3. Heartbeat

Usually, after the 16-week mark, fundal height matches the progress of the pregnancy.

At times, detecting the heartbeat may not be possible due to a change in the baby’s position or placental issues. In such a case, your doctor might ask you to try again during your next visit. 3. Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR)

However, miscarriage, a blighted ovum, or ectopic pregnancy may induce a low level of hCG and raise a red flag for your pregnancy.
5. Excess Cramping During Pregnancy
Pregnancy comes with its share of pain and aches. However, extreme pain which feels like menstrual cramps is another warning sign. In early pregnancy, it may be caused due to poor blood flow but if it persists, you might need to consult your doctor.
6. Bleeding During Pregnancy
Women tend to experience spotting during pregnancy, which is quite normal. However, bleeding is still a matter of concern without a doubt and needs to be evaluated by a doctor. It might be sign of miscarriage, hormonal bleeding or implantation bleeding.
7. Extreme Back Pain

बाळाचा आकार केवढा असतो?
गर्भारपणाच्या ३४व्या आठवड्यात बाळाचा आकार पोटाच्या वरच्या ते खालच्या भागापर्यंत ४५ सेंमी असतो, जवळपास मोठ्या भोपळ्याएवढा तो आकार असतो. २ किलो पेक्षा थोडे जास्त वजन असते आणि ते अजून थोडे वाढणार आहे. बाळाची हाडे आता पर्यंत मजबूत झालेली असतात, फक्त बाळाच्या डोक्याची हाडे मऊ असतात कारण जन्माच्या वेळेला डोके बाहेर येणाया मदत होते.
शरीरात होणारे बदल
गर्भारपणाच्या ३४वा आठवडा आव्हाने घेऊन येतो. ह्या आठवड्यात तुम्हाला गर्भारपणातील बदलांपैकी मूळव्याध (Haemorrhoids) झालेला आढळतो. मूळव्याध हा बद्धकोष्ठता तसेच गर्भारपणातील संप्रेरकांमुळे होतो. मागच्या आठवड्याप्रमाणे तुम्हाला शौचाच्या जागी वेदना आणि सूज जाणवेल. औषधे आणि व्यायाम हे आराम मिळण्यासाठी काही पर्याय आहेत.
१. योनीमार्गातील स्त्राव
अजून सामान्यपणे आढळणारे लक्षण म्हणजे बाळाच्या जन्मासाठी चिकट स्त्राव स्त्रवतो. इस्ट्रोजेन च्या वाढलेल्या पातळीमुळे असे होते. इस्ट्रोजेनमुळे योनी जवळच्या भागातील रक्ताभिसरण वाढते.
२. पायावरील सूज
तुमची पावले आणि घोटे ह्यांना परत सूज (oedema) येईल आणि त्रास होईल. आरामदायक चपला किंवा बूट वापरा ज्यामध्ये मऊ पॅडिंग असेल त्यामुळे तुमच्या पायांची सूज कमी होण्यास मदत होईल.

३४व्या आठवड्यात आढळणारी गर्भारपणाची लक्षणे
१. बद्धकोष्ठता
वाढत्या गर्भाशयामुळे ते आतडी बाजूला कोपऱ्यात सरकवली जातात. त्यामुळे आतड्यांची हालचाल अनियमित होते. पुरेसे तंतुमय पदार्थ खाल्य्यास आणि भरपूर पाणी प्यायल्यास अस्वस्थता कमी होते.
२. पोट फुगणे
गर्भारपणात गॅस होणे हे खूप सामान्य आहे. गर्भारपणात पचनक्रिया मंदावते आणि चिंतेमुळे परिस्थिती आणखी बिघडते, त्यामुळे ताण हलका करण्यासाठी काही श्वसनाचे व्यायाम करणे गरजेचे आहे.
३. पेटके
वाढलेल्या वजनामुळे आणि त्यामुळे झोप न लागल्यामुळे पायांमध्ये वेदनादायी पेटके येतात.
४. श्वसनास त्रास
गर्भारपणाच्या अंतिम टप्प्यावर हे सामान्य लक्षण आहे, गर्भाशयामुळे फुप्फुसावर दाब येतो, त्यामुळे पूर्ण श्वास घेऊ शकत नाही. पळणे, जिने चढणे वगैरे क्रिया टाळा त्यामुळे तुम्हाला श्वास घेण्यास त्रास होऊ शकतो.
५. रात्रभर जागे राहणे
चिंता, पेटके, गॅस, बद्धकोष्टता ह्या सगळ्यामुळे तुम्ही रात्रभर जागे राहू शकता. जर तुम्हाला झोप येत नसेल तर TV बघण्याचा प्रयत्न करा किंवा पुस्तक वाचा.
गर्भधारणेच्या ३४व्या आठवड्यात पोटाचा आकार
जर तुम्ही गर्भारपणाच्या ३४व्या आठवड्यात असाल तर पोटाचा आकार वरून ओटीपोटापर्यंत ४५ सेंमी इतका असतो आणि सर्वात रोमांचक गोष्ट म्हणजे गर्भारपणात कधीही नव्हती इतकी गर्भजल पातळी आता सर्वात जास्त असते. तुमचे गर्भाशय गर्भधारणेच्या आधीपेक्षा १००० पट इतके मोठे होते.
गर्भावस्थेच्या ३४ व्या आठवड्यातील सोनोग्राफी
ह्या टप्प्यावर दर एका आठवड्यानंतर सोनोग्राफी करणे ही एक ठरलेली प्रक्रिया आहे. तुमचे डॉक्टर तुम्हाला "Non Stress Test" किंवा "Biophysical profile "करून घ्यायला सांगू शकतात, त्यामुळे तुम्हाला बाळाच्या श्वसन प्रणाली मध्ये किंवा हृदयात काही दोष असेल तर लागलीच त्याचे निदान होते. ह्या स्कॅन मध्ये बाळाची हालचाल, श्वसन क्रिया कशी आहे हे समजते. जर तुम्हाला हवे असल्यास बाळाच्या चेहऱ्याचे आणि शरीराचे बारकावे थ्री डी अल्ट्रासाऊंड मध्ये बघू शकता.
आहार कसा असावा?
तुमच्या आणि तुमच्या बाळाच्या तब्बेतीसाठी चौरस आहार घेणे हे अतिशय महत्वाचे आहे. ताजी फळे, भाज्या, संपूर्ण धान्य आणि दुग्धजन्य पदार्थ भरपूर प्रमाणात खा. जळजळ होऊ नये म्हणून, थोड्या थोड्या वेळच्या अंतराने थोडे खात राहा. गर्भारपणाच्या ३४ व्या आठवड्यात आहारात करावेत असे काही बदल करणे आवश्यक आहेत, ते खालीलप्रमाणे:

बाळाची बुद्धिमत्ता सर्वाधिक वाढावी म्हणून ओमेगा-३ फॅटी ऍसिडस् घेणे जरुरी आहे. फिश ऑइल आणि फ्लेक्स सीड ऑइल मधून ते मिळू शकते.
कमीत कमी रोज ३ लिटर्स पाणी पिणे आवश्यक आहे त्यामुळे प्रसूती साठी तुमची तब्बेत चांगली राहते.

गर्भारपणादरम्यान कुठल्या गोष्टी कराव्यात आणि कुठल्या करू नयेत त्या खालीलप्रमाणे:

प्रसूतीच्या वेळेला बाळाची स्थिती नीट योग्य म्हणजेच डोके खाली तसेच बाळाचा चेहरा तुमच्या मणक्याच्या दिशेने असला पाहिजे. काही व्यायाम प्रकारांमध्ये खुर्ची तसेच चेंडूचा समावेश असतो.
तुम्ही ज्या हॉस्पिटल मध्ये नाव नोंदवले आहे त्या हॉस्पिटल मध्ये एकदा जाऊन या. तुमच्या हॉस्पिटल मधील खोलीची पाहणी करा. तसेच तुम्हाला काही अर्ज वगैरे भरणे आवश्यक असल्यास त्यांची पूर्तता करा.

जेव्हा तुम्ही गर्भारपणाच्या तिसऱ्या तिमाही मध्ये असता तेव्हा योग्य आहार घेणे खूप आवश्यक असते, तसे न केल्यास ते हानिकारक ठरू शकते. तुमच्या बाळाला आणि तुम्हाला नेहमीपेक्षा लक्षणीयरीत्या जास्त अन्नाची गरज भासते, त्यामुळे जर कमी प्रमाणात खाल्ले तर त्यामुळे गुंतागुंत होऊ शकते. तसेच मसालेदार पदार्थ आणि अल्कोहोल घेणे टाळा.

कुठल्या गोष्टींची खरेदी कराल?
बाळाचे स्वागत खूप छान होणार आहे ह्याची खात्री करा आणि स्वागतासाठीची खोली तुमची असू शकते किंवा बाळाची वेगळी खोली सुद्धा असू शकते. मॅटर्निटी कपडे हे खरेदीच्या यादी मध्ये असणे हे सर्वात महत्वाचे आहे आणि ह्यामध्ये काही स्टायलिश पर्याय सुद्धा उपलब्ध आहेत. नॅपी, बॉटल्स, नर्सिंग ब्रा आणि बाळाचे कपडे हे पुरेश्या प्रमाणात आणून ठेवा. छोटीशी बाबागाडी आणून ठेवा त्यामुळे बाळाला तुमच्या घराच्या आसपासच्या परिसरात फिरायला नेण्यास मदत होईल. प्रसूतीची तारीख जवळ येत असताना तुमच्या कुटुंबातील सदस्यांशी आणि मैत्रिणींशी गप्पा मारा, त्यामुळे तुम्हाला शांत राहण्यास मदत होईल. तुम्ही अंतिम रेषेच्या अगदी जवळ आहात त्यामुळे तुम्ही आता जे करत आहात ते करत रहा आणि लक्षात असुद्या तुम्ही सोन्यासारखेच अमूल्य आहात. Best Food a Child Can Have in a Day
Nowadays, many children we see are not at all interested in eating a full-fledged thali including roti, sabji, daal n rice..
Rather they want chips, chocolates,namkeen etc..
My daughter is no different.
I thought, how do I give her proteins n vitamins during the day?
So I decided to give her whatever she likes..
Milk, 2 almonds or walnuts..
Breakfast- Poha, upma n a fruit..
Then roti, daal with veggies n curd rice for lunch.
Milk in evening
Then dinner includes sometimes rice or roti with paneer, rajma or chole,, occasionally..so this gives a blend of everything..n also in winters kesar milk.
Vegetables can be given with mixing them in paratha dough or carrot n radish mixed in daal.. don't force them to eat everything rather find an interesting way that they see the dish n ask to eat.
Also for evening snack, we can include- makhana (fox nuts) roasted n ghee..
Parmal chuda or nuts roasted...
Popcorn also can be made at home with homemade ghee or butter
Please avoid milk powders like Bournvita or Horlicks etc....rather you can put kesar n a pinch haldi in winters n eliachi in summers...please don't give milk more than two times as they will not eat food..
Soups are very good in winters, carrot, tomato, pumpkin beetroot soup..To avoid a cough n cold, I add tulsi juice in the soup..boil tulsi leaves in some water n then after the soup is made we can add this tulsi juice into it.
Please include ghee too in your lil one's meal..Ghee gives the strength to the body n also good cholesterol to the body..
Give them homemade chips n cakes, not that creamy layered cakes...the cream is not good for child's throat..

Postnatal health care is one of the most ignored things once the baby enters this world because the newborn is the cynosure of all eyes whether be it the mother or the other family members. As is the norm, a new mother has to tend to the baby's needs. It is during this phase that the mother starts ignoring herself and this is the time when the body is prone to different problems. Some of these may be the accumulated pregnancy weight which, if not lost, may expose new mothers to problems like diabetes, thyroid, etc.
This is one of the problems I faced myself. I gained around 12 kg during pregnancy but lost hardly 3-4 kg post delivery. I took care of my newborn daughter and also performed other household chores thinking I am being active throughout the day and will gradually lose my weight. However, this hardly helped me. There was not much change in my weight. Also if I stood for a long time my back started aching. My sugar levels sparked up and I started feeling lethargic. I went for a full body checkup and realised that my TSH levels were alarming and were at the pre-diabetic stage.
This served as a wake-up call for me. I re-oriented my lifestyle completely. I dedicated an hour for physical activities in the morning. I took to walking and yoga. Various health apps available on Play Store came to my help in keeping a track of my daily activity. Although, initially, it seemed hard, gradually I incorporated it into my schedule. I managed to lose 8 kg and felt good about myself and my body felt great too. The best part was that I could fit into my pre-pregnancy dresses.
On a serious note, a woman is a pillar of the family. She is the one who takes care of everyone's needs, especially children. So, if she is fit and fine everything sails smoothly. All ladies out there please take care of yourself, sometimes it's necessary to make yourself a priority too.

A. hello dear this is not about which is better this is all about your body and the condition of the baby no doubt the normal procedure is the painful but side effect are not there but after C6 you have to be little more careful and you have to take more precaution but again I am saying that this is not about the better one this is about the condition of your pregnancy

you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor angyd cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it shobuld be given only in medical supervision .

A. I don’t think so ACv is going to be a problem but it would be better that you check with your doctor because Apple cider vinegar has couple of side-effects also also which a lot of people are not aware about so do not take it without your doctors advice and consent
