Transfer the oats to a bowl and pour 2-3 tbsp of ghee in the same pan.
Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, and ginger and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Add all the vegetables and cook them. Don't add tomatoes.
Once they are almost cooked, add the tomatoes and a little salt.
Then add the turmeric powder and chilli powder, and give it a nice stir.
Add 2 cups of hot water in it then add the oats.
Stir it a bit, put a lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on a low flame.
Once cooked, turn off the flame and garnish it with the coriander leaves.
2. Dalia

It usually begins with the onset of pregnancy and tends to get worse over time. It isn’t a specific medical condition as such but just a method of describing the joint pain most pregnant women tend to experience.
Causes of Arthritis in Pregnancy
Pregnancy as such does not lead to arthritis. It is the number of physical changes and events that could lead to certain forms of arthritis from taking over the woman’s body.
One of those is osteoarthritis which is majorly observed in elderly people. A. since the follicle size is 18 to 20 mm your ovulation may occur within 24 hours also so if you have intercourse with in that time it will be more effective to get conceived

whenever you give any new food to the child you have to take care of two things.
you should give in small quantity. if the child doesn't develop any digestion problem in next 24 hours to 48 hours and the child is able to digest that food then that food can be given again.
but if the child is not able to digestc or there is some problem with vomiting or loose motion or colic pain then kindly avoid that food.
we wait for 2 to 3 days to confirm whether the child is having any problem to that particular food or not
