for a few months.
6. Banyan Tree Roots
Banyan tree roots have been one of the effective home remedies for conceiving. You may take the Banyan tree root's powder with warm milk, for three consecutive days after your period finishes. You may follow this procedure for a couple of months to see the results.
7. Garlic
One of the effective natural remedies to get pregnant is by eating garlic. Garlic is known for improving fertility in women. You may take four to five cloves of garlic and chew it. Drink a glass of warm milk after chewing the garlic cloves. Follow this routine regularly in winter months to improve fertility.
8. Alum
Alum works as one of the greatest home remedies to get pregnant fast. If your periods are regular but you are facing difficulty in getting pregnant, alum is your solution. You may take a small piece of alum and cover it with cotton. Insert it into your vagina at night. Follow this routine till the cotton comes out clean (without any milky layer on the cotton). The absence of white layer is a sign that you are ready to get pregnant.
9. Nutmeg
This spice is beneficial in enhancing female fertility. You may include nutmeg in your diet to increase your chances of getting pregnant. You may take equal amounts of nutmeg powder and sugar powder (approximately 3 grams each) and take it with one cup milk (preferably cow’s milk) during your periods.
10. Rock Salt
You can use rock salt to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Rock salt is very effective in fighting infertility in women. You may take a spoonful of rock salt and soak it in 750 ml water. Drink this water early in the morning (before sunrise) for three to six months to see the results.
11. Mustard Paste
You may increase your chances of getting pregnant by following this simple and easy home remedy. You may effectively add mustard paste to your everyday diet after the fourth day of your menstrual cycle. Mustard is very effective in enhancing fertility in women. But don't overdo it.
12. Holy Basil
Holy basil has been used to cure various medical ailments and health conditions. Consumption of holy basil has also proved effective in curing female infertility. Few leaves of holy basil (three to four) can be chewed daily, followed by a glass of milk to improve your chances of getting pregnant. Alternatively, the seeds of basil can be eaten to enhance fertility.
13. Fennel and Rose Petals
If yoga and exercise is something that you cannot follow to increase your chances of getting pregnant, then you may consume fennel and rose petal to improve your fertility. Mix 10 grams fennel and 50 grams of rose jam and take this mixture every night with warm milk (cow’s milk).
14. Chaste Berry
Chaste berry is very beneficial for women who battle with hormonal imbalance. The increased prolactin levels in the body due to hormonal imbalance may lead to infertility. Consumption of chaste berry helps to combat PCOS and improves the ovulation. Take a spoonful of dried chaste berry and infuse it for ten minutes in boiling water. Drink this tea once a day for a few weeks for enhancing fertility.
15. Fennel and Butter
This combination is ideal to improve fertility in women who are overweight or heavy. You may take fennel powder (approximately 6 grams) and mix it with two parts of pure butter and consume this mixture for three to four months.
All the above-mentioned home remedial measures are effective in improving your chances of getting pregnant. You may try these home remedies to get pregnant with irregular periods also. However, it is suggested to consult your doctor before adopting any home remedies to enhance your fertility.
Additional Tips to Keep in Mind
Apart from the above-mentioned natural remedies, the following tips may also help in getting you pregnant:
1. Limit Your Caffeine Intake
Consuming more amounts of caffeine hinders the absorption of iron in the blood, and it may also cause dehydration. Collectively all these things may lead to infertility issues in women. This may cause problems in conceiving and may pose the risk of miscarriage or preterm labour.
2. Avoid Sugar
Sugar is one of the fatal forms of carbohydrates. Eating more than required amounts of sugar may lead to disrupted insulin levels in the body. The high carbohydrate-rich diet creates insulin resistance in the body and may cause problems if you are planning to conceive. Switch to natural sweeteners or fruits as a healthy substitute for sugar.
3. Drink Adequate Water
You should drink adequate water if you are planning to have a baby. Water not only keeps the uterus healthy, but it also helps in increasing cervical mucus. The sperms attach better to the thickened cervical mucus and help you in getting pregnant.
4. Be Healthy and Fit
It is very important to exercise every day. If you are obese or overweight, it will be a good idea to lose some weight as it would improve your chances of getting pregnant. However, If you are underweight, then you may have problems with the ovulation. Maintain a healthy and fit body as it improves your chances of getting pregnant.
5. Sleep Well
It is very important that you sleep well, for the proper functioning of all your internal organs. Irregular or erratic sleeping habits may take a toll on your hormones. The disrupted hormonal balance may lead to problems in conception.
6. Keep Stress Away
Stress may lead to many health complications and problems in conceiving is one of them. The increased levels of stress may impact the hormones that are responsible for releasing the egg from the ovaries. Therefore, stress may lead to delayed ovulation or no ovulation at all.
7. Quit Smoking
Women who smoke may take longer to conceive than women who do not smoke. Also, a pregnant woman who smokes is at great risk of delivering a baby with genetic abnormalities.
8. Do Not Consume Alcohol
Alcohol consumption may lead to irregular menstrual cycles, ovulation problems, and disrupted hormonal levels. All this may lead to complications if you are planning to get pregnant.
You may benefit from the above-mentioned tips if you want to get pregnant. However, it is recommended that you seek your doctor’s advice before making any dietary or lifestyle changes.

How to Take Care of Skin after 30?
During the 30s women start facing problems with their skin. Your skin is going to need all the care to deal with the issues of the skin. All you have to do is follow the basics for taking care of your skin and ensure that it is well-nourished. When you try out these beauty tips, the 30s get very easy and fun.
1. The CTM Routine
It is very important to follow this routine since most of us ignore the cleansing, toning, and moisturising routine during the younger days. This routine is even more essential and should be followed when women hit their 30s. The CTM routine is done for clearing the accumulated grime and dirt on your skin. Moreover, this routine will certainly help to keep your skin healthy and look fresh.
2. Eat Well
Have a diet plan that includes many varieties of vegetables and fruits. Salads made from healthy and fresh vegetables and fruits will help to get rid of the toxins in your body. Your skin will definitely start looking healthier.
3. Look for Key Ingredients That Benefit Skin
You should start looking for key ingredients in your cosmetics that will help to make your skin look radiant and youthful. It is up to you to choose commercial or natural cosmetics for your skin. Either way, you should consider checking for vitamin C, anti-oxidants, hyaluronic acids, and glycolic in your cosmetics. These ingredients will help in preventing premature ageing and avoid severe dryness. This will also keep your skin bright and fresh.
4. Supplements
To keep your skin strong and maintain elasticity you can take vitamin E and vitamin C supplements. These vitamins will help in producing collagen which is needed to maintain the elasticity of the skin for an extended period of time.
5. Facials
Facials are a fantastic way for maintaining the radiant and young look. For a facial, you should make time to go to a spa at least once a month even if you have a very hectic schedule. When you try out the facials that are made for anti-aging, skin care after 30 becomes very easy. You will start feeling a change in the texture of your skin as it will do wonders on your skin.
6. Indulging in Face Masks
You do not need to buy an expensive face mask or go to a spa for face masks. You can use natural skin care ingredients from your own kitchen to indulge in beneficial skin treatment. All you have to do is
Take some yoghurt and apply it on your neck and face
Let the mask sit for at least 15 minutes. You can then wash it off with water.
You can add a bit of honey to the mask for some variation.
7. Exercise
Regularly exercising has many benefits to it. It will not only help to nourish your blood cells but will also cleanse your skin. You can either walk for at least 30 minutes or just go to the gym. Exercising will also help to flush out all the waste products lying within your skin. It will help to prevent acne, reduce stress, and will help to maintain your overall health. You will naturally get beautiful skin when you are fit and healthy.
8. Exfoliate
It is best to exfoliate your skin at least thrice every week. Consider doing this at night rather than the day since removing the dead skin at night increases the skin’s process as your skin renews overnight. This will also help to reveal brighter skin. You can simply mix lemon juice and honey with fine granules of sugar to make a scrub. You could also use salt as a substitute for sugar.
9. Water
Drink plenty of water every day and keep your skin hydrated from within your body. Drink around 8-10 glasses of water each day as water is needed not only for a healthy body but for beautiful skin as well. It will also help to eliminate the toxins from the body and will ensure good skin. For an extra boost, you can consider adding lime or lemon juice. Consider using lukewarm water as well to avoid dryness. You can use a moisturising body wash that will act as a protective skin barrier for the skin.
10. Stay Healthy
Try giving up or at least reducing consumption of alcohol and smoking. Your skin will look unhealthy as toxins are pumped into your body. Reduce the intake of sugar and caffeine as well. Sugar is known to increase the effect of skin ageing and will also worsen the condition of your skin. It will make your skin look rough as it binds to the collagen and activates inflammations. Your skin will definitely benefit when you cut down on them.
11. Night Cream
Night creams will help to hydrate your skin and reduce the patchy skin. It will also help to boost the collagen in the skin.
12. Eye Cream
During the 30s, you will start seeing more wrinkles and fine lines under your eyes. It is best to use a nice quality night cream that will help to reduce the fine lines and will also help to keep the dark circles away. So start investing in the best eye cream to take care of the fine lines that will start appearing around your eyes.
13. Body Lotion
For an absolutely perfect skin, you should not only concentrate on your face but your body as well. Twice a day, you can apply body lotion all over the body to make sure that you get beautiful skin all over. It is important to concentrate on your knees, heels, and elbows as these areas are prone to dryness.
14. Hydrating Your Skin
Hydrating is an essential skin care routine that every woman should practice. Start getting moisturisers that have richer ingredients than the ones you used to use in your 20s and will help to keep your skin hydrated. In addition to your moisturiser, you can use a serum to help with skin hydration. It will help to remove dark circles, fine lines, open pores, etc.
15. Using Sunscreen
Sunscreen is important at every age, and nobody should forget to take it when going out. For women above 30, a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or containing UVA/UVB sun protection is the best. Choose a foundation that contains SPF, if you like using foundation. Sunscreen will also help to protect your skin against the sun rays that are harmful.
For women, these skin care after 30 home remedies are very beneficial and are great to follow. It is also important to be happy to stay young and beautiful. A stressful life will cause you to age faster than usual. Staying away from stress and smiling is also a key.

Babyhug Safe Journey Forward facing car seat which is very good .
We have been complaining about the pandemic since the month of March from working from home to taking ultimate precautions in our daily routine. We have been just saying that we have not gone out, we should not go out and travelling is not safe. But we
can’t resist since the time the government has announced the unlock in many cities. So i have something to share with you about my unlock journey with Firstcry.com
I was planning for a road trip with my 8months baby as we were just bored and irritated with our daily routine. After hearing about the cases of corona and we being as new parent I was more concerned about my baby’s safety. I have been purchasing all
baby items from FirstCry since the time my baby was born and now in my free time I was just browsing through the website I came across this Luxury BabyHug forward seated car seat. I had a carry cot earlier but my baby is a growing I required a car
seat. My baby would require assistance with him in the carry cot but now I have to say this my baby is of cheer happy as he has his own seat like a big boy and does not require much of assistance. I only need to fasten his seat belt and he is all
free to sit, relax and enjoy his journey.
The material of the car seat is soft and comfortable. Additionally, the car seat is cloth material and not plastic or rexine so my baby does not feel tough and rough at the base, it gives a feeling that he is on his parents lap.
This is not the only good thing about the car seat it is best for children from 2 years to 6 years. I have got this early because my baby is tall. There are various colors available I have chosen white and blue as I wanted it to match my car color which
is white. I would surely recommend and suggest this car seat to all the new parents. You need to have a car seat if you are travelling with your baby. It is the best product for long term use.
Thank you BabyHug for this product. We are happy parents. Read more

A. Some women may have vomiting throughout their pregnancy. The most common reason for vomiting during the third trimester may be gastritis. Make sure you eat small frequent meals, preferably every 2 hours. If your baby's weight during checkups are adequate..u needn't worry much about this. You can also consult your doctor and take anti emetics and PPIs if the vomiting is bothering you or interfering with your daily activities.
