Leftover rice – 4 medium size bowls
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoons
Groundnut – ¼ bowl

Capsicum – 1, small
Carrot – 1, small
Tomato – 1, medium
Turmeric – ½ tablespoon
Chilli powder (optional) – ½ tablespoon
Green Chilli (optional) – 1 or 2

Method
Wash the vegetables and dice them up.
Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the groundnut and dal.
Once they are slightly brown, add the onion and green chilli.
After the onions turn light brown, add the vegetables, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Stir and put on the lid. Allow the vegetables to get cooked.
Then add the rice and salt (to taste) and stir it well.
Then lower the flame and leave it for a minute or two.
2. Phodni Bhaat
The quickest and best rice recipes for breakfast. It means tempering of rice.

Chilli powder – ½ tablespoon
Lemon – 2-3 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Method
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Then add the curry leaves.
Add diced onion and green chilli.
Put turmeric powder and chilli powder and let it cook for 30 seconds.
Then add the rice and salt, and mix them well.
Once that is done, switch off the stove, add lemon juice, and stir it well again.
3. Curd Rice
It is regarded as soul food for most people down in the south of India. It is easy on the stomach and makes for a light meal.

Cold milk – 2 cups
Curd – 2 cups
Cream – 3-4 tablespoons

Ginger – 1 tablespoon, finely chopped

Heat up the leftover rice with a little water.
Once the rice cools down, add the cold milk, curd, cream, and salt.
Heat a pan with oil. Throw in the mustard seeds, urad dal, and fry it till it turns light brown.
Add the curry leaves, ginger and red chilli.
Add this to the rice mixture and mix well.
You may add chopped coriander or cucumber or even fruits like pomegranate, grapes etc.
4. Pudding
Rice pudding is one of the best rice sweet dishes that can be prepared when you have a strong sweet tooth craving.

Preparing and baking take about an hour’s time.

Leftover rice – 1 medium size bowl
Eggs – 2
Milk – 2-3 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Dry fruits – ½ cup

Method
Mix all the ingredients together well and pour it into a greased baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place the baking dish in the water-filled baking vessel, and bake it for 45 minutes.
Insert a toothpick in the middle to check if it comes out clean. If the batter sticks to it, then bake it for another 10 – 15 minutes.
You may also bake it in the pressure cooker but without the whistle.
5. Panta Bhaat

Chicken broth – 4-6 cups
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Method
In a pot, pour olive oil and add chopped vegetables.

14. Idli

Beaten rice (poha) – ¼ cup
Semolina – 1 cup

Mix cooked rice, poha and rawa with salt and yoghurt and set it aside for 45 minutes to an hour.
Add a little water and make a paste.
Leave it aside for another 15 minutes.
Then add Eno to the batter and stir it.
Pour the batter into the greased idly moulds and cook it for 15 minutes.
Switch off the stove and let the idlis rest for 5 minutes in the steam.
15. Lemon Rice
It is quick and easy, and therefore, a great dish if you are in a hurry.

One of the common post-pregnancy issues women face is breast sagging/ptosis. Breast sagging can happen due to ageing, pregnancy, childbirth, or extreme weight loss. It can manifest in varying degrees for each woman. The ligaments that support your breasts experience stretching during pregnancy, and this can eventually lead to sagging.
Is Breast Sagging Inevitable?
As our body ages, it loses elasticity. Hence, some sagging may be inevitable even if you have never been pregnant. However, during pregnancy, our breast stretches and becomes full and heavy. This may cause the breasts to sag after each subsequent pregnancy. The most common reason for saggy breasts after pregnancy is hormonal changes.
Of course, there are other factors that can increase breast ptosis, such as smoking, ageing, losing too much weight too fast, being overweight, lifestyle choices, lack of exercise, etc.

Your bra must give good support to your breasts as well as the region around the breasts.
Stay hydrated inside and out. Drink at least eight glasses of water each day. Keep away from sodas and coffee as they can dry out your skin. This makes it more prone to sagging. Be sure to moisturise your skin daily with a hydrating moisturiser.
A healthy diet is very important before, during, and post-pregnancy. Ensure that you eat healthy and organic foods whenever possible. Avoid dieting fads even before pregnancy because the on-off dieting is known to steal away your nutrition, which ultimately will lead to reduced elasticity and sagging breasts.
After pregnancy, please don’t be in a hurry to lose weight as this will make the sagging worse.

1. Arm Stretch
Stretch your arms as high above your head as comfortable, and join your palms. Maintain this posture for 20 seconds, and then lower your arms.
2. Wall Pushups
Stand at arm’s length from a wall and place your arms straight at shoulder height on the wall. Slightly spread your legs apart your legs comfortably apart. Now, do 10 push-ups against the wall (just like floor pushups).
3. Chest press
You will need dumbbells for this one (or you can even take one-litre water bottles filled with water). Lie on your back on a flat surface, holding one dumbbell or bottle in each hand. Now, stretch your hands straight, hold this position for a count of 10, and bring your arms towards your chest, till they are nearly touching. Hold this position until the count of 10. Repeat this exercise at least 20 times each day.
Does Breastfeeding Make Your Breasts Sag?
Whether or not you breastfeed your baby, pregnancy hormones will have already stretched your breast. In fact, according to the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, research actually showed that breastfeeding is not a risk factor for saggy breasts after pregnancy at all. When you nurse your baby, your breasts will automatically shrink. Else, they remain engorged if you do not breastfeed at all.
