30 Weeks Pregnant with Twins or Multiples
Standing on the marker of twin pregnancy with 30 weeks gestation, you might be glad to know that your babies would arrive in a month and a half. A major chunk of your pregnancy period has been completed in the previous months. Common Bodily Changes

Fiber Rich Foods for Babies
Most babies are only breastfed for the first six months after their birth as the mother’s milk provides them all the nutrition required for growth at this stage. For babies between the ages of 1 to 3, 19 grams of fibre is necessary on a daily basis.

2. 'Breastfeeding Should Not Be Done After a Caesarean Delivery'
According to medical professionals, the method of delivery has very little connection with your ability of nursing your baby. It is a common belief that a mother should not breastfeed after C-section as there are chances of the stitches opening up due to movement. But increasingly today, more and more mothers are able to or allowed to breastfeed as soon as they go into the recovery room. 3. 'C- Section Deliveries Aren't Painful'

5. 'You Will Need To Exercise Excessive Dietary Control Post Childbirth'

6. 'You Will Not Be Able To Walk For Days'
Being bed-ridden is often cited as one of the most debilitating C section complications. However, the truth is that women are able to get out of bed the very next day post their caesarean delivery! Yes, the mobility is reduced as compared to a normal delivery. The scars due to surgical incision are painful while recovering, especially when you twist, get out of bed or sit on a chair. But as long as you exercise care and precaution and ensure not to put any weight or pressure on the scar, this is only temporary.
7. 'Once a Caesarean, Always a Caesarean'
This is perhaps the most popularly held belief about C section risks and benefits. It is believed that once you've had a caesarean delivery, you will never be able to have a normal delivery. Your second pregnancy will also lead to a C-section delivery. However, this is completely misguided information.
Statistically speaking, the American Pregnancy Association states that 60-80% (roughly 3 to 4 out of 5) women who have previously undergone caesarean birth can successfully give birth vaginally. The major risk lies in rupture of the scars; however, that only happens to one in 200 women. Moreover, the decision to have another C-section depends on how the first surgery shaped up, and the status of the current pregnancy. So, no, having a surgical delivery does not necessarily imply that your future deliveries will be the same.

I have introduced bottle little late to my baby not immediately after the birth and it was an easy transition. He loves sippers more those with the handles as he can feed himself on his own which toddlers of his age generally enjoy the most. To feed themselves. He loves to use it and drinks water on his one holding the handles so well.
I really do not have to worry about anything. All i do is fill the bottle with clean water and job is done. It comes with a very cute shape and size, as its tiny my baby loves it more. Bottle is strong and comes with soft nipples.
I have been truly in love with these sippers which come with handles. Because My baby loves to hold it by himself and like to drink water or any fluid.
We dont have to worry about any spillage, and he easily uses it
It is geey easy to work with, my baby roams the whole house drinking and sipping on his favourite drinks. He doesn’t need any support as the handles does the job and he can easily hold them and feed himself.
With this sipper his water intake has increased and keeps him well hydrated which otherwise is a task when he doesnt wanna eat anything and just play.
Just a suggestion,The color combo could have been better and nothing else as it is good in every other aspect. It is anticolic and soft for babies who are teething.
The bottle is strong and very cute. I love to see my baby hold it and he just doesnt let go of this bottle. May be he finds it cute too.
