Consuming Spicy Food during Pregnancy
A woman’s diet during pregnancy is of utmost importance, as it not only gives nourishment to the mother, but also to the baby. As it is the only source of nourishment for the growing foetus, the diet of a woman needs to be well balanced. Care should be taken to include only those items that will not harm the mother and the baby.
Is Eating Spicy Food Safe During Pregnancy?
Spicy food does not affect the baby or the pregnancy. However, consuming more spicy food than what your body can bear creates digestion, acidity, and heartburn related problems.
Spicy Food During the First Trimester
Consuming spicy food in the first trimester is safe and does not affect the development of the baby. The risk of early pregnancy loss is high in the first trimester, which may make expecting mothers worry about the side effects of consuming spicy food.
Spicy Food During the Second and Third Trimester
Consumption of spicy food during the second and third trimester increases the chances of experiencing heartburn and acid reflux. In the third trimester, the growing foetus causes stomach acids to revert to the oesophagus, and eating spicy foods could aggravate this condition.
How Much Spice is Safe in Food
As long as your body can digest all the spices, it is safe to consume spicy food in limited quantities. Avoid eating spicy food cooked outside. Instead, buy fresh spices and grind them at home.
What Are the Risks and Side Effects of Eating Spicy Food?
Eating spicy food can cause digestion problems leading to discomfort in a pregnant woman. Listed below are the risks and side effects of eating spicy food during pregnancy:
Morning Sickness: Morning sickness is very common in the early stages of pregnancy due to changing hormonal levels. Morning sickness can be aggravated by consumption of spicy food.
Heartburn: The chances of experiencing heartburn and other digestive issues are high when you are pregnant. Spicy food will increase acid reflux and aggravate heartburn, especially in the late months of pregnancy.
If you decide to eat spicy food, pair it with a glass of milk to minimise heartburn. Honey can also help prevent heartburn after eating a spicy dish.
Myths About Eating Spicy Food When Pregnant
There are myths attached to eating spicy food during pregnancy. Myths without any scientific backing include:
Spicy food can have an adverse impact on your baby.
Eating spicy food can lead to pre-term labour.
Consumption of spicy foods during pregnancy can lead to miscarriage and congenital disabilities.
None of these myths have any scientific backing, so they must not be believed.
Tips to Consume Spicy Food in the Right Manner
To make sure that you are not adversely affected by the dangers of spicy food, you must consume them in a proper manner.
Consume spices that are branded and approved by food certification authorities.
Do not consume spices that are sold loose, as they may contain impurities such as brick powder.
If you are consuming new spices, start eating them in small quantities. It is best to buy fresh spices and grind them at home.
Check packaging and expiry dates before buying spices from outside.
Limit spicy dishes to one per meal and change your cuisine if spicy Indian cuisine gives you heartburn.
Give preference to home cooked food, as you can regulate the quality and quantity of spices used in food.
How You Can Include Spicy Food In Your Diet
You should be cautious and selective while consuming spicy food during pregnancy. Some of the spicy food items that can be included in your diet are as follows:
Wasabi Peas: These are hot and crunchy peas that are safe to eat and cause no harm.
Curry Sauce: A blend of onion, garlic, chilli and all common spices, curry sauce is widely used in Indian food and is safe to consume.
Piri-Piri Sauce: It is a blend of onion, garlic, tomato, and the main ingredient ‘super-hot’ African bird’s eye chilli.
Middle Eastern Cooking Sauces: Sweet sauces made of black onion seeds, green chillies, tomato, and coriander.
Spicy Pickles: Available at any convenient store, small amounts of these pickles alongside your food is safe and can satiate your craving for spices.
Pepper: One can try out pepper based soups whenever you have a cold due to low immunity. The anti-bacterial properties of pepper, along with its spicy effect, make it an ideal spice during pregnancy.
Irritable Uterus Due to Spicy Food
Though spicy food is usually safe during pregnancy, too much spice or a sensitive digestive system can have some side-effects for pregnant women. In some women, spicy food can cause an irritable uterus or irritation in the intestines. Spicy foods usually pass through the gastro-intestinal tract quicker than non-spicy food, and may even cause diarrhoea, acidity, or gas. These issues can make the intestines cramp, which in turn, causes irritation in the uterus due to its close proximity to the intestines. The major symptom of an irritable uterus is disorganised twitching in the uterine muscles or cramps in the lower abdomen, which in rare cases, can cause contractions that begin to dilate the cervix. Women who are less than 37 weeks pregnant and experience any such symptoms should immediately consult their doctor, who can further guide them. If you notice any sensitivity to spicy foods during pregnancy, such as acidity, gas, or cramping, it is suggested that you avoid spicy food.

Classical Music for Babies - Benefits and Recommendations
We all love listening to different styles or genres of music. Where some of us may be big fans of rock, jazz, pop or contemporary, there are quite a few western classical music fans too. However, are you aware that your baby can benefit greatly from classical music? Well, it may be hard to believe, but classical music may prove to be beneficial for your baby. Read this article to know how this kind of music may impact your munchkin, and we shall also be sharing some of our western classical music recommendations.
Why Should You Choose Classical Music for Your Babies?
Are you wondering if classical music is good for babies? Well, many experts are of the opinion that there is a great significance of classical music for babies’ brain development. Here’s why you should opt for classical music for your babies:
1. It May Help with Your Baby’s Language Development
Listening to soothing music, such as classical music, may prove to be helpful for your baby’s language development. This is because babies or young children who listen to such kind of music on a regular basis develop better memory skills. Improved memory skills help in improving a baby’s language skills, both verbal and written.
2. It May Help in Impacting Your Baby’s Health in a Positive Way
Classical music and songs have soothing music and tunes. Such kind of music has a calming and soothing effect on your baby. A baby who feels calm and happy does better in terms of growth and development. Proper growth and development means improved overall health.
3. It May Help Your Baby Sleep Better
The relaxing and soothing effects of classical music help babies sleep better. It is observed that babies who sleep better, or are better rested, do better in terms of their overall development, in comparison to babies who have disturbed sleeping patterns or babies who do not sleep well.
4. It May Help in Improving Your Baby’s Mental Health
Physical and mental health go hand-in-hand. Just the way a baby requires proper nutrition for maintaining good physical health, it is equally important to nurture a baby’s mental health. Classical music does wonder in making your baby feel happy and calm. Listening to such kind of music helps in releasing feel-good hormones, also known as endorphins, in the body. Endorphins help in relaxing the brain and thus, improve the mental health of the baby.
5. It May Be Helpful In Creating Mozart Effect
Mozart effect is a term, which was first used by a French researcher Dr Alfred A.Tomatis. This researcher was of the opinion that listening to classical music can increase spatial-temporal reasoning abilities and also improve IQ. However, this theory has limited evidence. Where some researches support it, others negate its effect. Whatever may hold true, there is no denying that classical music has soothing and calming effects on babies.
What Kind of Classical Music Should You Choose?
Now, the next question that will pop into your mind is the kind of classical music you should choose. We suggest that you do not choose something too loud. Whenever you choose classical music for babies, make sure you consider the following points:
Opt for music that is simple to understand or comprehend. Any music that has a lot of instruments or vocals may confuse your baby. Opt for music that has fewer instruments and preferably no vocals. Simpler music pieces are not only enjoyed by younger children, but they may also understand the sounds better.
Choose a steady and regular beat or rhythm. Anything that has steady beats may help your baby to work on his memory skills. Irregular beats may interest your baby or gain his attention but it may not be an ideal option for soothing or relaxing your munchkin.
Choose music with beats instead of music with complicated vocals.
Keep these points in mind while selecting classical music for your little one to listen to, and let your baby soak in the true essence of some mesmerising classical beats.

These are some of our recommendations; however, there are many options or versions of classical music available for babies. You can also ask your friends or family members for recommendations as they may also know a few good numbers from experience.
Music is soulful, and we will all agree to this. The kind of happiness, calmness or relaxation music lends us, we cannot achieve from anything else. Tune into some beautiful classical music and let your baby soak in its melody and goodness. However, make sure you do not play music at a high volume because that may not be good for your baby’s ears. Also, never use earplugs for babies as they too pose a threat to your baby’s ears. Play your baby some classical music and see how your baby starts enjoying it. You may even notice your baby moving his arms and legs in excitement. Wait until he starts walking, then he may start dancing too!

Now I am going to share my review on this baby hug product
INTRODUCTION:
Baby hug silicone brush it can be independently used by the baby, the colour of the case is green ,now let us review this product.
Overall I liked the product very much its handy travel friendly it comes with a case and a silicone brush on one side and a tongue cleaner on a other side it is easy to carry as well , but the case is not worthy because its not closing properly ,other than that all compatible is good, silicone quality is really good, it so soft while teething their gums also, and in that case there is a small hole where air can evolve inside the case and dry it up
It is easy to brush the teeth of our baby and very soft bristles and flexible well goes in our finger n gripness is also good
I like it with a case because it is more protective and germ free,if we keep the brush outside so many germs and bacterias can affect it even mosquitos will sit on that .in tat way I like it with a case
The suggestion for the product would be the case , plastic is very thin and it could be easily get damaged and easily babies can break it or they can crush it.and one more thing is the lock of the case it is very hard to open and also while closing it too
Yes ,I would recommend it because its easy to carry, soft brittles and mainly oral hygiene is very Important for babies too as they cant hold the brush at early stages this would really help out our parents and while brushing they are enjoying it and we had a special time .
CONCLUSION:

Safely goes between the cervices of teeth, removes food particles, milk residues and bacteria away. Soft grip. Easy for baby to hold. Easy to sterilize. It's True When They Say "Love is Blind but Marriage Restores Its Sight"
The goal in a marriage is not to think alike but to think together. To be with each other in all the good and bad times is the goal of a happy couple. Life's ups and downs build trust between the spouses and make them inseparable.
Finally, the time has arrived when you are getting married. Love marriage or arranged marriage? Well whatever it may be, life after the wedding is similar to all. Youth of today are escaping from the institution of marriage, perhaps they fear getting hitched with so much of responsibilities in mind or rather they fear of getting their freedom blocked. Well, in this article I am only going to talk about husband-wife relationshipn a wedlock, keeping aside in-laws and other relationships.
What exactly do you think is the foundation of marriage? If you think it's love, then you are wrong. I have seen many couples madly in love falling apart in separation after getting married to each other. The basic foundation of marriage is trust and understanding which develop gradually with the passage of time and love gets fonder like the walls of the house and roof of compatibility is then created.
1. Compromises
They say you ought to make a lot of compromises after marriage, especially when you are in an arranged marriage. Name a place where you don't make compromises? Office, parents, siblings or with friends, for each and every relation you have to make compromises, you have to make efforts to adjust and be tolerant to endure. So why fear to make compromises in a marriage?
2. Patience
Patience is the key to every marriage. Living together after marriage unfolds so many things about the person. So many habits you are unfamiliar with, and so many thoughts where you may clash with each other. Have patience, listen to each other, talk to each other, know their likes and dislikes and learn to adjust with the habits that cannot be changed.
3. Don't Impose but Convince
Never ever impose your thought upon your partner. You two are different human beings and may have different choices in life. Talk about your thoughts on a matter and give time to your spouse to think over it. Convince wherever and whenever necessary but don't impose for this may lead to an ugly argument. There is always a middle way for every matter.
4. Apologise
Learn to bend in a relation. Even the most compatible couple fall into arguments over issues. But remember, argument is no solution to a problem. Apologise, even when it is not your fault, before the matter is worsened. I am sure you both can discuss together and find a solution to any matter.
5. Importance
Make each other realise how important you are to each other time to time. As the years pass by, the spark between you two may dimnish and it is solely your responsibility to make your relationship alive before falling into the pit of boredom.
6. Respect Each Other's Parents
Every child is adorable to her parents. For you have been so close to your parents so far, entry of a third person as your spouse may make them envious of your partner. So love them too and create a bond of confidence with each one of them, with your in-laws as well your parents. Never ever make fun of your in-laws in front of your relatives or friends.
7. Don't Be Offensive
Never ever nag your spouse for any past activities. This will only reduce the glue of bonding between you two.
8. Make Decisions Together
Never ever solely make any decision after marriage. Disclose any of your plans , however small it is, to the world only after you have discussed it with your spouse. This will develop a strong bond of confidence between you two.
9. Communication Gap
I have often seen people talking about shortcomings of their partner to their friends or relatives. Physical separation often leads to communication gap. Partners working in two different cities can never bring their mind together. Try to cohabitate together and never let communication gap separate you two.
10. Grow old together
When you are young, you may have friends to share your thoughts and ideas with, but during middle age, your spouse will be your only best friend and companion. So live with love and think about growing grandparents together. No separation but only togetherness.
Be loyal and be caring towards each other. God bless all the married couples of the world with an eternal bliss, compatibility and togetherness.

ADHD – Positive Effects
ADHD has its negative effects – where it can be disruptive to normal life of children and adults suffering from this condition. However, there are positive effects of ADHD which have been brought to light as well.
Living with ADHD as an adult or a child comes with some challenges, but it is not completely bad. Yes, you need to work around some of the symptoms of ADHD like inattentiveness and hyperactivity, but the condition comes with special qualities that are desirable like creativity and intuition. By channeling these symptoms into positive direction, you can convert the weaknesses of ADHD into strengths.
Positive Effects of ADHD
Many people with ADHD are highly alert and intelligent. They are gifted and these exist alongside ADHD. Many people with ADHD feel they can think out of the box and sometimes credit it to their ADHD. However, intelligence is not directly related to ADHD, but the symptoms of ADHD can fuel the intelligence positively if correctly channeled. Here are some of the positive sides of ADHD.
1. Creativity
Children with ADHD are usually exceptionally creative and imaginative. A day dreaming child has several different thoughts at once. He can solve problems, have a fountain of ideas or can be a very inventive artist. Children with ADHD, though easily distracted, might be attentive to things which people cannot normally see.
2. Flexibility
Children with ADHD consider a lot of options at one go. They do not have one option to go with, rather, have several alternatives to choose from. They are always open to different ideas.
3. Spontaneity and Enthusiasm
There can never be a dull day around a child or adult with ADHD. They are interested in several different things and are very full of life. They can be a lot of fun to be with when they are not tiring you out. Living the moment and not worrying about the future is something we can learn from a child with ADHD!
4. Energy and Drive
When motivated in the right direction, children with ADHD are driven to play and work hard. If the task that interests them is interactive, then hands on it might be difficult to distract them from.
ADHD has nothing to do with intelligence or talent. Children with ADHD are more often than not, intellectually or artistically gifted. Problem-solving, creative, spontaneous risk takers are the best ways to describe a child with ADHD when you channel their energies in a positive manner.
Some of the best brains in history like artist Vincent Van Gogh, author Virginia Woolf, composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and inventor Thomas Edison, are among others who have been diagnosed of or displayed signs of ADHD. Each person has their own definition of success. Embracing their ADHD traits has allowed the famous personalities to embrace success. Identifying and nurturing these positive attributes can empower a person with ADHD to accomplish great things. Read more
