Crown-Rump Length (CRL) Measurement Chart
Regular check-ups, pre-natal screening, and scans are essential during pregnancy. Tests used in dating the pregnancy, estimating gestational age, and looking for chromosomal abnormalities might be prescribed by your doctor so that your pregnancy can progress smoothly. Estimation of the crown-rump length (CRL) of the foetus is one such scan.
What is CRL?
CRL is the length of the foetus, measured from the top of its head to its buttocks. This measurement is in centimetres and doesn’t take into consideration the limbs or the yolk sac. Since CRL can be taken from about 6 to 7 weeks of the pregnancy with an upper limit of 14 weeks, it is useful in calculating the gestational age of the foetus. The low biological variability at this stage of pregnancy makes it the most accurate estimation of your baby’s gestational age.
Once the gestational age is evident from the CRL, your doctor can provide an estimated delivery date. The earlier this scan is conducted, the more accurate it is. Note that the gestational age is different from the fertilisation age. Gestational age is calculated from the first day of your last menstrual period, whereas fertilisation age is typically two weeks less than the gestational age.
What Does Crown Rump Length Indicate About Your Baby’s Health?
The CRL scan assists your doctor in evaluating the well-being and development of your baby in the womb. An average baby measures is about 51 cm tall and weighs around 3.5 kg at the time of birth. With this scan, it’s possible to find out your baby’s length and weight at different stages of your pregnancy. These are some issues that CRL helps to reveal:
Presence of a heartbeat - If the CRL measurement is 7 mm or more, a transvaginal ultrasound can detect the foetus’ heartbeat. This type of ultrasound is conducted through the vagina instead of from outside which is how most ultrasounds are done.
Miscarriage – A CRL can reveal the absence of a heartbeat and, in turn, a missed miscarriage. In such cases, the expecting mom doesn’t suffer from the usual symtoms of miscarriage like pain or bleeding. Also known as a silent miscarriage, the placenta keeps on producing the pregnancy hormone, leading the woman to believe that she is still pregnant.
If your mean sac diameter (MSD) is less than 5 mm greater than the CRL measurement, a first trimester miscarriage may be impending. This can occur in spite of detecting a normal heartbeat in your baby.
CRL measurements that are on the lower side may also be indicative of chromosomal abnormalities such as Edwards Syndrome (trisomy 18), triploidy, or other growth-related problems.
According to a study, there is a direct correlation between CRL measured before the 10th gestational week and birth weight. This is a one-of-a-kind study as other studies focus on the correlation between both factors only after the 10th week of gestation. A total of 632 ultrasound scans were performed on pregnant women who didn’t have any complications. The results indicated that there is a positive association between CRL in the early first trimester and birth weight of the foetus. This can help to predict low birth weight (LBW) and ensure parents-to-be are emotionally prepared for a premature delivery and newborn care.
Crown Rump Length Chart
The CRL diagram was first presented by Robinson in 1975 and is, still, the primary reference for pregnancy dating as well as evaluation. Below, we provide a CRL chart for your reference.

Every baby is different and slight variations in growth and development are normal. Your doctor’s benchmark measurements may also differ from the CRL chart. After a CRL scan, make sure you have a chat with your gynaecologist about your baby’s progress and ask for a detailed report on the same.

11 Physical Developmental Milestones for Toddlers (Ages 1-2) and Activities to Boost Them
As a parent of a one-year-old, it is important to remember that your baby is evolving into a toddler, and is just beginning to discover the world. One-year-olds actively use their senses to explore and make things happen. Toddlers between 1-2 years become increasingly mobile and are able to walk on their own, climb and feed themselves. These are some important physical developmental milestones of a 12 month Old.
Between the months of 12 to 24, there are plenty of physical milestones that your child will be achieving. Here is a checklist of the developmental milestones that you should be looking out for in your toddlers aged one to two years old.
Physical Developmental Milestones
1. Standing
Around the 13th month, babies are able to pull themselves up to a standing position with support. After this, they will be able to move their hands and body away from the support and stand alone by around 14 months. By the 15th month, babies should be able to bend down from a standing position to pick up an object.
2. Maintaining Balance
Between the ages of 1-2, toddlers are able to maintain balance while sitting and playing with objects like toys.
3. Walking and Running
Between the ages of 1-2, children learn to walk, run, hop, and even jump. Children graduate from crawling to walking and running by the age of 20 months. Typically, babies will move from one place to another while standing and holding onto a support, to walking at around 15 months. By around 20 months, your baby will be running. As they reach two years of age they are able to move around independently. They begin to walk on their own and are also able to walk backwards.
4. Kneeling and Climbing
At around 12 months or so, babies will kneel and creep up the stairs. They try to climb stairs with the support of a railing, and would run around much more than they used to. Climbing on and off furniture is also something they would do at this age.
5. Hand and Finger Coordination
One-year-olds exhibit improved hand and finger coordination; however, they might still fumble a great deal and drop objects. They are also able to use their hands much more, sometimes using one more than the other. They are able to push and pull objects and pick up toys. Toddlers will also be able to catch and throw things. At this stage, toddlers will show a greater preference for push and pull toys like toy trains and cars.
6. Moving and Experimenting with Hands
Toddlers begin to use their hands to experiment with objects by turning them in all directions, banging them and often bringing them to their mouths. Toddlers also begin to discover the world through touch and taste. He or she learns to pat your face or shake things around and feel different textures like water, wood and walls. They are also able to hold books and flip pages. In their second year, toddlers start scribbling on paper, wall, etc. You will also see them shifting drawing and painting tools from one hand to another.
7. Throwing and Kicking
By the end of their first year, toddlers will be able to kick or throw a small ball forward.
8. Feeding Themselves
As they grow from 1-year-olds to 2, toddlers exhibit the ability to feed themselves. When seated at the table, if you fill up a bowl with cereal you might see your baby empty it on the table and eat off the surface.
9. Dressing Up
By age two, your toddler will be able to push hands into sleeves of his clothing and slip his feet into shoes.
10. Pushing and Pulling
Pushing and pulling toys along become interesting to babies around the age of 12 to 18 months. You can give them wheel-toys or even attach a piece of string to a toy car for them to drag it around. This activity also helps him improve his coordination, as he’ll be moving forward by glancing occasionally behind him.
11. Squatting
Up until the age of around 12 months, your baby would have bent down to pick up his toys. It’s from the age of 12 to 18 months that he will begin squatting instead. Show him that he can bend his knees, instead of stooping over. Let him practice by picking up his various toys off the ground.
Apart from these, by 18 months of age, your child would have mastered the pincer grip, build towers with his blocks, scribble on paper, drink from a cup without any help, and slowly move on to the next set of milestones!
Toddler Physical Developmental Activities
There are several fun activities and games your little one can indulge in that can help boost his physical development and can also help him understand different elements of the world around him. Here are a few interesting ones that can keep him occupied!
Use all the pillows and cushions you have in the house (the bigger, the better!) and scatter them in a big pile. Your toddler is sure to enjoy all the jumping, balancing, and climbing that comes with this game!
Pick a colour and have your little one run around the house finding it on various items. Keep going with a bunch of different colours.
Stretch! You don’t need to be a yoga expert for this. Simply stretch your arms towards your side and have your baby imitate you. Bend down to touch your toes, have her sit down and form a diamond shape with her legs. These exercises help him with growth and muscle development as well.
Throw socks into your laundry basket. Ball them up (clean ones preferable!) and teach your baby to aim at the basket and shoot for it. Keep the basket at a close distance so that he can land a few sock-balls in there! Move the basket further away once he is comfortable with the current distance and the motions involved.
Stick a line of tape in straight or squiggly lines on the floor. Your baby can either practice balancing while walking on them, or can jump over it too. Choose a thick tape that can be used on floors or rugs without ruining them.
Old is Gold, and so is a good old-fashioned game of Simon Says. Give him instructions like ‘jump up and down’, ‘squat on the floor’, ‘moo like a cow’, ‘give me a kiss’ - a variety of actions for him to practice!
Turn off the lights and make patterns on the wall with your flashlights, which your baby can imitate with his hands. Teach him how to make shadow animals with his hands.
Keep the balloons in the air! Keep tapping and swatting at a balloon and keep it airborne for as long as possible. Ensure that this activity is done in a spacious area.
Play pretend with your kids, by imitating various birds and animals, and asking him to imitate and identify your actions as well.
These physical developmental activities for toddlers not only help promote your child’s motor skills and development, but also teach him to use his imagination, learn about various new things, and provide a welcome break from the routine of watching TV and playing mobile games!
To get your child’s development going consistently, get him an activity box for toddlers that will encourage him to learn through play. FirstCry Intellikit contains activities you can do with your little one reguarly – don’t let his growth and development stop!
Signs of Physical Developmental Delay in Toddlers
Physical developmental delay in kids can be exhibited by certain signs, right from 3 to 4 months old.
If your baby does not do the following by the time mentioned, it could be a cause for concern:
Does not grasp or hold objects (3 to 4 months)
Does not roll over at all (5 months)
Can’t sit up without support (6 months)
Does not reach out for objects actively (7 months)
Does not crawl or can’t stand without support (1 year)
Can’t walk or push objects (18 months)
Still walks on toes or cannot walk confidently (2 years)
Physical development milestones are things that your child should be able to do at a certain age. While these milestones are indicators of your child’s growth, it is important for you to remember that each child is different. This is why you need not worry excessively if your child takes a little longer to reach these milestones. Read more

Appendicitis in Pregnancy
As soon as you find out that you are going to be a mother, the health of the baby becomes the most important thing in your life. Pregnancy is not the most comfortable of times, and great care is required to ensure that your baby remains healthy and free of any ailments. Among some of the common problems that pregnant women face is appendicitis, which occurs due to the inflammation of the appendix during pregnancy. While appendicitis can be a painful condition, it is not an incurable one. Appendicitis is common among people of all ages so that it can be treated and cured easily. However, the pregnancy sometimes complicates the process, so appendicitis during pregnancy must be tackled with utmost care and concern.
What is Appendicitis?
The appendix is a vestigial organ- meaning that it has no function or use in the human body- which is present in the lower abdomen area. The appendix is all that remains of the tail, which was gradually shed with evolution. It is also found to house beneficial bacteria, which can aid in the digestion of food in the stomach. The appendix, being a vestigial organ, is increasingly susceptible to inflammation, resulting in the condition called appendicitis. The inflamed appendix is also filled with pus and causes some real pain to the mother. The condition is not often seen in pregnant women, but it does pose a real risk to the health of the mother, and consequently, that of the baby. Any niggling discomforts must be sorted out by the mother-to-be, so you must definitely pay a visit to the doctor if you think that you have the condition.
Causes of Appendicitis
Appendicitis can affect people of any age, ranging from children to the aged. Although the condition is not often observed in pregnant women, it can still strike during the time of pregnancy. Some of the common causes of appendicitis are:
- the blockage of the appendiceal lumen, or the surface, caused by various internal or external factors.
- the accumulation of faecal matter in the appendix, causing a blockage.
- the presence of intestinal parasites like pinworm, in the digestive system.
- the presence of calcified faecal deposits in the appendix, also known as appendix stones.
- ingestion of foreign objects, like bullets, pins or stones, which get lodged in the vestigial organ.
- infection due to some disease-proliferating bacteria, like salmonella, measles or Shigella bacteria.
The role of genetics in the contraction of appendicitis must also be considered, as it was found that the risk of appendicitis in those with appendicitis in the family is almost three times higher than a person without any family history.
Appendicitis Symptoms During Pregnancy
Symptoms can really help you alleviate your fears about a disease, and get a clearer notion of the ailment affecting you. The most commonly observed symptoms of appendicitis in pregnant women are:
Pain in the Abdomen: The main symptom associated with an inflamed appendix is a pain in the abdominal area, and it is seen not only in pregnant women. The appendix is present in the lower right area of your abdomen, so the pain is usually present in that quadrant of your body. The pain starts out small and light, and builds up with time. It becomes unbearable towards the end, and may even increase if pressure is applied to the area.
Vaginal Bleeding: Bleeding through the vagina is a scary prospect, especially for pregnant women. If the bleeding, be it light or heavy, is combined with abdominal pain, you should rush to the hospital.
Nausea and Vomiting: These might be common symptoms, but when combined with the pain in the right side of the abdomen, they might indicate appendicitis.
Fever and swelling
Loss of appetite
Fatigue, and a feeling of sickness.
Constipation, or other problems with digestion.
Diagnosis
The above symptoms might all indicate appendicitis, so any mother with even a doubt should consult the doctor quickly. The diagnosis of appendicitis is a tricky procedure, and the treatment is usually even trickier. Here are some methods employed to identify it:
Blood work is initially done, to find out the number of white blood cells in the person. Appendicitis results in an increase in the number of WBCs in the bloodstream.
A urine test is also done since appendicitis can result in a urinary tract infection in the person.
Ultrasound Scan, being the easiest imaging option to carry out during pregnancy, is done to confirm that the condition is appendicitis.
If results of the Ultrasound Scan are not conclusive, an MRI Scan is carried out. It also carries no risk or radiation, even to pregnant women.
What if Appendix Bursts in Pregnancy?
The rupture of the appendix can cause real complications during pregnancy, and many pregnant women have died due to the rupture of their appendix. Therefore, it is wiser to remove the normal appendix in cases where appendicitis is suspected, rather than waiting for the disease to proliferate.
Treatment for Appendicitis in Pregnant Women:
There are two methods for treating appendicitis in pregnant women, depending upon their condition. These are:
Antibiotics: This is done only if the inflammation is mild, and not bad enough to warrant an invasive procedure. The antibiotics may be administered intravenously, for better results.
Appendectomy: It refers to the surgical removal of appendix during pregnancy. The procedure can be done through a keyhole surgery if the mother is in the first or second trimester, but for women in the third trimester, a larger incision is required to ensure no lasting damage.
What Happens After the Surgery?
The mother is expected to not do any stressful activity and take rest for some time, after the surgery. The response of the baby is monitored by the mark, and it is observed that most women undergo preterm contractions after appendectomy during pregnancy. However, this does not usually result in preterm labour.
Appendix pain during pregnancy is a threat to the health of the mother and the baby, so it must be treated with utmost care. The condition can have dire consequences if left untreated, so it is better to get an expert opinion if you even have a slight doubt regarding the symptoms.

Female Genital Tuberculosis
Genital tuberculosis is a secondary type of infection that stems from primary tuberculosis. Tuberculosis occurs due to the presence of a specific bacterium in the lungs. When this spreads to the other organs like kidneys, pelvic areas, and finally, to the genitals - you get genital tuberculosis.
This condition has been known to cause infertility and difficulty conceiving when fully developed. It is most prevalent in developing countries like India. On a global scale and according to NCBI, genital TB is known to cause an estimated two million deaths every year, affecting over 9.4 million people.
What Is Genital Tuberculosis?
In vaginal tuberculosis, the bacterium mainly targets the fallopian tubes. TB spreads from the lungs to the pelvis and genital regions and shows low-grade symptoms. It's a chronic medical condition that affects the endometrial lining and leads to infertility. Tuberculosis has been around for years (dating back to the Egyptian times) and in India alone, there are about 12 lakh cases of TB every year. What makes TB in uterus challenging to treat is its increasing resistance to drugs. Genital TB isn't detected directly but emerges when a woman undergoes medical diagnostic tests only to find out she's become infertile.
How Is Genital TB Spread?
How fast tuberculosis of female genital tract spreads will depend on whether the bacterium remains active or latent. Latent TB cases could later become active and start spreading, which could happen in any periods of 10 to 20 years. Where active TB that becomes genital TB is concerned, it spreads if the victim comes in sexual contact with the infected person. Additionally, if you spend long enough time with the infected person and breathe in the cough they let out, the virus could enter your lungs and infect you. But after brief contacts like passing by an infected person on a train or nominal time spent with them with no talking, you'll be safe.
What Percent of Population Has Genital Tuberculosis in India?
About 30% of the population in India is known to have genital tuberculosis. According to TBOnline.com, 90% of women are diagnosed with this condition between the 15 to 40 and about 60% to 80% of genital TB cases end with infertility or being unable to conceive. 10 years ago, statistics showed that only 10% of the population was affected with genital TB in India, but due to a lack of awareness and not getting it treated until it reaches the final stages, this number has skyrocketed to 30%.
Causes of Genital Tuberculosis
The main cause of genital tuberculosis is regular tuberculosis. This ends up spreading to the ovaries and uterus, which leads to scarring and damage to the Fallopian tubes. When left untreated, it advances into later stages and infertility becomes a reality after which that cannot be reversed, making conception impossible.
Other causes of genital tuberculosis include having a low immunity and coming into contact for a long period of time with infected persons and breathing in the bacterium.
Early Symptoms of Genital TB
The early ovarian tuberculosis symptoms go undetected or unnoticed since they are difficult to pinpoint. However, watch out for these signs and do a thorough investigation if you've got a nagging suspicion:
Pain in the abdomen and pelvis
Pain or bleeding after intercourse
Primary infertility, tubal infertility, or being unable to conceive on your first try
Abnormal vaginal discharge or bleeding
Lack of periods
Irregular menstrual cycles
In males, genital TB symptoms include irritation, pain in the groin/testicles, pain while urinating, and inflammation
Systemic symptoms of genital TB include weight loss, fatigue, and low-grade fever
If any of your family or extended family members have a medical history of genital TB, get yourself medically evaluated to see if you're already infected for early treatment or prevention.
Diagnosis of Genital Tuberculosis(H2)
Your doctor may order the following diagnostic tests for evaluating and staging your genital tuberculosis:
Tuberculin Skin Exam - This involves inserting antigens (TB protein) into your inner forearm. If your skin has already been exposed to TB, it will react by creating a reddish bump in 2 to 3 days. However, this skin exam doesn't tell you how long you've had TB or if the type is latent or active. It simply detects its presence and that's it
Hysteroscopy - This involves inserting a thin tube into your uterus to diagnose if you have any signs of abnormal bleeding in the uterine tube. Hysteroscopy is categorized into operative hysteroscopy and diagnostic hysteroscopy. The former is used to correct any abnormalities found during diagnosis, thus eliminating the requirement for consecutive surgeries. Some conditions this procedure corrects are adhesions or bands of scar tissue (tubal scarring) forming in the uterus (which are known to cause infertility), polyp and fibroid growths, and removing some of the uterine linings to prevent abnormal bleeding. Hysteroscopy can also help you determine if you've had any defects or malformations in the uterus since birth
Laparoscopy - This is the least invasive procedure out of the above options listed so far. A surgeon makes tiny incisions on your abdomen to peer into your organs and examine them. A camera scans in the images and transmits them over the monitor. The procedure is used to find out and determine the cause of pelvic pain and biopsy samples are also collected in the process.
Cystoscopy - This procedure is used to diagnose genital TB in males. A thin tube is inserted into the urethra to examine the insides of the bladder. Doctors order this exam if males experience urinary problems
Ultrasound scans of the pelvic region - High-frequency sound waves are used to scan the insides of your organs, including the pelvic and genital regions. These do not cause pain and image your affected areas in real-time. Although ultrasound scans are used to detect the movement and condition of the fetus in pregnancies, they are also used in the diagnosis of genital TB
A lab analysis of your menstrual blood by collecting a sample
Complete blood count test
Chest radiographs
PCR Test for TB Uterus which takes a few hours and involves reproducing RNA or DNA sections for analysis
Cervical smear tests and endometrial curettage diagnostics
Complication of Genital TB
Complications involved with genital TB include damage to the fallopian tubes, scarring, and structural deformities in the uterus and genital organs. These lead to infertility which means women became unable to conceive, despite treatment with anti-TB medicines. Other complications include tubal malfunctioning, ectopic pregnancies, poor health of the embryo and alterations in the endometrial markers which are a factor for proper embryonic implantation.
Treatment & Management of Genital TB
Genital tuberculosis is treated the same way as other types of tuberculosis. Anti-TB medicines are prescribed to the patient which run from six to eight months. The symptoms won't appear like before once treatment starts because the antibiotics kill the bacterium present in the affected regions.
The way the treatment works is that patients get administered anti-TB medicines are administered up to 8 months, sometimes going up to a year depending on the severity of the condition. After this treatment, whether or not the fallopian tubes get repaired will influence the outcome of pregnancies. In some cases, surgery may be recommended to repair the tubes while other resorts include Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injections (ICSI) and IVF procedure. Death is a fatal consequence of genital TB when left untreated and in India, approximately 300,000 deaths happen every year.
How To Prevent Genital TB Infection?
You can prevent getting a genital TB infection by taking note of the following tips:
Avoid sexual intercourse with partners who have tuberculosis infections. Practice safe sex, hygiene, and always wear female condoms plus use contraceptives just to be safe
Keep your immunity strong by eating healthy and making sure you get plenty of fruits and vegetables in your meals. Avoid processed foods and eat clean, basically, because it influences the chances of catching infections indirectly when you're exposed to the outdoor environment
If you are in the early stages of genital TB or TB, don't hesitate to get treated. Consult a doctor and start taking anti-TB medications before the condition progresses
Start taking a BCG vaccine early on, preferably from the age of 14
Genital Tuberculosis And Infertility
"Can Genital TB Affect Fertility?" - Yes.
Genital tuberculosis leads to infertility and most women find out they have this condition when they get medically evaluated for uncovering details about their infertility. The best way to prevent from getting infertile via Genital TB is to get screened every year and stay away from sources of infection. Women should be taking the BCG vaccine since that's mandatory for prevention and it should start from a young age. For sexual partners who have any form of TB, they should get clinically treated and ask the doctor for advice on safe sex practices.
Can I Conceive After Genital TB Treatment?
Yes, you can. There have been cases recorded where severe genital TB conditions were treated all-year round with anti-TB medicines. IVF rounds were administered and embryos from the female patient were frozen for later use. The patient eventually went on to become pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby with decent weight gain. However, whether you conceive or not after genital TB will depend on how your fallopian tubes and endometrial lining heals. In some cases, anti-TB medicines may not work well and the doses or rounds have to be increased. Other factors like your lifestyle and nutritional diet also influence how you recover post-treatment.
Not all hope is lost when you are diagnosed with genital TB. You have to be patient and give your genital organs enough time to heal. Sometimes this may require anti-TB therapy for a few months to a year. If you become infertile and your condition doesn't improve post-treatment, you'll have to look into other medical options. We recommend going for a second medical opinion to evaluate how it goes. If you have a weak immune system, then your doctor might prescribe you a series of antibiotics before you undergo the listed diagnostic tests. You will also have to keep urine samples aside and should rest after the procedures. Read more

Stop Eating! Are These Foods Damaging Your Sex Drive?
There are a lot of things that impact your sex drive and food is one of them. There are certain items that affect the libido negatively and can make getting turned on difficult. Surprised? Read on to know the foods to avoid before having sex.
There are days when you’re more charged up and long to get closer to your partner. Then are those days when you just don’t feel like it. Even foreplay doesn’t seem to do much. Why is this? There are many reasons why you don’t feel turned on and in the mood to make love. It could be because of your mood, your busy schedule and even because of the food you eat.
A Few Foods Not to Eat Before Sex
1. Cheese
You love cheese but your libido doesn’t! In fact, it’s not just cheese but other dairy products that tend to lower your sexual desire. They produce excess mucus in some people and can make one feel clogged up. Give your cravings for dairy a rest, at least until you’ve made love. Remember, food and sex go hand-in-hand!
2. Alcohol
A glass or two of beer or wine can set your mood right for the night. However, if you think that downing the entire bottle will enhance your desire then you’re highly mistaken. Too much alcohol can reduce your sensitivity to touch, which means an orgasm might be elusive. So drink within limits to set the mood; just don’t guzzle everything. That goes for hubby too!
3. Canned Food
The high level of sodium in canned food can cause acidity, not the best condition to get you turned on. As much as you can, avoid these foods before having intercourse. However, if you’re too lazy to cook or have no other option but to rely on canned food, rinse the contents in water to get rid of the excessive salt. Try not to consume the liquid in the can too.
4. Oats
Rich in proteins, oats are a great way to kick-start your day especially if you’re feeling constipated. Researchers state that oatmeal not only keeps you energised but also aids your body in producing the stress-reducing hormone, serotonin, which boosts your sex drive. However, despite these pros, they’re included in the list of what not to eat before sex so limit them to just one bowl at a time. Having too much in one go can have a negative impact on your sex drive.
5. Broccoli
As healthy as it is, broccoli is not very good for your libido. This is because your body produces methane to digest it that results in excess gas and can put your mood off. This doesn’t mean you should stop eating this healthy green that’s rich in vitamins and minerals; just avoid eating it before having sex.
Besides these, other foods to avoid before having sex are energy drinks, beans, tofu, red meat, peppermint and french fries. All these foods contain content that can reduce your sexual desire. So if you’d been wondering why you just don’t feel the urge to get into the act even when you’re in a great mood, you’re probably making the wrong food choices. Ditch them before making love and save them for another time. Read more

If you have a backyard or an outdoor garden, you can try out this unique heart decoration. Use plastic hearts to ensure they are water and weather proof. If you plan to have a candlelight dinner in your backyard, you can even intersperse them with twinkling fairy lights.

A. It’s very important that when you ask a question please provide us the age of the child currently I would say that if your child is unable to latch properly so whenever you’re feeding Press your breast with your hands for the feeding of the milk is better because the milk flow is going to be better and hopefully that you do the trick

A. You can mix coconut oil and Kapoor together and that is what you can apply regularly want to your stretch marks is one of the best options that you can use currently other than that also I would recommend you that if you feel any kind of a burning sensation or irritation then you can have a word with your gynaecologist

A. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a partx any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compressesx and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
you can take paracetamol for pain.
