India in 21st century : Is it safe for a girl child?
Rape, molestation, harassment, abuses and many more.... things a woman facing in her day today life. Everyday when I turnover the pages of newspaper, check social media feel ashamed for all such stuffs. Is it the India we have dreamed for ??? A big question to all of us. This only indicate that we are surrounded by sick mentality people. Somewhere it's also the failure of system and laws. If such cases continues can we imagine what type of India we are going to gift our next generation.
Candle March, protestations, posting these stuffs on social media may not be the permanent solution to the problems. So what can we do ??? Increase in such crimes implies the unsafetyness of a girl child irrespective of age is a major threat to the society. I was in shock when came to know about the rape case happened with the 3 months old baby. This only indicate sick intention towards a baby girl, nothing else. Let's try to stop these by taking few steps.
Firstly respect the ladies around you whether She is your mother or wife. Kids learn from home. They will learn how to behave with woman. Also parents should be friendly in nature with their kids as they are grown up.
Secondly we should teach our boys to be humble and to change the look after the girls of their age. This can be possible if sexual education classes should be introduced in school.
Thirdly implement of strong laws against such cases can stop it. As there is no strong law against such crime so it is increasing day by day. Strong law will induce fear which can inhibit such cases.
Lastly, many times I have seen in Indian families, while they put restrictions for girl child but not the same for boy child. It's time to treat both of them equal. Small things also have remarkable come back. Start from own house and one day India will be safe for girl child. And after that we can proudly say that we live in a country where our girls are able to go out of their house irrespective of time. That will be a day we celebrate as true Independence day. Read more

These Holiday Pictures Of Sridevi and Her Daughters Will Cheer You Up Instantly!
All of us lead packed, busy lives, right from the time the alarm goes off in the morning to when we finally get to sleep. From looking after our children and the household, to running the 754 errands that moms have on their list, life can often get monotonous. Relationship experts have one tried and tested solution to fix this – a family holiday! Recently, Sridevi went on a summer vacation with her husband and daughters. You'll need to see the pictures below to find out the ONE thing that has got us so delighted.
Sridevi, her husband Boney Kapoor, and their two daughters Khushi and Jhanvi, are on a vacation in Georgia. Yes, the landscape is snowcapped and utterly beautiful, but we are not talking about that. The real reason these pictures have warmed our heart is this – love. The togetherness of the family, the shared moments of candid laughter, binging on a new cuisine together, and discovering new sights and sounds with the people who matter the most – isn't that what life is about? And these pictures showcase familial love so beautifully!
A family vacation as parents is a huge lesson in companionship, bonding, and yes, patience. As our kids grow up, and our relationship with them becomes more-friend-less-mom, a holiday can be pure bliss. Not only does it give us a chance to understand each other better, but also lets us create memories for life. Exactly what the Kapoor family is doing right now.

What Should Not Be Heard By Little Ears Should Not Be Spoken By Big Mouths
"Ding dong, bell pussy's in the well. Who put her in? My little papa thin. Who pulled her out? My little Mama stout."
This was the first nursery rhyme that my father had recited to me. My teacher had continuously asked me to say the correct one, but I was reluctant to say the correct words as I had learned this at home. I got the first prize for reciting this rhyme. Probably the judge liked my confidence and creativity.
Although I got the first prize, my father realised that children speak what they are taught, not intentionally though, but they learn the easiest way around.Time flew in a jiffy, and I became a Mommy to three musketeers and my dad became a grandad.
Now being in the senior-most position, he was guiding me to be careful in front of kids as what to say and how to say. That's what all grandparents do.
18 months later I started panicking when will they say the magical word "Mama".Every day, every second I was repeating in front of them "MAMA" and pat came the word one-day, and I was elated. So was my husband, when he got to hear the word "Papa".
One day, my hubby and I were sitting and eating lunch. My son, Mitaksh came running towards me, and my bowl of cereal spilled on the floor, and here I said the four-lettered word "SHIT".
Guess what?
He repeated in a childish gibberish tone, "Oh Mamaaa shhhit".
Rahul and I looked at each other, embarrassed, and thought we need to be careful next time.
As parents, everyone commits a mistake someday or the other. You have done too.
As I am blessed with three kids, my story is a little longer.
A few days back I was lighting the Diya in the mandir and I was chanting 'Om Namah Shivaya'. Not knowing my younger son, Maullik was watching my actions.
Maullik, very clearly, with folded hands repeated the beautiful soulful words and I felt proud that am teaching spirituality to my kids, unconsciously.
And the story continues with the third one.
Yesterday my daughter, Mehar was sitting in my lap, I was humming the new song from the movie Gully Boy, "Apna Time Aayega".
"Apna time aaega....." before I could sing further, my daughter uttered, "Mama aayyyega aaayegaaa".
Thankfully I did not sing the whole song, otherwise I would have been red-faced again and would have added a new word in my child's dictionary which is not very appropriate.
I then checked on the internet about this and Google Baba gave me this knowledge, "Kids have echolalia, they repeat what you say. Its a part of their language development".
Echolalia is very normal until 30 months of their developmental stage. Beyond that its a sign to worry.
So we should be careful what we say in front of our little generation, which is getting sharper as technology is advancing.
My mother also shared with me that I should never speak to my kids in a Lisp language, the children start speaking like that and take time to speak the words correctly.
So Mommies and Mommies-to-be let's set the stage for our kids, after all, they will be the youth to lead us tomorrow. Let's set their stage to be good speakers and great human beings.

A. Yes it is the what part is that your child is kicking if you feel that there is a movement of your child whether it is a cake or slight movement also you know that your child is doing fine so there is no problem in that if the movement is less it’s completely alright

Q. #asktheexperts what to do if the baby’s nose is blovked

A. Nasal blockage is very common, specially in small children because of the narrow nasal cavity. Any kind of saline drops like nasal clear will be helpful in dissolving the stuffy secretions, which can be taken out by vnasal aspirator gently also steam inhalation will be helpful also, try to avoid keeping the child directly under the fan.
