30 Weeks Pregnant: What To Expect
You have successfully stepped into the 30th week. Congratulations! it’s the third trimester and you are steadily moving towards that much-awaited milestone. This would be the best time to get things packed into your maternity bag.
Dos and don’ts, tips, doctor visits, and aches, you might be overloaded with information. Try not to panic and take a look at what’s in store during this stage.
Your Baby's Growth During Pregnancy - Week 30
Your baby seems to be growing fast. Your baby weighs more and as she grows, the amniotic fluid that surrounds her shrinks. Her eyesight is developing and your baby’s skeleton is hardening up.
What is the Baby’s Size
Your baby’s length now is around 16 inches from heel to the crown. At 30 weeks pregnant the baby’s size is roughly that of a cabbage and weighs close to 1.3kg (3 lbs). The baby will continue to grow rapidly and although the height might increase a little, the weight will shoot up quite a bit during the next few weeks until the baby is born.
Common Body Changes
At 30 weeks your tummy has grown large You might want to be prepared with your birth options as the due date is nearing.
The body changes during pregnancy are considerably fast in the last trimester. Your weight gain at the end of 30 weeks will be anywhere between 8 to 13 kgs. Do not worry about gaining weight during the last trimester as it is quite normal. Your body feels heavier than usual and some regular chores might be difficult to do. Nevertheless, your bundle of joy is just a few weeks away from coming into your arms, so enjoy this period.
You will need frequent toilet breaks as there is an increased pressure on your bladder due to your little one occupying most of the space in the womb. Your breasts will become tender as they are preparing for milk production for breast feeding your baby.
Symptoms of Pregnancy at Week 30
Heartburn will continue as the valve that prevents acid from entering the esophagus relaxes and acid begins to seep into the oesophagus
Difficulty in breathing as the baby will be pushing against your diaphragm.
Digestion issues due to relaxed muscles.
Bloating and gas trouble that builds up due to the slow pace of movement of the muscles.
Constipation and haemorrhoids will continue due to relaxing of the muscles.
You may have difficulty balancing while walking as the center of gravity changes.
Leg cramps (or varicose veins) and back pain as the baby pushes against the back and the uterus exerts pressure on the veins carrying blood to the legs.
Itching in the belly area as the skin stretches to accommodate the baby.
Discomfort while sleeping as your tummy is oversized.
Frequent urination due to the baby pushing down on the bladder.
Fatigue caused by carrying extra weight and due to hormonal changes.
Belly at 30 Weeks of Pregnancy
Your belly is the size of a watermelon now. You may find it difficult to bend and pick up things or even tie shoelaces. You might feel as though you are unable to walk straight and steady, which is normal. Your breathlessness will ease off when your baby moves into the pelvis region preparing for birth. The kicks and jabs are more prominent now as the baby has occupied the uterus fully. You might experience false contractions - Braxton Hicks contractions. So, speak to your gynaecologist and understand the difference between false contraction and real labor contractions.
Couples hesitate to have sex during this period but it is perfectly fine to have intercourse unless advised otherwise by the doctor.
30 Weeks Ultrasound
Your baby is gaining weight rapidly and has fully developed lungs and digestive tract. The baby can sense light by now and can also open and close his eyes. If you shine a torch on your tummy, your baby will sense it and might even reach out to touch it. The skin has smoothened out and his brain tissues are developing rapidly. She is now able to grasp a finger using her hands.
Your baby’s bone marrow has started producing red blood cells on its own, so your little one can survive on her own after birth. The Lanugo (the soft hair covering the baby’s body) is beginning to disappear as the body fat and brain are now regulating the baby’s body temperature.
What To Eat?
30th week pregnancy food includes a lot of iron-rich items such as:
Lean meat and fish
Broccoli and other green leafy vegetables
Whole cereals
Lentils and pulses
Nuts and dry fruits
Eggs
Iron is very important throughout your pregnancy as it carries oxygen from your body through the blood vessels, and passes it to the baby through the placenta. Avoid food that inhibits iron uptake instead eat plenty of food that helps iron uptake such as food rich in Vitamin C. Drinking a glass of fruit juice, rich in vitamin C, can be a good supplement.
Calcium is also very important but you should remember to never take calcium and iron supplements together as calcium can hamper the absorption of iron. Lack of iron can hinder cognitive development in the foetus and also cause anaemia in the mother giving rise to pregnancy complications.
Tips & Care
Here are some simple tips to help you get through this week;
Dos
Decide on stem cell storage as it may be useful for future medical use
Keep a check on baby movements
Do mild exercises
Eat iron-rich food
Don’ts
Do not ignore any contractions or water break
Do not do any rigorous activities
If baby movements are lesser than usual, do not panic, visit the hospital emergency
What You Need To Shop
Here are some things you need to keep ready:
Cord banking (if you are planning to store stem cells)
Maternity clothes and nursing bras
Baby essentials (soap, towels, wraps, baby wipes)
Conclusion
Your baby is listening to you and is just a few weeks away from coming into your arms. Try to use this period to bond with her even before she comes into this world. Discomfort and hormonal changes can make mothers-to-be suffer from depression in the third trimester of pregnancy. If you feel that you're extremely low and depressed about your pregnancy, talk to your doctor, who can guide you through during this period of anxiety. Although the third trimester is very strenuous and painful, it also brings your closer to the people around you and it might also be the right time for baby shower celebrations and a romantic pre-baby photo shoot.

Is Drinking Bottled Water Safe and Beneficial for Your Child’s Health? Find Out!
Water is life, and clean water means health.’ The question that arises here is, are we drinking clean water? With the market flooded with different types of RO purifiers, I am always confused when it comes to choosing the right brand of packaged water for my family. And that’s not all! Being the mother of a growing 5-year-old daughter, I am always scared of making her drink the water available outside while travelling. From the park to the theatre, from grandma’s home to a holiday destination - I prefer carrying an ample amount of filtered water from home with me.
With so many different brands of mineral water available in the market, I always wonder whether they really provide water in its purest form. However, I’d like to thank Bisleri for easing my worries and enlightening me on the quality of the water they provide to their customers.
Recently, I was invited for an educational yet fun-filled trip to the Bisleri plant with my daughter Vihaana. To my surprise, it turned out to be quite an informative trip. I learned how the most natural resource in the world, water, undergoes a series of purification methods, and yet, retains its mineral content.
#HarPaaniKiBottleBisleriNahi - this hashtag justifies the quality of the final product Bisleri provides its buyers. A symbol of goodness, trust and purity, Bisleri has been a household name for decades. It is the most trusted brand of mineral water and it has fulfilled its promise of providing safe, pure, and healthy mineral water to consumers for the last 50 years.
Each drop of water at the plant goes through a rigorous 10-step quality process. Every Bisleri production facility has its own quality testing lab that ensures every Bisleri product is made as per the quality guidelines set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The Central Lab, located at the Bisleri Head Office, Mumbai, ensures that quality standards are maintained across all Bisleri units in the country. In 2018, Bisleri launched the world’s first vertical manufacturing plant for mineral water.
The visit to the Bisleri plant was an eye-opener. It gave us the knowledge of how mineral water is manufactured and purified. Before the approval of any manufacturing unit, all these tests are conducted on the water collected at the source. Ozonisation is then carried out to reduce the microbial load of the ‘raw’ water. Two tests are done on a weekly basis to monitor and control microorganisms in the sand filter outlet. Two tests are also done on a weekly basis in the carbon filter outlet for the same purpose. The iodine value is checked during the 4th test to confirm the efficiency of the activated carbon.
Two tests, the total coliform count and total plant count, are then conducted on a weekly basis to monitor and control microorganisms in RO filter outlet. This is followed by two tests conducted on a weekly basis to monitor the microorganisms in the water. Three visual inspection tests are performed on a daily basis to check the labelling and coding of the date, as well as the condition of the bottle and the cap. All these parameters should meet the standards before they’re dispatched from the plant.
Apart from these tests, seven other tests are conducted on the container every three months as per the BIS Standard. These tests ascertain the strength, capacity, and appearance of the bottle, and also test for any leaching from the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic used for the bottle. Two tests are done on a weekly basis to monitor and control microorganisms in empty containers.
The final product undergoes a series of tests to confirm that the product meets all organoleptic parameters i.e., sensory and chemical elements such as the colour, taste, TDS (total dissolved solids) level, PH level, etc. The tests confirm that all the parameters meet legal requirements such as the amount of calcium and magnesium in the water, the alkalinity of the water, etc. The shelf-life mentioned on each bottle is accurate; the samples are tested periodically to ensure this. The final test measures the concentration of ozone in the final product. It has to be within the recommended level and is done on an hourly basis.
The knowledge I gained during this visit was immense. I was assured after this visit that the best packaged form of mineral water is Bisleri water indeed, and that I can give it to my daughter to drink without any inhibitions. My worry regarding the best way to quench her thirst when we’re not at home is at ease now. Moreover, I would now not hesitate to give her Bisleri water because of its mineral content too.
I’d like to thank Bisleri for erasing my misconceptions about mineral water. Also, I request all readers to consume Bisleri water without a doubt. If you have even the smallest of doubts, do visit the plant and you will be clear of your choice. Remember, the next time you're thirsty, pick up a bottle of Bisleri water. Each bottle of water is tested and checked to meet the highest standards of quality, so you can be assured that you're making the right choice! Thank you Bisleri!
You can visit the plant by booking a visit on https://www.bisleri.com/book-a-visit

The Most Important Parenting Questions - Where Do You Stand?
Parenting always comes with questions the answers to which are often not clear and there’s much you have to figure out on your own. It can be fun, sometimes confusing and sometimes frightening as you go about figuring out how to respond to situations. If you are wondering where you stand in comparison to others on these common parenting questions, go through this list for some clarity.
Top Parenting Questions and Answers
Here we give you answers to some of the most common parenting questions that all parents will come to face at some point.
1. How Do I Get My Infant to Sleep?
This is one of those parenting questions for new parents that are often perplexing because there is no precise answer. All babies have unique sleep patterns and reasons to why they sleep how they do or why they have troubles. In fact, some babies even need a full year to develop a proper sleep cycle in the night. To help them associate bed with sleep, put them in the crib when they are sleepy and not fully asleep. This helps build an association that being covered with a blanket means sleep time. You can begin their sleep training by the time they are 6 months old.
2. How Are We Going to Support This Child?
Among the most important questions to ask your spouse about parenting is how each one of you will decide the roles you will take up. You may both have worked hard to build a career, but one of you will have to stay back at home initially to look after the baby. Supporting two people and a baby one salary will mean serious sacrifices in your life.
3. How Do I Stop My Two Kids from Fighting?
Sibling rivalry is common and reminding them that they share the same blood doesn’t work, and neither will support the younger one most of the time. Avoid having a favourite child and show the same level of love and attention to both. The house rules you set must be strictly followed by both, and neither one gets off easy based on their age or gender. Handle their fights calmly and be fair and firm in your disciplinary actions.
4. What’s The Right Age to Allow My Kids to Date?
The term dating has evolved quite a bit from what it used to be due to technology that allows instant contact through messengers and video calls. Sometimes even kids as young as fifth grade believe they’re dating someone when all they’re really doing is text a lot. It’s hard to assign an age as the right start for dating as different kids mature emotionally at different ages, and it is up to you to explain to them the differences between close friendships and romance. With an open dialogue, you can both arrive organically at when your kid is ready to go out with someone.
5. When is The Right Time to Speak to My Kids About Sex?
While being one of the most uncomfortable topics to talk about to your kids, it’s also one of the most important. There’s nobody better than you to inculcate the best values about sex in your children. Being naturally curious, children will soon wonder about their bodies and how they came to be. To explain how babies are made you can start with metaphors such as seeding, and once they are older, you can explain to them where the seed comes from and what it does. It’s also essential to talk about relationships and love in the context of sex rather than just the act.
6. My Child is Being Bullied by His Peers; What Can I Do?
Although bullying is heavily frowned upon, there would be circumstances where your child is a victim. Bullying can take many forms and is not only limited to the physical. Speaking to the parents and principals can improve things but cannot stop it ultimately. As a parent, you need to be supportive of your child and help them to stand up for themselves and never allow anybody to convince them that they deserve to be disrespected. Sending them to martial arts classes is a great way to help them build confidence and level-headedness in tough situations and even resolving one when it gets physical.
7. How Important Are Grades to My Child’s Success?
Over the years, parents have understood that grades are not reliable in predicting children’s future as many tend to be late bloomers and may deviate as they grow older. Two of the things that are a good predictor of success are the love for learning new things and the willingness to work hard to achieve something. It’s good to pay heed to grades; however, as it can predict other problems such as learning difficulties or low self-esteem.
8. Can I Reward My Child with Money to Teach Them it's Value?
Rewarding them with money for tasks can turn into a bad habit, especially if you begin at a young age. Before they learn to do things for rewards, they need to learn the importance of helping out and sharing chores as part of the family. When they are older, you can give them pocket money and ask them to write down how they intend to spend it. That’s a good lesson in financial management.
9. How to Get Through to My Stubborn Child?
Although it’s a common experience, this one definitely doesn’t belong in the parenting trivia questions and answers. Non-compliance is something every parent is bound to experience. However, a persistently stubborn child can grow up to be problematic. The trick is to pick your battle wisely; it’s not worth engaging with them in an argument regarding insignificant things. Don’t just request them to do something, also tell them what you will do when they listen to you. Like, finishing homework sooner means more playtime.
10. How Do I Best Raise My Child as a Co-Parent?
Co-parenting offers a flexible way for both parents to be actively involved in the child’s life. Before you get down to it, sit with your former partner and go over co-parenting questions such as:
Who will provide the “home base” for the child?
How will you share the cost of education and extracurricular activities?
How will you go about settling disagreements that affect the child?
How will you restrict the child’s use of social media or mobile phones
Babies do not come with instructions; your journey as a parent is a unique learning experience. What works for another parent may not work for you. Therefore these questions give you a glimpse of what to expect and how you can arrive at solutions to your own situations.

All You Need to Know about Childhood Disintegrative Disorder
Life often throws many challenges at us. Knowing that your child has Childhood Disintegrative Disease (CDD) might seem like the darkest moment in your life. Read this article to know more about CDD and how you can deal with this difficult phase in your child’s life.
A parent’s world can come crashing down if the kid is detected with Childhood Disintegrative Disorder (CDD). CDD devastates both, the parent and child, emotionally. After years of normal development, to watch your child steadily regress can shatter all your strength and determination. As you always want the best for your child, it is best to prepare yourself for the tough path ahead with loads of positivity and courage.
What is Childhood Disintegrative Disorder (CDD)?
CDD is a rare disorder where there is a sudden regression in skills after an apparent period of normal development. The regression is so dramatic that sometimes even a child is aware of it and talks about it. A definite symptom of CDD is the loss of motor, social and other physical skills. Though CDD is a part of a larger category called Autism Spectrum Disorder, it manifests itself several years later. Sometimes, a child who has developed normally until 10 years might show a steady regression of skills.
Causes of CDD
Although the causes of CDD are still unknown, more than half of the children who have been diagnosed with CDD have been found to have an abnormal electrical activity in the brain.
Symptoms of CDD
Children with CDD typically show a dramatic loss of previously acquired skills in two or more of the following areas:
1. Language skills
Other than a rapidly declining vocabulary, the child might exhibit a severe decline in the ability to speak and have a conversation
2. Social skills
The child finds it significantly difficult to relate to others and interact with them.
3. Play
The child loses all interest in imaginary play and other games and activities
4. Motor skills
This includes a dramatic decline in the ability to walk, climb, grasp objects and perform other movements.
5. Bladder control
A child who was previously toilet-trained might have frequent episodes of wetting pants.
Loss of developmental milestones may occur abruptly over the course of days to weeks or gradually over a more extended period of time.
Your Appointment with the Doctor
If you suspect that your child is suffering from CDD, it is advisable to prepare well in advance for your appointment with the doctor.
Make a list of all the symptoms you might have noticed in your child. Also, write down the doubts and questions you need to ask the doctor.
Take all the key personal information including your child’s developmental milestones. It would be practical to take videos if any, so that your doctor is able to gauge your child’s level of development and also assess the present symptoms.
Make a list of all the multivitamins, supplements that you are giving your child.
Take a close friend or relative along with you.
Take a notebook where you can jot down all important information.
Treatment for CDD
There is no cure for CDD. Treatment mainly consists of administering medicines such as:
Anti psychotics to lessen symptoms such as repeated movements, excessive impulsiveness
Anti convulsions to reduce epileptic fits
Behavior therapy
A team of parents, caregivers, speech therapists, physical therapists and occupational therapists would work with the child to minimize the loss of development skills. A system of rewards to reinforce positive behavior and discourage undesirable behavior is implemented.
Coping with CDD
CDD is a serious condition and coming to terms with the reality can take a really long time. Below are a few tips which will help you navigate this difficult phase in your life:
Be informed about the disorder. Although there’s limited information about CDD, staying abreast will help you to be updated about the latest medications and therapies.
Be a part of a dedicated team of doctors and therapists who would be able to guide you on the care of your child.
Connect with the families who have Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) in their families. They will be a source of great emotional support to you during tough times.
Take out time for yourself to prevent caretaker burnout. Develop a relaxing hobby and re-connect with your inner self for at least some time during the day. This will refill your energy reserves.
CDD can be earth shattering and leave you exhausted and emotionally drained out by the end of the day. Hence, it is very important that you do not blame yourself and cherish every moment with your child. Read more

How to Plan and Attend Your Child's Back-to-school Night
A back-to-school night, also called the open house or curriculum night, is a significant occasion on the school calendar. It is a unique opportunity for parents and teachers to meet and engage about merits and special considerations. We've gathered ideas and materials to assist with planning the evening, ideas to encourage attendance and participation, resources to share with parents, as well as materials to help parents make the most of back-to-school night and set the tone for a successful school year. We hope you find these ideas and materials helpful in enhancing your back-to-school night information.
What is a Back-to-School Night?
What happens on back to school night? In most elementary, junior high, and high schools, back-to-school night is a one-night event conducted a few days before or during the first week of school, depending on the school. A kindergarten open house provides parents with the opportunity to meet their children's instructors, along with the school's principal and other staff members. Parents may also tour the school's facilities and find out more about what the school offers.
Reasons to Attend Back-to-School Night
If your child has recently begun school, Back to School Night is almost upon us. Purpose of Back to School Night is the official "meet and greet" — the time and place for teachers to discuss their policies and procedures, as well as their expectations for the next school year. Additionally, this is a time for parents to raise questions about the classroom as a whole rather than about their specific child. We encourage all parents to come. Benefits of back to school night:
1. Shows that you care
By taking time out of your hectic schedule to attend this event, you demonstrate to your child that you are eager to participate actively in their education, which is an excellent approach to push a teenager to do better!
2. Observe your classroom
While this may seem self-evident, we frequently forget that our children spend a significant portion of their day in this space. How does it appear? What are your observations? What's on the walls? Develop an awareness of the atmosphere that your child's teacher has created for them.
3. Network
Introduce yourself to other parents and the parents of your child's pals. As with our children, having a buddy is beneficial; someone we can contact with a question about the project due on Monday or inquire about the holiday concert schedule.
4. Hear it from the source
When our children return home and communicate information to us, things can get lost in translation. While children usually do not aim to mislead or leak information, it does occur. Hear it directly from the teacher, ascertain the duration of recess and the rules governing restroom use during class time.
5. Defend your child
You are the only one who truly understands your child. Sit in your child's seat and experience the classroom through his eyes. Now, utilize this information to ensure that your child is seated in the best position. Is he placed close to a door or a window? Which is more critical, the pencil sharpener or the air conditioner? Is it going to be a distraction?
6. Respect
Attending Back to School Night demonstrates that you appreciate your child's instructor, cherish their education, and prioritize school.
What Should You Expect at a Back-to-School Night?
If you are familiar with a back-to-school night event, this is what you should expect:
What: The event provides an insight into your child's regular school life and an opportunity to learn about the curriculum. You can also join the PTA or another parent organization.
Why: Research indicates that parental involvement in schools benefits both children and schools. Additionally, joining the PTA is an excellent method to have a say in school-related concerns and decisions.
When: Schools typically plan the event within a month of the first day of school on a weekday evening.
Who: You'll have the opportunity to meet your child's teachers and aides, as well as the principal, nurse, and other staff members, as well as other parents. Unless otherwise stated, this is an adults-only night; therefore, please arrange for a sitter.
Where: Typically, the evening begins with an introduction in either the auditorium or gymnasium. Then you'll divide into groups and spend the evening with the instructor of your child (s).
Challenges of Back-to-School Night
Back-to-school night can be a satiety-inducing experience. To demonstrate and tell parents about their goals for the school year, everyone attempts to do their best. The timetable is frequently rushed, and by the end of the evening, the school staff is exhausted and relieved that another one of these nights has come to a successful conclusion. Parents are frequently left in the dark or unprepared to assist their children's educational institutions.
How to Organise & Prepare for Back-to-School Night
You need to put your best foot forward when you attend these back-to-school nights since it is a way to interact with parents and get to know them and their children. Some ways in which you can prepare for it are:
Rehearse your presentation several more times.
Make sure you have a professional and comfortable outfit to wear.
Give yourself a pep talk — remind yourself that even though you are a new teacher, you are exceptionally qualified to teach and will do a great job.
Tidy up your classroom. Make sure everything is clean, well-organized, and as attractive as possible.
Get enough rest. It will be a long day tomorrow.
How to Make Your Back-to-School Night Successful?
If you're lucky, you'll have a room full of parents eager to meet you and tell you all about their kid. It's intimidating to have a room full of parents eager to hear your plans for their kids this year. Stress-free events require preparation. Preparation reduces stress, and only a well-prepared presentation can help you impress others. Here are some key points to keep in mind as you prepare your Back-to-School Night events.
1. Preparation of an agenda and a Powerpoint
Consider how much time you'll have to spend on specifics when planning your presentation. Making modifications and using your presentation year after year is worth the extra work spent producing it. Consider the downtime that will occur upon arrival and departure while planning your schedule. Prepare activities or parent forms as parents come. This keeps them busy while they wait for your presentation to start.
2. Have kids write a letter or invitation for Back-to-School Night
Student-made invites are a fun way to remind parents of an occasion. Your kids will appreciate bringing their invite and hand-delivering it to their family, adding their creativity in whether they choose to write a short message or use construction paper for a more formal invitation.
3. Consider whether you'll have time to change after Back-to-School Night
Because of this, you may or may not be able to get home this evening. So, decide ahead of time what you'll wear so you can bring the clothing and anything else you need. Most teachers dress professionally for Curriculum Night. You want to look your best since this is your chance to shine. Dress to impress your parents on this occasion (even if your campus has a lax dress code)
4. Practise a couple of times
Rehearse your speech a couple of times before Open House. It doesn't have to be a whole speech, but planning might help avoid awkward silences or complications throughout your presentation.
What Information to Take Away From Back-to-school Night?
These events can be incredibly informative for the upcoming school year, and you should be vigilant to listen and understand everything. Some of the information that you can take away when you attend include:
Suggestions on how to best support and assist your child at home. Whether she is gifted in math but struggles in reading
Logistical information: for example, how our teacher wishes to be contacted in the event of a question to respect those boundaries.
Knowing that there is a channel of communication available is quite beneficial.
Understanding the curriculum
Getting a brief of all the activities that will be happening throughout the year
Tips for Back-to-school Night Presentation
Presentations can be daunting, especially when it is in front of many other familiar and unfamiliar parents. So, when preparing for the night, here is what you can prepare:
Tell us about yourself: You can tell parents how long you've been teaching or your educational background, but you should also tell them about yourself outside of the classroom. You may upload a photo of your family or pets or a hobby.
Provide a summary of the yyear'scurriculum: Explain what their kids will learn and how your classroom works.
Describe your conduct style: This is your chance to explain your classroom management style to parents. This is a perfect moment to discuss non-negotiables so parents know what to expect.
Distinguishing: Parents want to know that you'll meet their kids where they are and adjust your lessons to their strengths and weaknesses. Discuss how yyou'lldifferentiate in your classroom.
Set homework goals: Depending on the school, parents may look forward to or dread homework. During Back-to-School Night, discuss any homework expectations.
Finally, thank them for attending and let them know they can email or phone you if they have specific questions concerning their child.
Fun Ideas for Back-to-School Night
IIt'snot necessary to plan extensive activities for families at Open House. As per the back to school night survey, the following activities and games create an engaging environment:
Scavenger hunt: While you are preparing to present, or after that, families can complete this exercise while waiting to speak with you.
Do you know me well? Fun poll: This is on the child's desk and can be completed at any moment during the evening. The kids love grading it for their parents the next day! Note: Give the kids who ccouldn'tattend with their parents something fun to do the next day, so they ddon'tfeel left out.
Journal entry: Kids write on “"he Hardest/Best Part of Being a Kid.” They then created a page opposite it titled "he Hardest/Best Part of Being a Parent.” The journals are completed at Back-to-School night, and the kids read them in the morning. (Have another morning warm-up for absent parents.) This activity lets parents see how much work their child is accomplishing in class, even if it ddoesn'tall come home because iit'snot on loose-leaf paper.
At each moment, your child's teacher will almost certainly pause to answer any questions you may have regarding the school environment. This is your opportunity to ask general inquiries and to clarify anything that may be unclear. However, this is not the time to address your cchild'sunique needs or progress. It is better to reserve such discussion for parent/teacher conferences when the teacher better understands your child and can speak with you one-on-one.

A. Yes it is the what part is that your child is kicking if you feel that there is a movement of your child whether it is a cake or slight movement also you know that your child is doing fine so there is no problem in that if the movement is less it’s completely alright

A. Nasal blockage is very common, specially in small children because of the narrow nasal cavity. Any kind of saline drops like nasal clear will be helpful in dissolving the stuffy secretions, which can be taken out by vnasal aspirator gently also steam inhalation will be helpful also, try to avoid keeping the child directly under the fan.

A. You can check with an ovulation kit if it is positive then you can certainly go ahead with the conception because ovulation kit is going to give you 100% clarity whether you are ovulating or not with that you can try practising if you can conceive the same time
