If you are concerned that your little one may have knocked knees, here are a few signs to look out for:
Knees that touch each other when the child stands

However, if the condition is severe, the doctor would recommend that you get an X-ray of your child's legs to rule out any possibilities of bone diseases. In some cases the doctor would prescribe leg braces and special orthopedic shoes. In very severe cases, doctors might recommend a surgery to help your child.
5. How to Straighten Legs with Knock Knees at Home?
Health experts believe that the best way to treat knock knees is to give the child time to gain strength. In case knock knees are due to underlying problem like rickets, which is caused due to deficiency of Vitamin D, give your child vitamin D supplements everyday and encourage outdoor play. Also feed him calcium rich foods that make the bones strong. There are a number of exercises for knock knees in preschoolers. 10 Scary Things They Didn’t Tell You About Your Postpartum Body
“Wait until you become a mother. Your entire life will change!” Knowing relatives and friends start warning us immediately after we get married. Change isn’t a foreign concept for women – our lives change dramatically when we transition into our role as a wife and daughter-in-law too. But the knowing folk is right. Moms understand that motherhood unleashes the biggest change of all – in our life, emotions, relationships, and our bodies.
During pregnancy, every new morning is a new revelation. When you have managed to put morning sickness away, at least for some time, you marvel at how much your body has changed. Your waist has swelled, your bump has grown overnight, and you can even see the shine in your skin and hair that everyone else exclaims over.
After the delivery, surely, things will bounce back to normal. When the baby is out, the bump should subside, right? Errm, there are a number of secrets about your postpartum body that society has kept for decades…lest they scare you!
If you’re an expecting mummy, let this be your preparation for what to expect postpartum. And if you’re already a mum, we promise this will be like a trip down memory lane. Plus, odd as it seems, some of these changes continue into several years after becoming a mom. Motherhood is permanent – yes, even for our bodies!
1. It will be a LONG time before you can fit into your pre-pregnancy clothes
So you didn’t put on too much weight during pregnancy? Or you figured the bump would subside after the baby comes out and hey presto, the old clothes can be back? Well, till long after the delivery, your uterus and other organs are still in disarray, which means those old clothes will have to wait.
2. That belly button will never be the same again
Remember how that belly button used to be a point of consideration when you wore a saree or a short top? Postpartum, it’s just going to be a circle with some skin over the top. In fact, this can be a great giveaway that you are a mom!
3. There will be a number of breast changes – and a particularly appealing one
Women's bodies undergo a lot of postpartum problems. One of the biggest and most noticeable of these are the changes in your breasts! As your body readies for breastfeeding, there will be many things going on there. But the fascinating part is how your breasts will be bigger than ever and they won’t sag one bit! Get yourself some hot breastfeeding bras and enjoy the feeling.
4. Your period will be back with a vengeance
It’s time to say goodbye to the blissful period of going without a period – for nine months in case you had a full-term baby! But now, the placenta has detached and left a bleeding wound behind. The bleeding may continue for up to six weeks so keep those pads handy!
5. The line above your belly button is here to stay
Know that line stretching above your belly button? This is called the linea nigra and though it will fade with time, it may never disappear completely. Some women have their stretch marks forever. It’s beautiful and a terrific reminder of the miracle you’ve created!
6. There will be clumps of hair in the shower and on the pillow
The dream of gorgeous hair that pregnancy brings you will now break. There will be hair in your rubber-band, on your shoulder, in the washbasin. It’s just one of those side effects of motherhood that you don’t particularly like…but hey, these home remedies to prevent hair loss can help you out quite a bit.
7. The tummy fat will become a perpetual problem
Unlike what you thought, your tummy will not deflate immediately after delivery. In fact, it may be years before you can get back a flat tummy! After birth, you may develop a little pooch which will stubbornly refuse to go. Trying to lose the extra weight has to be a continuing effort but don’t push it. Eat a balanced diet, exercise, and get enough rest. Also, check out these 12 magical drinks that let you drink your way to a flatter belly!
8. Your tear-glands will be in overdrive
Never been a cry-baby? Welcome to the new world! Postpartum, many women report crying sessions that they cannot seem to get over. Little things may make you cry and you will never realise you’ve been doing this too much until someone points this out to you. In fact, your baby will have quite some competition in the crying department!
9. The world will suddenly feel hotter than ever before
This has nothing to do with the season you delivered, though all the best if it’s summer! You are going to experience some terrible hot flashes because of the hormones going wild in your body. Keep yourself cool by drinking enough water and looking at the little one every now and then!
10. This is one bodily change your husband will take particular interest in
Many doctors advise staying away from intercourse for six weeks postpartum. This is mainly because your body is recovering and you may be feeling drained. But, hey, all those hormones raging in your body may also mean this becomes a difficult timeline to maintain. So, if your body permits, feel free to indulge in some intimate time with your spouse. Just make sure you discuss this with your doctor and remember that some women ovulate quite early after delivery.
Giving birth is a huge adventure for our body and a life-changing experience for our heart. While some of these changes may come across as harsh and difficult, moms know they are actually beautiful. In a way they cannot, no matter how hard they try, put into words Read more

Here Is What The 'World' Means To My Darling Daughter
Saesha, my daughter, was mostly confined within the house for five months since her birth on 31st July,2019. I brought her out only for vaccinations. But I never took her for a stroll outside, not even for a single day in those five months. Reason? Footpaths in my hometown back in India are not generous enough to accommodate more than one pedestrian on them. Heaps of sand, bricks (meant for any construction work) lying on footpath is a regular scene. Moreover roads are infamous for rash driving, making a walk on the footpath even more risky. And it’s dusty too. When such is the situation, taking out a baby for walk would be nothing but foolishness.Me and husband returned to Singapore when Saesha turned six months old. I thought finally my daughter would see what the world actually looks like. For, in Singapore, there are no such obstacles in taking the baby out for a stroll. I could put her in the stroller and go for evening walks. Just the way I had always watched (and envied) other Moms doing it. After coming back, we took her out to Gardens By The Bay, roamed in the shopping malls, visited the Merlion and Sentosa island. But most of the time either I was nursing her or she was asleep. There isn’t much for a six month old to do anyway except look around making big eyes. Moreover, the world wasn’t going to shut down after all. Little did I know that humanity was soon going to be in grave danger. In February 2019, Singapore reported a couple of coronavirus cases. Considering the plight of the corona hit nations (at that time), we kept Saesha away from crowded places. Gradually there was a steady rise in the number of infected people in Singapore. By the end of March, Government had to declare ‘circuit breaker’ measures and impose strict restrictions on movement of the citizens. Which eventually meant a red signal for Saesha’s trips to the outside world. The stroller was dumped inside the store room.Once more, my daughter’s idea of world shrank back to the four walls. In this ‘world’, Saesha had a taste of her first solids. She started biting everyone with her new set of teeth and grew out of her dresses. Her hair was curlier than before. And with her newly acquired skill of crawling, Grandpa had to chase behind her to feed the orange juice. She flashed her naughty smile when allowed to roam in her walker , expressed joy whenever a new toy arrived via online delivery and clapped at the tunes of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star played by Alexa. At the same time, we faced serious meltdown sessions when madam’s demands were not met. In short, Saesha achieved the expected milestones all the while being confined within the bedrooms, living room and the kitchen. We were too scared to open the flat’s door for her. One evening, just a month before her first birthday, Saesha got very cranky. She was not in the mood to sit and play with her toys, refused her formula and quite restless in my arms (which was unusual). Seeing the situation, my mother-in-law took one remarkable decision. She docked up Saesha in a nice dress, took her in lap, opened the main door and stepped outside for a walk. This was my daughter’s first step out of the flat in months. To my surprise, Saesha calmed down in no time. The walk started from our flat’s door and ended in front of the lift. Meanwhile, Saesha waved a Hi to our neighbour living in the opposite flat and gelled with three year old twin sisters staying in the same floor. Duration of the walk was only fifteen minutes. But the smile on my daughter’s lips was priceless. For she realised in true sense that there is another world beyond the ‘world’ she is aware of. This incident broke my heart. My daughter was supposed to experience much more than this had there been no virus outside. I know she would have gaped watching the birds in the park, laughed sitting on the swing, enjoyed playing with kids of her age and loved making friends. But all she gets is a short stroll from the main door to the lift. And she is very happy with this arrangement. From that day onwards, Saesha eagerly awaits when her Grandma would take her out of the door. This scene upsets me. As she doesn’t know (yet) that there is a world much bigger than this waiting for her with it’s basket full of new experiences and brighter opportunities. Hope the worst is going to get over soon. A. It’s very important that when you ask a question please provide us the age of the child currently I would say that if your child is unable to latch properly so whenever you’re feeding Press your breast with your hands for the feeding of the milk is better because the milk flow is going to be better and hopefully that you do the trick

A. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a partx any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compressesx and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
