Help Your Child to be a Good Baby, By Not Putting Pressure
A tough and challenging job for a mother is to teach your baby to behave nicely, which is very important for a baby to learn. Mother leads a major roll in this matter. She is the one who feels proud when her baby got to know how to behave with people or in society.
1. Keep Encouraging Your Baby, Do Not Discourage Them by Saying NO for Everything. So a Big NO to Your No.
Instead of saying no, ask them to be careful while doing something. Don't stop them from everything. Let them explore.
2. Always Be For Your Baby
Talk to your baby and get to know their problems and help them. When their demands are not met they behave in improper way. So try understand the reason behind their actions.
3. Don't Overload Them by Asking to Learn Lot of Things.
It will be confusing for baby to do lot of things at one movement. Explain and make it simple. Try to make them understand how does that help them.
4. Be a Role Model.
They will follow you. So they learn from your actions too. So keep that in mind and then act.
5. Sit With Them and Play
They love to learn with you. Play with them, sing with them, dance , talk to them , do as many things you can do with them.. Every minute you spend with them will be teaching them some or the other thing.
6. Try to Explain,Before Getting Angry
If baby asks or does something which is not good for her.
Getting and angry a dn showing the anger on baby will affect the baby and not give any good result.so before showing the anger try explaining why it is bad. And why shouldn't she/he do it. Then definitely they will understand it.
So be polite and be nice to your baby. Screaming and shouting at your baby will make situation to be more worst. And will affect the baby too. Take care of your baby in such a way he /she will be having their holistic development.

How Toddlers Learn Through Music
Music can have a good influence on your toddler. Not only will it give him a tune to sway to, it'll kick-start a learning process. Experts say music contributes to a rich sensory environment for learning. Music education for toddlers exposes them to different smells, tastes, textures, sounds and colors.
A catchy tune can help in your toddler’s development. Just listening to music can help your little one make connections. So allow him to take part in musical activities. Singing a song to him might get his little hips swaying and feet moving too. Want more? A night lullaby can lull him to sleep as well. Are you convinced now about the power of music?
Benefits of Teaching Music to Toddlers
1. Tune to groove to
When choosing music for your toddler, avoid rock or grunge tunes. If you're feeling adventurous, Brazilian or African beats could help your little one break into a jig. Choose a tune with a good hook or melody. Your little one might even mouth the lyrics to the song. Grooving to the music could stabilise your little one’s feet. Toddler music activities will keep him occupied while you sit back and relax.
2. Energy-inducing
A rich, groovy tune will open your toddler’s ears and boost energy in the nervous system. Music will also help your toddler memorise and process the message of the song. Try not to play music with expletives or explicit content. When a good beat catches his attention, he'll learn more. A good beat will fill the emotional and cognitive brain. Of course! Sticking to a music lesson plan for a 20-month-old toddler will not ensure spontaneous responses.
3. Speech help
Music and speech possess a number of shared processing systems. A musical experience for your toddler that enhance processing. This will have a significant impact on language perception. Don’t know where this is leading? It'll give your toddler a boost in reading. Wouldn’t it be nice to have your little one read before time? Introducing toddlers to music comes with a host of educational benefits, so go play that song.
4. Making music fun
If you were thinking about allowing your toddler to play instruments, give it a shot. From a tambourine to a kiddie drum and even a (tightly) closed water bottle—everything has an effect. Toddlers approach music differently. They taste instruments before they play them. It's important for parents to make joyful facial expressions and body language to help their little ones pick it up. Music in toddler development is a slow, but effective process.
5. Gestures
Sing songs to your little one that involves hand gestures like “The Wheels on the Bus”. This will help him learn hand control. Also, songs that teach your little one about body parts are useful for overall development. Not only does it improve toddler-parent bonding, it will help him learn new things over the course of time.
Toddlers and music is a fine recipe for a fun day. Music will not only help your little one groove. It will give her a developmental boost. Read more

Why Solo Trips are Good for You...and Your Marriage!
Most couples don’t like travelling apart. More likely, they don’t see the point in travelling apart. Some even ask “what is solo travel?” Well, solo travel even after marriage can be the most liberating way to enjoy a destination on your own terms!
Sometimes, travelling on your own is not just an option but a necessity! A little away time from each other is, in fact, the secret to a happy and healthy marriage. If you're wondering, why solo trips are good for you and your marriage, take one to find out!
The Perks of Travelling Solo
1. You Can Choose Your Own Destination
A difference in destination is sure to crop up when you and your husband are planning a vacation. He might crave the outdoors and want to go on a hiking or camping trip. You, on the other hand, might crave a trip to the countryside with its cottages and farms where you prefer to curl up in front of the fireplace. Why sacrifice your choice of holiday destination for another, especially if you only get to travel once in a while? There, being a solo traveller suddenly sounds like a good proposition, right?
2. Your Time is Your Own
Women travelling solo don’t have the distractions of family and children where her holiday is anything but that. Why not have a week of solitude where you have the freedom to chalk out your own schedule? You don’t even have to stick to a schedule as your time is your own. Just imagine not having to get up when everyone else does! You can sleep when you want, eat what you want, go wherever you want or just curl up and read a book. Let the solitude be your reward.
3. Distance Makes The Heart Grow Fonder
Yes, this really is true! Time apart only succeeds in pulling a couple closer. In fact, a solo trip actually creates longing and yearning for your partner after a few days. What could be a more relaxing idea to keep love alive and fresh? You'll come back to make a fresh start and realize anew just why you love your husband so much.
4. "Me" Time
Too much of anything is bad - even being constantly stuck to each other as a couple! When the feeling of being stifled takes over, you know it’s time for a solo travel experience. It gives you the chance to unwind and relax from the pressures of being married. Let your husband take a solo vacation too. Alone time is important if you want your marriage to stay healthy.
There's no denying that travelling together is fun. But solo travel and marriage do go hand in hand contrary to popular opinion. If you are too wrapped up in everyday life and tend to take each for granted, take a vacation on your own and reflect on your years of marriage. Get packing! Read more

Daily Routine of a Nine-month-Pregnancy- Eating Habits, Yoga, and Daily Activities
Hello to all mommies and to-be mommies. Today, I will talk about some healthy practices a woman should follow during her pregnancy.
A woman feels great when she hears about her pregnancy. No doubt, it’s a great feeling. When you get pregnant for the first time, you become very conscious about the baby and yourself. It is by far very natural, but at the same time, you should not get too much conscious. You need to feel relaxed and engage yourself in different activities. You can also partake in simple exercises and yoga after consulting your doctor. Trust me; there is no harm in doing exercises. I have personally experienced this.
You should eat whatever you feel like. By this, I do not mean eating unhealthy food, like a burger, pizza, or any other fast food much, but the best option would be salads of different kinds like cucumber, onion, tomato, etc. You should also include juices in your diet, including juices of amla, beetroot, and carrot. Green chutney of curry leaves, dhania, and tulsi are rich in antioxidants and help to a great extent. You can have a five-colour salad and Iron-Folic Acid tablets daily in the afternoon (after consulting your doctor) and milk and curd in the morning and evening. Take milk products after or before four hours of taking an iron tablet. And last but not least, drink lots of water.
One thing to avoid the most is smoking. It is unhealthy for you and your unborn child. It increases the risk of sudden infant death syndrome, premature birth, miscarriage, and other poor outcomes. Reducing stress, on the other hand, is crucial for improving birth outcomes. Pregnant women should avoid stressful situations as much as they can. Ask your loved ones to help you manage your stress level. If you follow all these tips, it will help make you strong during your pregnancy period and even in delivery pains. You can also listen to pleasant, soothing music and go for regular check-ups.
Thank you so much for reading this article. I hope you all liked it and will follow the tips mentioned above for pregnancy care.

Step up ... Mom's...!!! Just an insight on our adaptation to the new role as a mom.
When u would want to start writing, as in , some sort of article , ur brain just pours in a lot of ideas. But then we ll have to try and focus on one topic to get some sense out of it.
So here I am pondering over the ideas, and I have always felt that , a pen helps me a lot when I try to express any emotion. There, right there , I got my topic ... EMOTION.
The strongest emotion I have ever had in my life is motherhood like any other woman. But only thing is every woman perceives this emotion in a different way.
And that makes it difficult to understand and perfect that art, because there's absolutely no reference, beleive me , you ll try draw reference from each person you come across starting with ur maid til your granny. But you ll end up with a conclusion that, it might have worked for them but not me.
So how can we get adapted to this new role, is there anything at all which could help me walk into motherhood easily. Yes there's one thing which could really help you. Though I cannot say that's easy, I bet that's the only way ladies.
Listen to your child, always. They ll let out signs for you, which you ll slowly start understanding, not just because you have given birth to them, not just because you carried them in your womb for nine months, but because you spend all your time just watching them. Let these lil creatures invade your brain, heart and body (ears and eyes) , they ll make you the best mother in the world,,, the best of all.
All the best for all to be mom's, and a big cheers for all gr8 mom's out there. Love you all. Read more

Rejoicing each and every day waiting for your arrival in our incomplete life.
Hello there
It was one and a half month when I first heard sound of my Little's heartbeat which revived my hope that I lost in my previous miscarriage .
With each passing day the nervousness and excitement of meeting my sunshine grew faster and faster.
The third month came I went for NT scan and quadruple test...again nervousness hovourrd in my mind after few days reports were normal..a sighs of relief.
I started some pranayam and breathing exercises followed by walking as daily morning routine ,breakfast included oats ,poha, upma wheat pastas ,bread with peanut butter followed by milk .
Meanwhile I got tetanus injections also iron and calcium tablets were continued added with multivitamin. Syrups. Having reached fourth and fifth month when next ultrasound appointment was taken by husband for fetal well being..
I got to know my baby's position is headdown required for vaginal birth as placenta was posterior and bp weight thyroid was under control chances were high of normal delivery without any complications.
That was the time I started some exercises like squatting ,butterfly and kegal which I googled ,doing household cores and keeping myself busy in activities , reading books , listening peaceful musics more two months passed .
Now eight month entered my due date was on 21st january 2020 my mother came for looking after me as my delivery date was approaching.
My ninth month was the most difficult for me as I had to rush to bathroom very frequently at day it was not a big deal bt nights were really challenging , I couldn't turn sides in bed even getting up was difficult.
On 19th January I got labour pain which I couldn't felt thinking that it is gastric problem I visited nearby hospital at morning, got admitted there and at evening my son was at my arms .
That was the most important day of my life . forgotten my labour pain. Of 7 hours I embraced motherhood. Read more
