According to research, 25% of kids from the ages 1.5 years to 5 years become fussy eaters.
Then I set up a timetable for him to wake up on time, then brush his teeth, bathe and have breakfast. His lunchtime snacks, dinner and sleep on time. He hardly slept from 8:30 pm to 9 pm in the night. In the beginning, it was difficult for him to follow this timetable, but slowly, everything was set. It's also good for his health and development.
Actually, he plays for the whole day. He studies and tries to write and perform other activities. He really needs the energy. So he feels hungry and wants something for energy. A timetable will also help kids in their future good habits and will help during school hours.
Mommies, if your child is also a fussy eater, try this really effective habit for your child. It's my personal experience, and I know every child and their habits are different. But, I hope this will work for your child.
