Few healthy and tasty foods for your baby in winters

The season with a lot of food varieties, green vegetables and colorful fruits.
When it comes to feed our babies, every mother is super conscious about the nutrition, protein and quality of the food item. Babies need special care in winters and there are a few mouth watering foods which will make your baby happy and healthy.
Here I am discussing few:
Dates: Dates are rich in minerals. You can start giving dates to your baby after 6 months. Give in moderate quantity, 1 date a day and increasing it to two in a day. Feed him in low quantity as it can stuck in his tiny throat. Dates are good for hemoglobin as well and will keep your baby warm internally. Stomach issues will also be resolved.
Egg: As we all know that eggs are super loaded with protein. You can start feeding egg after 8 months to your baby. 2 or 3 times in a week is sufficient. Make omelet with adding few vegetables, salt and black pepper. You can also boil the egg and feed him.
Fish and chicken: Once your baby is one year, you can feed him fish or chicken as well. Make sure it is properly cooked. It is full of protein. Fish is very soft to eat so the baby will definitely love it.
Soup: Soup is always a good idea for everyone. Once your baby is on solids, you can start introducing soup. It may be vegetables or chicken.
Ghee: Desi ghee is full of minerals and really good for babies in moderate quantity. You can add ghee in lentils, khichdi, oats and cereal as well.
Honey: Once your baby is one year old, you can introduce honey. Give him honey a half tea spoon once or twice in a week. It will save him from cold and will keep the throat issues away.

Normally, the peel of ridge gourd is thrown away, but my mum uses the peel to prepare a fiery chutney out of it. Ridge gourd peel chutney, known as 'Dodkyachi Chutney' in Marathi, works as a perfect accompaniment with regular Maharashtrian meals. The best part? It is extremely easy to make.

Ingredients
Peeled skin of 2 ridge gourds
3-4 tsps of sesame seeds
5-6 tsps of dessicated coconut, shredded
A pinch of sugar
3 green chillies, slit lengthwise
4-5 drops of lemon
Salt to taste
5 -6 curry leaves (optional)
Method
Step 1
Dry roast sesame seeds, dessicated coconut, green chillies for 10 - 15 min on a round tava.
Step 2
Fry peels on the pan till they get crispy. It will take approximately 9 - 10 minutes. Let it cool for a while.
Step 3
Grind all the ingredients to coarse mix in a mixer.
Step 4
Store this chutney in an air-tight container. This chutney will remain good for 15 days in the fridge.
Step 5
Just like any other dry chutney, you can serve this chutney with with roti or chapati.

A. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a partx any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compressesx and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
you can take paracetamol for pain.
