Withdrawal Method (Coitus Interruptus) of Birth Control
Contraceptives are essential to the modern couple, the risk of an unplanned pregnancy can not only be risky and possibly difficult to manage, it can be expensive as well. There are numerous types of contraceptives available in the modern day. The market is full of hormone-based contraceptives that guarantee your partner and you will not get pregnant unless you really want to. There are many couples, however, who do not want to risk an imbalance in hormones. So, how do they manage? Through techniques like the pull out method!
What is Pull Out Method?
The pull-out method, commonly known as the withdrawal method is, as the name suggests, a sexual technique in which the man interrupts sexual intercourse and pulls the erect penis out just before ejaculation, so as to ejaculate outside the woman’s body. This ensures the man’s sperms do not reach the woman’s egg, and the woman does not get pregnant.
How to Use this Method?
The pull-out method involves the man pulling out of the woman’s vagina during sexual intercourse, thus temporarily interrupting the penetration, in order to ejaculate. If done efficiently, this technique lowers the risk of unwanted pregnancies. It is important to remember that the man must pull out fully before ejaculation for this method to be effective, and should ejaculate away from the woman’s body.
How to Make Withdrawal Method Work Best for You?
This technique requires a lot of control and willpower from both the man and woman during sexual intercourse. It also requires the man to have an intimate knowledge of his body. For this method to work effectively for you, it is recommended that you learn more about your the male and female body, and especially about the penis.
One of the most important parts of using the pull out method is recognizing the feeling that gets you close to ejaculation. For this purpose, men are recommended to read about the penis in detail as well as regularly practice masturbation. Masturbation allows the man to become comfortable with various sensations he might feel during intercourse. It also helps the man understand the sensation that indicates the upcoming ejaculatory cycle. Understanding this will work as an alarm during sex. If the man knows when he is about to climax, he can pull out fully a few seconds before he does. Understanding the anatomy of the penis and vagina is also considered extremely vital. This will also aid in using a safe and pain-free technique to pull out.
How Effective is this Method?
There is no such thing as a guaranteed contraceptive. Birth control is known to fail 20% of the time and condoms are known to fail 8-15% of the time. To ensure that the pull out method pregnancy rate stays on the lower end, the man must successfully pull out before ejaculation at all costs. This leads to one basic question: does the pull out method work? The answer is: yes, provided not a single drop of semen enters the vagina. If even one sperm enters, it can lead to pregnancy. Needless to say, this technique should only be used as a backup as the risk of failure is high. It is recommended that this technique is used in combination with other methods of contraception like condoms, birth control and intra-uterine dec. To ensure the lowest risk of pregnancy, it is recommended that all these methods be used together. It is advised, however, that at least one other method of contraception be used with the pull out method in particular due to the high-risk factor.
Benefits of Pull Out Method
There are numerous benefits of using this technique as a means of contraception. Some of them are:
Cost
Due to the lack of equipment required to execute this technique, such as a pill or condom, it works as free contraception.
Beliefs
Some cultures and religions believe that condoms and birth control are unethical or immoral. This technique works to appease those who would otherwise have no method of contraception.
Lack of Chemicals
Whether it be a condom or a pill, there is an external chemical that your body is exposed to. This method avoids that chemical exposure. Even in natural contraceptives, there is a risk of chemical exposure. This technique is the only non-consumption-based contraceptive.
Disadvantages Of Pull Out Method
Like any contraceptive, this method has a lot of disadvantages. These are:
High risk of failure
Risk of exposure and spreading of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
Does not work for men with premature ejaculation or issues with uncontrollable and unpredictable climaxes
Is Withdrawal Method Method Right for You?
To understand if this technique is the right method of contraception for you, it is critical to understand the risks that come with it. This technique is recommended as a secondary means of contraception. It is only recommended as a primary contraceptive for those whose belief system does not allow for other contraceptive methods.
Can Pull Out Method Protect Against STDs?
There are no guarantees that this technique will protect you from STDs. It is recommended that you use a condom during sexual intercourse to lower the risk of any sexually transmitted diseases.
The pull out method is one of the most commonly used contraceptives around the world. This technique, however, is risky and offers less of a guarantee of success. When used as a secondary source of contraceptive, however, this technique drastically reduces the risk of any unwanted pregnancies. When using this technique, if you do not use condoms. It is recommended that you get tested for STDs on a regular basis. Running STD panels ensures that if you are diagnosed with an STD, it is identified early and treated as effectively as possible. It is important to remember that some STDs like herpes and AIDs cannot be cured.

How to Teach Your Child to Predict During Story Time
Introducing children to the world of books and involving them in story-time at an earlier age is a big advantage in their skill development. Read on to find out how can you involve your child in predicting a story!
We all know reading books to babies is beneficial in different ways. The benefits are not limited to books being a source of entertainment but also in developing linguistic or language skills by introducing the concepts of reading, listening and comprehension.
Another benefit that we can gain from books is the development of cognitive skills, which can be done by encouraging them to take part in the process of storytelling and teaching kids to predict the story. Let’s look at ways through which we can teach our children to predict during story time sessions:
Start with basics and teach them to read from left side to right side of the book. While doing this move your finger through each word. This will help your child to follow and practically understand the process of reading
Introduce new small words when reading a story from a story book. Look at how your child reacts when you are reading the story. There might be some words which interest him and hold on your child’s attention. Identify those words and point out those words in the book to your child and while doing so, explain the meaning of that word.
Hold the book right up, so that your child can see the cover page and the illustration. Read out the name of the book aloud and let your child observe the images and words on the cover page.
Once you have set up a story time and your child is used to listening to stories, start asking your child what he thinks will be the story in this book. Let him guess by looking at the characters, various images
After a few days of the above activity, you need to ask your child to predict the story half way. So, read one-fourth of the story to your child and then ask your child – “What do you think is going to happen next?” This improves the thinking, creative and imaginative skills of your child.
What to do if your child isn't interested in predicting the story?
At times due to the short attention span of children, your child might be unwilling to predict and only want to listen the story from you. In that case, you can lead by example. Stop in the middle of the story or towards the end of the story and voice your predictions in front of your child. Say sentences like ‘Let me try to predict the story' or 'I think it would be fun if this happened.’ Give a couple of options and ask him what he thinks, before continue reading to find out.
With the above tips, you are stimulating your child to think and come up with creative options on his own and thus facilitating the development of his cognitive skills at an earlier age. Following these tips is sure to make your cild smarter than his age! Read more

It Takes a Real Mother to Say, ''I Don't Know Everything!"
'It'll come to you naturally' - this is the phrase that I always got to hear whenever I asked anybody about being a mother or taking care of a child. And finally the day arrived when I finally got to begin this beautiful journey of motherhood; I was so ecstatic to be a mother, the flawless mother that I always have thought I would be. But then to my surprise I found myself in a state of dilemma, struggling to handle the cranky baby, and struggling really very very hard to breastfed the baby. I was so devastated and shattered. I started to blame myself for all the problems that I was facing. I started thinking that I don't have the right to be a mother if I didn't know how to breastfeed a baby, if I didn't know how to calm a cranky baby, if I didn't know whether the baby is hungry or full, because in everyone's opinion these things are supposed to come to you naturally when you become a mother. I felt as if there was a war going on inside me and I couldn't share my feelings with anyone.
Then something happened one day. After putting the baby to sleep, I was just going through my Facebook news feed and I saw an ad featuring Sonali Bendre. It said - It takes a real mother to admit that "No, I don't know everything". After watching that short clip I found myself at ease. It felt so good and I felt like God Himself had come to rescue me from my own thoughts. At that point I knew that no, it doesn't come to you naturally and it's okay if you are struggling to breastfeed your baby. You will grow as a mother along with the baby. Stop blaming yourself; just love your baby and love yourself. Things will fall into place.

6 Ways Successful People Avoid Crumbling
Having learned how to reduce stress at work, leaders find themselves several notches above the rest. They're more organized and in control of situations and people alike. These stress-management tips will help you deal with workplace problems in much better and healthier ways.
Are you struggling to keep up with deadlines and don’t quite know how to meet your goals? Have you been trying to cope with new training sessions that are freaking out your co-workers? These and other such problems are bound to crop up on a day-to-day basis at work. What do you do? Give up? No way! Learn how to deal with issues without crumbling.
How to Deal with Stress in the Workplace
1. Accept that problems are inevitable
One of the best tips of stress management is to accept that setbacks, hardships and problems are a part and parcel of work. Mentally strong people rarely waste time in thinking about stressful conditions bogging them down or stopping their progress. Even though they know certain things are beyond their control, they meet challenges head on.
2. Have the right perspective
To reduce stress at work, don’t allow pessimism and negativity to cloud your mind. They only create confusion and anxiety. Successful folks know the dangers of these emotions and prefer to direct their energy toward tackling problems with the right perspective. If a solution doesn’t work, they look for another one and refuse to get cowed down.
3. Put your health first
Physical health is as important as its mental counterpart and goes a long way in proper stress management at the workplace. Successful people are aware of the need for keeping themselves healthy and fit. They take measures to get enough sleep, to exercise, and to adhere to well-planned food diets. If you’ve been missing out on these, it’s time to step up!
4. Have additional coping skills
Instead of looking towards junk food, alcohol and other bad habits to cope with different types of workplace stress, leaders deal with discomfort in more productive ways. To combat uncomfortable emotions such as anger, anxiety, fear and sadness in the right way, they look beyond by participating in a hobby, going for a walk and just doing something positive to make themselves feel better and stronger.
5. Maintain a healthy balance of solitude and socialising
Along with keeping calm in stressful situations, successful people strike a careful balance between their social and domestic lives. They don’t become withdrawn and unapproachable yet neither do they overindulge in social activities. They reserve time for their thoughts and lead a healthy social life as well.
6. Don’t look for sympathy
In addition to learning about what work stress is and the right ways of dealing with it, leaders rarely look for sympathy in bad circumstances. They also don’t feel victimised. Instead, they accept responsibilities and don’t succumb under the pressure of saying ‘yes’ to the things they don’t want to do and know aren’t right.
When you put things in perspective, it’s not all that difficult to adopt the right techniques for dealing with workplace-related stress and frustration. With the right measures in place, even you can start dealing with problems that keep throwing themselves at you in a more confident way. Read more

A. See it is totally your choice it is a very expensive option that you’re going to opt for and nothing has been proved than any kind of stem cells or can be used later so there is no proven thing behind it but it’s a very heavy investment it’s your choice whether you would want to go ahead with it or not and delivery or normal delivery is little less further your gynaecologist can advise

A. Early in your pregnancy, you may just feel a few flutters every now and then. But as your baby grows -- usually by the end of the second trimester -- the kicks should grow stronger and more frequent. Studies show that by the third trimester, the baby moves about 30 times each hour.
