How to Clean Your Leather Bag at Home
Here's a simple truth – we all love leather goods. Whenever we see a pair of leather shoes or a leather bag in a store, we are tempted to buy it. Leather goods are classy and durable. But they last long, if you take proper care of them. If you own designer leather handbags, they probably get stained, and we know cleaning them might be a bit difficult for you. But don't you worry. Here, we will tell you how to clean your leather bag at home.
Steps to Clean Your Leather Bag at Home
In this section, we will tell you about the essential household items that you will need and the basic steps you will need to follow to clean your leather bag.
Things You Will Need
The following household ingredients can be used to clean your expensive leather bag at your home:
1. Baby Shampoo
You will need to pour a few drops of baby shampoo on the stains. Avoid cleaning the bag by placing it under running water.
2. Distilled Water
Get a quarter cup of distilled water for cleaning the leather handbag. Make sure not to use normal tap water as the salts in the tap water stain the bag.
3. A Spray Bottle
The next thing you will need is a spray bottle to spray a mixture of water and shampoo on the stains.
4. A Brush With Soft Bristles
Keep a brush with soft bristles handy to remove the dust and dirt settled on the bag.
5. A Lint-free Cloth
A clean, lint-free cloth should be used to wipe off the solution of shampoo and water on the leather bag.
6. A Towel
A clean, dry towel is a must to wipe off the water from the handbag.
7. Leather Cream
To keep your prized leather bag in good shape a good leather cream is a must.
Steps
To clean your leather bag, start by emptying your bag.
Next, using a soft bristle brush dust your bag thoroughly. This will help you get rid of the dirt and dust settled on the bag.
Make a cleaning solution by mixing baby shampoo with a quarter cup of distilled water in a bowl.
Transfer the cleaning solution to a spray bottle and spray it on the clean, lint-free cloth.
Wipe the stained area of the leather bag with the cloth. Make sure you wipe the straps and the bottom part of the bag as well.
Next, use a clean, dry towel to wipe off the excess moisture or cleaning solution on the bag.
Let your bag dry for about 30 minutes. Let it air-dry; do not use a hairdryer.
Finally, use leather cream on your bag. Take some cream on a soft piece of cloth and rub the cloth on the bag in circular motions. Leather cream will make your bag shine like new.
Simple Hacks to Maintain Your Leather Bag
Now you know how to clean your leather bag. The above-mentioned steps are the basic steps to clean a leather bag. Now, let us discuss some hacks that will help you maintain your bag.
1. Try different methods of cleaning for different types of leather bags.
A calfskin or lambskin bag with natural grains should be cleaned using an appropriate leather cleaner followed by conditioning using a leather cream. But in case of suede or nubuck, the cleaning process is more complex. Hence, you should not try cleaning these types of leather bags at home.
2. Don't try to remove ink stains at home.
As soon as you notice an ink stain on the bag, run to a professional who can help you fix it. Never try to remove ink stains using household methods. Trying it at home can actually cause more damage than solve the problem.
3. Never clean grease stains with water.
Using water to clean the stains might spread the stains further on the bag so avoid using water to clean grease stains on the bag, if any.
4. Keep it covered.
Always cover your handbag covered with a piece of cloth to prevent dust and dirt from accumulating on it. Also, keep the bag away from direct sunlight.
5. Use baking powder and vacuum cleaner to get rid of the smell.
If your bag smells, sprinkle some baking powder inside your bag carefully. Baking powder will absorb the bad odour. Place the bag in a pillowcase or a zip-lock bag. If you are using a pillowcase, tie its end. Let the baking soda sit overnight. Next day, remove the baking soda using vacuum cleaner.
Now that you know how to keep your leather bag clean and shiny, there is no need to worry. You can add more leather bags in your collection. Using the tips mentioned above we know you will keep them clean and without a doubt, they will last long.

A Story of a Girl Child
Hello everyone,
Many things run through your head as soon as the pregnancy test comes positive; it's unfortunate, but some people prefer having a male child over a girl. On the screen, that very tiny embryo sliding from one end to the other in the mother's womb is so wonderful to witness, but does it realise what will happen to it? Finally, the date arrives, and nervousness begins to creep in. When the news comes, few people thank God, and many others say, "Oh, it's a girl." Later, they accept her, and some do not. Isn't that sad?
With her brilliant eyes, that infant observes the entire room and tries to recognise her parents. It's thrilling to hold the baby girl in your arms and experience her first cry, touch, and laugh.
Many people consider them a burden since they say so many unpleasant things. They believe that a girl will go to her husband's family one day. These people regard her as a liability rather than a treasure. Every girl should be able to receive an education and feel self-sufficient. She was born from you, and she is a part of you. Never let her be separated from you, even after she marries. When she returns home after her marriage, never let her feel like it is no longer her home. Always remind her that she owns this house.
A daughter is more sensitive when it comes to her parents. She will always take care of them no matter what; daughters have proved themselves and have done wonders in their careers in today's world. They have made their parents proud in the past, and they will continue to do so in the future. God has chosen women to bear children, which is the most beautiful sensation in the world and a position of such honour! How can she be neglected or mistreated when she is the one who is guiding generations forward?
So love your daughter to the moon and back because she is a gift from God, and may God protect all daughters.

All That Men Do For Us
We always talk about women and their sacrifices. No doubt women are doing a lot more, but we always forget the other pillar of our society, by that I mean men. I think men too deserve respect and need to be recognised for their sacrifices.
As a young boy, he compromises little things for his younger siblings. He cries when his sister gets married. He takes the responsibility of caring for their parents and makes them proud. He manages his life while staying away from his family. He also misses homemade food prepared by his mother, but he can't express these things.
After getting married, he maintains the balance between his family and his wife. In order to fulfil every demand of his wife, he forgets about his own happiness. From buying a diamond ring to extra shopping, he never says no.
And when he becomes a father, his entire world changes. He tries to give every kind of luxury, the best schooling, comfortable life and makes several sacrifices for his kids.
He hardly buys anything for himself. In order to give a better future, he saves money for the next generation by doing extra work. He does all this just to see a smile in the faces of everyone. When someone is doing all this, we should appreciate him and also do something in return. We must give men the respect they deserve. Children should learn to respect their father as he does so much for them without any questions. And a wife should understand her husband's situation and shouldn't make too many demands.
Whether men are poor or rich, they do anything for us without any hesitation o It's time to understand them too. They are the real heroes, and we should try to make them happy because they deserve it.

Sleepless nights from sleeing like a baby to putting to sleep to one
Yeahh gear up all the newly made mums...for all that u r going to wish for is S L E E P.
Motherhood for me is the ultimate roller coaster full of joy and sorrow, comfort and pain and hormones and fat.😜
A gush of emotion cloud your mind when you see the wee flickering cell in your ultrasound and you decide to be know it all mother. As the phones are smarter these days they come to your rescue for researching all the ultra tests and hard to name reports.
Every pregnancy is different and so are the experiences.I had often heard from my mother;"moment a child is born; a mother is born" ,that really happened both physically & emotionally.
It is two things magic of babies and lack of sleep... umm..actually...really EXHAUSTING.
Every mothers dismay i believe.
Speaking of a person like me who loved sleep no better than anything else, transition from sleeping like a baby to sleepless nights was horrible. We are into a whole new zone coping up a with new born & our body so sleep becomes almost therapeutic. My child is a very light sleeper and has never taken a nap longer than 2 hours in these 21 months, so all i could do to cover my sleep pangs was take a nap whenever he used to in the noon. Believe its not much but gradually our body too gets used to it.
Another thing that helped was taking long walks with my baby proved to be mood reviving both for me and him.
So take care all you mommies out there, these past few months have been terrible for everyone with the pandemic adding to our miseries.hope we stay strong and get out of it safe and sound.
Ignore any errors i might have been sleep writing...lol...😄 Read more

Contribution – Let’s Talk Textile Dermatitis – Is Your Baby Allergic To Their Clothes?
Your choice of clothing matters.
In fact, it is one of the most important decisions that you will make on a daily basis.
What you choose to put on your body will influence your health and wellbeing, reflect your personality and style, as well as govern your comfort level and ease.
Did you know, your skin could negatively react to the chemicals present in certain fabrics that are used to make your clothing?
Allergic reactions are common in synthetic and man-made materials such as polyester, nylon and rayon.
For this reason, it’s important to pick your wear with care.
In this blog, we will go over important details about textile dermatitis and introduce you to safe clothing alternatives.
What is Textile Dermatitis?
Textile dermatitis is a form of contact dermatitis which occurs when your skin has a negative reaction to a specific material or fabric that it has come into contact with.
The source of the skin manifestation could be a reaction to the textile fibres, or more commonly, a contact allergy to the chemical additives and tanning agents that are used in processing the fabric.
Causes of Textile Dermatitis
Textile dermatitis could develop and spread due to the following factors:
Synthetic / manmade fibres – polyester, nylon, rayon, rubber, fibreglass, and spandex.
Fabric additives – formaldehyde resins, para-phenylenediamine, azo and anthraquinone based dispersal dyes, flame retardants.
Contact allergens – chrome, cobalt, latex and rubber accelerators.
Other aspects that play a part in aggravating a negative reaction include:
Tight clothing
Hot, humid climate
Tendency to sweat
Predisposition to eczema
Symptoms of Textile Dermatitis
The symptoms of textile dermatitis include red, dry, scaly and itchy skin.
It can develop on the chest, back, abdomen, underarms, legs, and back of the knees.
This is similar to eczema and is likely a short-term reaction.
However, in more severe cases, one could experience:
Shortness of breath
Abdominal pain
Runny or stuffy nose
Skin tenderness
Skin discoloration
The allergy could develop as quickly as a few hours, or as long as a few days, after coming into contact with the fabric.
How To Prevent Textile Dermatitis
Follow these simple tips to ensure that you or your family are not prone to an allergic reaction:
Pick light-coloured clothing as these are made with less dyes.
Choose natural fibres such as 100% organic cotton, bamboo and hemp.
Look for clothing that is certified to be free from chemicals, for e.g., GOTS certification.
Avoid tight-fitting clothing, instead, opt for more breathable silhouettes.
Steer clear of clothing that is labelled as ‘dirt-repellent’, ‘no-iron’ or ‘wash separately, as these are more likely to contain chemicals.
Opt for a mild, free and clear laundry detergent.
Avoid fabric softeners and fragrances.
Sustainable clothing alternatives
Invest in sustainable clothing brands for comfort, safety, ease of wear, and peace of mind.
Ensure long-lasting healing with organic cotton apparel, sleepwear, bedding and towels.
Brands like Greendigo work with natural fibres and non-toxic dyes.
We are certified by GOTS, offering an additional layer of transparency and trust.
Explore styles that are functional and designed to offer skin satisfaction!
As a concerned parent, you will want only the best for your little one.

Q. my baby girl is crying because of gas. can please tell how to relieve gas?
Dr Vandan H Kumar

A. from your history it appears that your child is having colic pain due to gas in abdomen
in colic pain you can give anti colic medicines like colicaid 0.5 ml to the child and this medicine can be given maximum three or four times per day but to prevent this problem kindly do regular burping for 15 to 20 minutes.d
do not kee ep the child back on the bed after one burping (all gas is not removed with one burping)
during the cdolic episode you can do stomach massage and limb cycling movements and if the child is more than 2 months of age you can give tummy time also.
advisable to learn more about it from your doctor.

Q. my baby girl is not sleeping at night.
Dr Vandan H Kumar

A. the sleeping pattern of the child changes from time to time and will improve with increasing age of the child. if the growth and weight gain of the child is proper along with proper urine stool then there is no need to worry regarding the sleeping pattern.
you have to just see that the child is not having any disturbance during the sleep because it can occur due to gas as well as due to digestion problem. aldso see for the comfort of the child and see the bedding on which the child is sleeping.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot weather because that also can cause disturbance in the sleep. d
