A skinny child is not a weak child!! Think over it before you say so!
A skinny child of a parent is a big concern to the family and friends.
" Ohh! Your child has become so weak? "
" Why don't you show your child to a paediatric for gaining his weight? "
" Why don't you try giving your little one immunity boosters? "
These are the comprehensive comments now and then come for a parent of a lean child. The parent would not be so apprehensive as they know their child is eating balanced nutrition but still not gaining pounds. There could be numerous reason for the child to be lean. It could be genetically or the child is overactive with his activity. The other significant reason could be the mother who is more focused on feeding healthy platter and avoid fatty diet.
Now, what is a lean child?
A lean child according to an Indian family, relatives and friends means a child who is not having chubby cheeks, bulging tummy and hefty body. The child overweight is the delighted status for the parent to get tagged as a good feeder parent. They feel the utmost satisfaction to see the weight machine needle cross the weight chart in the child medical file.
If a child looks lean or you can say fit people start boosting their concern along with the bombardment of the diet list. They miss out the distinction between a lean and a weak child. A lean child who does his regular activity adequately, good in concentration and reaches all his milestone on time is considered to be a healthy and a fit child.
An overweight child always faces an issue while doing physical activity. His lethargic behaviour and overeating inclination is not a sign of being healthy. When he grows up, he will start all possible measures to cut down his calories to become fit and lean.
So, if a child is eating healthy, gaining pounds and physically and mentally active then he is a healthy and happy child.

Apply For Maternity Leave Like a Pro
A request for maternity leave isn't the same as applying for annual or privilege leaves. It entails a longer period of absence from work. How you apply for it makes all the difference, as you would also want to get all the benefits due to you during this phase.
Stepping out of your job for three months can be stressful for you and your colleagues no matter how happy the impending occasion is. You want to make sure that everyone around you at work is prepared for your absence. Moreover, you need to know when to take maternity leave so that it doesn’t cause anyone inconvenience. So, if you find out you’re pregnant here are some guidelines to help you apply for maternity leave like a pro.
The Professional Way of Applying for Maternity Leave
1. Follow the hierarchy
You may be brimming with excitement and can’t wait to tell your colleagues. But you should hold on to your feelings and tell your boss first. You don’t want the news getting to your boss before you can tell him or her. So act like a professional and be the first to tell him.
2. Don’t be clueless
Writing a maternity leave application letter is an important aspect of a well-arranged pregnancy. Before you pen down your application, you should be aware of the full maternity benefits offered by your company and its maternity leave policy. If you're in doubt about anything, find out from your boss or the person who'll be sanctioning your leave.
3. Communicate correctly
When applying for maternity leave be sure to communicate your requirements correctly, so that there’s no confusion in the weeks surrounding your due date. Be specific about the start date and the desired length of your leave. Don’t forget to mention your due date and attach a copy of your doctor’s certificate in support of it. Include your planned return date too. If you feel you would need extended leave, mention it in your letter and specify the duration of the time required.
4. Give adequate notice
Be sure to check your company’s policy to find out the adequate notice period of handing in your leave application. Better still to hand over the maternity leave notice well in advance, so that you and your colleagues or superiors can plan ahead. Even make necessary arrangements to cover your period of absence.
5. Plan your absence
A long absence from work is always going to be inconvenient for you, your colleagues and your boss too. If your maternity leave is going to coincide with important work then you need to decide upon a few things. Can you rely on anyone else to step in for you? How much of it can you put on hold? Do you need a replacement? You need to be able to set things up in your absence to ensure work is not hampered and that you don’t return to a complete mess.
If you’re in an organization where there are people to fill your shoes in your absence, consider yourself lucky. If you can follow these guidelines in applying for maternity leave correctly it will help you enforce your rights in the event of a disagreement and ensure a smooth transition in the weeks preceding your due date. Babyhug Best Rhythm Stroller with Mosquito Net for Babies Review
Yes, I would advise parents to buy Babyhug Rhythm Stroller as the quaility of Stroller is good. I have seen and compared this product with other brand Strollers before purchasing. The material used in making the Stroller is of high quality. The cushions are extra soft. You can also add extra cushion if you feel but I feel the same is not required. The Strollers provided by other companies doesn't have a soft cushion. You can easy feel the hard steel in the botton which will make the baby unconfortable. This is a added advantage in Babyhug Rhythm Stroller. The Babyhug Rhythm Stroller has 3 different Reclining position which gives a clear view to the baby to see the surroundings and enjoy. When we had set the Reclining position to a Sitting position my baby was able to see the surroundings clearly and enjoying the environment without taking him in my lap. The 360 degree wheels helps to move the Babyhug Rhythm Stroller very smoothly. The Adjustable Canpoy of the Babyhug Rhythm Stroller helps us to cover the Stroller while the baby is asleep. We even found it very usefull while taking the baby in the night and can adjust the canopy which protects the baby from insects.
The quality if the handle is good and can be used in position. During a walk with the baby we prefer to us the front handle which enable us to see the baby and talk with the baby. The Babyhug Rhythm Stroller can be easy folded and it is light weight gives an added advantage than Prams as Prams are very bulky.
We also have a Pram and a Babyhug Rhythm Stroller hence I can easly make out the diffrences between both the products and I strongly recommend Babyhug Rhythm Stroller for all the parents and add smile on the face of their babies. Read more

Importance of a Physiotherapist During Pregnancy
A few days back, I was having severe hand and neck pain. This time around, I consulted a Physiotherapist instead of popping in pain killers. In one sitting, I felt the difference! That’s without any medicine. She counseled me with some compensatory movements for my day-to-day routine. Only then, I realize that I had spent so much money on pain relief gel and medicine without giving physiotherapy a thought. Curiosity struck, and I wanted to indulge more in the importance of physiotherapy in a women's life. The knowledge I gained is a revelation. Read on to find out...
A physiotherapist helps you with prenatal pregnancy postures. This helps reduce the strain in the lower back and helps deal with discomfort in pelvic joints. Many women also face issues with breathing during pregnancy. Breathing exercises play a vital role in pregnancy.
A physiotherapist helps you with postnatal (post-pregnancy). Post-pregnancy, a women’s health gets poorly impacted. In India, post-pregnancy, we take more than a week of body massage. It is in our culture! However, delivering a baby is not something one can get over with a massage. A genuine physiotherapist will lead the way firmly to make you a fitter person.
Numbness in hand during pregnancy and in new mother (Carpal Tunnels Syndrome). The swelling in hand compresses the underlying structure. This leads to numbness and swelling in fingers and palms. A physiotherapist helps you to deal with that to make your hand movement pain-free.
Incontinence during pregnancy. Many women suffer from urine leakage throughout the pregnancy, and a few experience it even after pregnancy. We all know how much our body changes during pregnancy to accommodate the baby. Once you consult a physiotherapist on this matter, they guide you with Kegels exercise that trains your bladder. They even provide you with a diet plan!
Suppose you are a working mother who has all the house responsibilities along with managing the kids. You know what body aches are! To be functioning, many of us take pills that, in turn, harm us extensively. You don’t even realize what syndrome you are inviting next. Consulting a physiotherapist for any bodily discomfort and aches is the best option!
A physiotherapist naturally solves some of the issues you face pre and post-pregnancy and helps your body become more robust with minimum to no medication!

A. I think it would be advisable for you to get an ultrasound done with your doctor that’s going to give you a clarity because if there is a pregnancy it would be visible at least at least that sack is visible if it’s a regular pregnancy so it would be advisable to have a test with your doctor

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. But it is really very difficult to say anything without proper examination. It is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a gynaecologist and follow doctors advise properly. You can also book online doctor’s appointment on FirstCry where the doctor can guide you properly.
Thanks and take care
