How to Make School an Enjoyable Experience for Your Child
Early years of schooling are a big challenge for mothers. Children often wake up cranky and refuse to go to school, due to various reasons. We often wonder how we can make the whole experience enjoyable for our kids. These tips may help you motivate your child to go to school by making it an experience they look forward to, rather than dread.
Talk positive about the school and teachers in front of your child, so that he also carries a positive impression about the school.
Tell your child how school will help him learn new things and that you learned new things in your childhood by going to school.
Prepare your child by familiarising him with the class syllabus, so that when he is taught that subject in school, he feels confident as he has heard about it before.
Discuss his daily school activities and ask him about his friends, school environment, etc. Show interest in his school life.
Encourage a healthy relationship between your child and the class teacher. You can send a flower or some food for the teacher, once in a Between the age of six months to two and a half years, milk teeth start coming in for children. Be regular with the child's homework so that he does not get scolded at school. Also, develop a regular time for your child to do his homework and make it a habit.
Take regular feedback from the teacher regarding your child's academic progress and behaviour in school. Feedback must be accepted in a positive and healthy way, and will only help you improve your child's personality. Don't try to cover up your child's mistakes.
Be patient while overseeing your child's homework. These are the beginning years, so he will take time to pick up new skills like writing or speaking in class.
Don't compare your child's performance with other kids. Each child is different and gifted in a special way.
With the right amount of love and proper guidance your child will look forward to going school every day, and take an active interest in doing well.

Make your Orgasms Stronger with Kegels
If you want fireworks in your sex life, you have to be willing to put in the work. There are kegel exercises waiting to be tried out. Start off slow and work your way to the difficult stuff. You stand to benefit the most from it.
Good pelvic floor health is vital for a thriving sex life and most importantly your orgasm. What's great is that there are exercises that can do your pelvic muscles a world of good and make your orgasms powerful too. What are those you ask? Welcome to the world of kegel exercises for women. Do them a few times while you're driving, are in the kitchen, or just about anywhere you want. Learn a few kegel exercises and say hello to a stimulating sex life.
Kegels Exercises for Better Sex
1. What is kegel exercise?
They are exercises that strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and can be done practically anywhere. Start by clenching the muscles that stop the passage of urine (pubococcygeus). These muscles are usually found deep inside your vagina. You'll need to keep them tense for around 5 to 10 seconds. Release and relax for another 5 to 10 seconds, before squeezing them again. Repeat this motion at least 4 to 5 times in a day. Once you can handle doing this exercise for at least 5 minutes every day, you can do it twice a day. The best part? No one can guess you're exercising while you prepare a document at your work desk.
2. Better sex
If you know how to do kegel exercises and don't miss this exercise schedule, very soon you'll be able to climax in different positions with your partner. In fact, these positions could be the ones you've never tried and only fantasized about. Kegels help you achieve multiple orgasms as the pelvic floor becomes stronger, which makes vaginal contractions strong too. Little wonder the orgasm from kegels is powerful, to say the least.
3. Benefits your partner
Kegel exercise during sex will benefit your partner too. How? These exercises strengthen your vaginal muscles leading to strong contractions. This means that when you're having sex you'll be able to hold on to his manhood tight. This will not only stimulate you, but your partner as well. Can you imagine the heightened sexual pleasure you'll both enjoy?
4. Does the exercise make you tighter?
One question might be flashing across your mind: do kegel exercises make you tighter? The fact is that this exercise doesn't really help tighten the vagina. It, in fact, tones and strengthens the vaginal muscles. This helps boost your ability to get aroused and have a tighter grip when having sex with your partner. The contractions become intense too!
If a great orgasm is what you are looking for, practising kegel exercises will benefit you sexually in no time. The benefits of kegel exercises are two-fold. They help you with your sex life while stimulating your partner as well. It’s a win-win situation for all. Here’s to a better sex life, ladies! Read more

Style Tips for a Fashionable Diwali
Diwali celebrations come along with tons of functions and parties, and looking perfect for every occasion can be taxing, right? It is that time of the year when women step out hunting for the latest Diwali fashion trends. Every woman dreams of getting that perfect look for each special day, dazzling with lights and surrounded by friends and family to multiply the fun. What if we told you that you need not spend a fortune on your outfit, hair, and makeup, and still have that flawless look you seek? Here are a few fashion tips for Diwali that are simply too glamorous to ignore.
Style Tips for Diwali - 2019
Diwali is one festival where you want to look your best. Steal the show this Diwali by keeping a few style tips in mind to look effortlessly beautiful this festive season.
1. Enhance the Traditional Look
Festivals like Diwali bring out the Diva in most of us. Long jhumkas and beautiful Indian outfits have their own charm for sure. But why settle for the basic outfits when there are a million ways to jazz up the traditional look? A short sleeveless kurta with a nice Patiala is a super trendy look. You need not worry if your outfit is simple because a heavy mirror-work or embroidered dupatta will fix this for you! Keep your hair down and wear pretty jhumkas to add some bling around your face. Complete this look with a pair of wedges or open sandals. You’ll surely make heads turn in this gorgeous look. If your outfit and accessories are heavy, keep your makeup simple. You do not want to be over-the-top. A simple winged liner, heavy mascara and a bright lipstick will complete your look.
2. Go Indo-Western
This Diwali is an excellent time to experiment with your bottoms. So ditch the plain leggings and make way for the trending styles in bottom wear. You can pair shararas, palazzos or cigarette pants with long or short Kurtis to spice up your look. Floor-length jackets too can give you the look you seek. Front-slit ankle length kurtas with skirts in contrasting colours are also garnering attention from all, so do give it a thought ladies. Long earrings, high heels (if you're comfortable) and a messy bun will provide you with that picture perfect look. Keep your make-up elegant and use shimmering blush for rosy cheeks.
3. Say Hello to Long Skirts & Dresses
Maxi skirts are back in trend and women can’t be happier! Wearing a long layered skirt and waltzing around like a princess makes every woman feel glamorous. A maxi skirt is a must-have in your wardrobe. To add glitz and glamour, pair this skirt with a shimmering top, in ivory or rose gold with sequins. Ladies, if you are confident enough, tuck in a plain satin shirt into a high-waist floral skirt. Try this and be the star of the party! Add more elegance to this look with a beautiful pair of chand balis and heels to look tall and confident. A nice bun will look festive, or you can keep your hair down and add some soft curls to the ends. Stick to monochromatic themed make-up for eyes and lipstick if your outfit is heavy and well accessorised.
4. Experiment With A Saree
If you still can’t make up your mind, then go for a saree because saree’s are timeless, elegant and work for every occasion. Even a simple saree can make you look beautiful, all thanks to a 6-yard long drape! Amazing, isn’t it? For an elegant look, wear a plain saree with an embellished border. Instead of splurging on a heavy saree, this Diwali, invest in a uniquely designed blouse. A designer blouse can change the look of the plainest saree. Look to celebrities like Sonal Kapoor for some saree inspiration. Pair this look with elegant diamond studs and pretty bangles, and you're all set! A neat bun and smokey eyes work best with sarees that have warm shades. You can wear nude makeup if your saree is bright and heavy.
5. Consider Pastels With Bling
The festival of lights demands bling! So worry not ladies if you feel that your outfit is too plain and sober. Pastel shades are in too, and adding bling to your simple traditional clothes has its own festive benefits. You can own a pastel kurta with minimum work by styling it up with a pair of dazzling earrings and nice golden footwear; they need not be heels, even Juttis can work their magic! Bangles of course and a simple yet elegant Maang Tikka will make you look beautiful. The idea here being that simple pastel shades jazzed up with diamonds, gold jewellery and accessories can be an ideal look this Diwali. You can keep your makeup as simple as your outfit. However, if you are in for an experiment, then you can play around with bright shades.
So what are you waiting for ladies? Now that you have quite a few fashion ideas to jazz up this festive season, it’s time to go shopping! Abide by these tips and trust us, you will look stunning this Diwali.

A. The duration of implantation cramping varies from person to person but doesn't last longer than a few days. Some people experience a few minor twinges over a few hours or the course of a day. On the other end of the spectrum, some experience intermittent cramping that comes and goes over one to three days.

Q. New born baby is not poop more than 1 week? How to recover that
Dr Vandan H Kumar
Paediatrician
A. Stool pattern of small children changes from time to time.
It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also.
The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency axs well as colour as well as the smell of the stool
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal.
the crying of the child is due to colic pain and not due to constipationx
