How to Perform
Get down on all fours on a yoga mat aligning your wrists underneath your shoulders and your knees underneath your hips. You will be in a tabletop position.
Breathe in and tuck your toes. Then arch your spine and lift your toes for a cow pose.
For cat pose, untuck your toes and round your spine.
Next, drop your head and keep your abdominal muscles tight and drawn in. Your navel should be drawn toward your spine.
Return to normal position.
2. Swimming Pose Exercise

Your glutes and legs (thighs) should provide stability to your lower body.

"I’ll take a bath before dinner”.
4. Affirmative Sentences
These sentences are used to emphasise on the importance or support the meaning of a statement. For example:
I will take a bath daily. It is important to maintain good hygiene.
5. Control Sentences
Control sentences are the sentences formed by a kid with autism after reviewing their social story. These are to recollect personal strategies or solutions to use under certain circumstances. For example:

6. Cooperative Sentences

A. if the child is having abdominal pain give syrup colicaid or syrup cyclopam 5 ml to the child for now
then you have to meet the doctor to find the cause of abdominal pain because it can be either due to gas or due to worms or some other abdominal pathology or gastroenteritis, constipation, digestive issues.
in the meantime it is advisable to give only easily digestible food to the child and water andx buttermilk curd rice and dal.
can give poha upma daliya and fruits.
avoid milk products , packet foods and fried items and heavy diet.
you can continue anti-colicx medicines and your doctor may add antacids for the child for few days it will help in decreasing the gas as well as bloating.
