Good bye Papa, untill we meet again in other world!
We often gets so engrossed in our lives, we tend to forget our loved ones; specially our aging parents. We do not realise that, with old age they need us more and ignores them sometimes knowingly or unknowingly. Alas! life doesn't give you chances to correct the things.
Let me share you my pain. I lost my father last year. As usual, we were occupied with our daily routine, but still in touch with both parents who lives in hometown. One ugly morning, my elder brother called us who doesn't call regularly or so early at least, I sensed something amiss. He told 'Papa suffered a stroke & he's kept on ventilator'. Tears started rolling down my eyes & I went completely numb listening to him. I couldn't control myself for fear of lossing him forever. My wife, realised that something is wrong & called up home. She got sad news of my father's death. She tried to console me in best possible way, by not crying in front of me. We ran to our hometown as quickly as possible.
My biggest fear of life seeing parents' death came true. We entered our home & saw mother crying inconsolably. Every member is weeping & missing Papa in their own ways. But he went into eternal sleep without much fuss & signal. 'How come a living person, becomes an air in few moments?' 'A echoing voice, suddenly goes silent'. 'How can we start referring a person was?'
My Papa was a gentle soul, he never compelled me or my siblings to do anything against our wish, always supported us in our lives. He had a limited education, but gave us all means to study higher & better. He was a self-made man & achieved much in his life with fullfillment of all duties as a father, brother and a son.
Being youngest at home, I got chances of doing some vital rituals of last rites alongwith my eldest brother. Trust me, you may detest seeing or touching a lifeless body; but with your loved ones, case is entirely different. I watched him calmly, while cleaning his body before we took him to Samadhi Sthal. I hugged my Papa last time & wept near him. Huge crowd gathered at my home to pay him last homage, as he was quite social. I went to such place first time, that too on my own father's death. I was feeling miserable seeing my Papa on burning pyre. Next Day, we went to immerse ashes in Triveni Sangam at Prayagraj. Someone's grief is pure trade in these kind of places; you have to be part of it.
On Thirteenth Day, we organised a Puja, Havan and feast for peace of his pious soul. We included many dishes which he always loved, specially Khasta Kachori. He cooked rarely, but in great taste. Unexpectedly, many people attended & enjoyed the meal. It took us several months to cope up his absence. Slowly everyone learnt, that death is the only truth. We moved on in our lives, but his partner my Maa always missed him dearly & unspokenly.
I always remember him, his talks, his voice, his belongings. Many times, I feel him around mr. He used to call us everyday, without any expectation that we would return his call. I feel, lossing a parent is just like lossing your own child. You simply lost yourself & it takes considerable time to cope up.
Afterall, children and old people are same in many ways, they love you unconditionally. Now, I realise why people always say 'You will realise once you become a parent'. Why not! most difficult job in this world is being parent.
19th January 2021, I heard him last.
I know, he won't call me again & ask 'Kaise ho lala' (common word for Son in rural U.P). I couldn't tell you Papa, you were best father in the world & I miss you everyday.
Goobye Papa! Untill we meet again in other world. Read more

For yourself I would recommend you Shatavari powder three times in the day to increase your lactation other than that since your child is six months complete you can give Amul Taaza milk to your child that is easier for the childhood digest and flavour is also good even if you want you can add some dry fruit powder saffron or turmeric for flavour change that’s also a good option to try these alternative
