Castor Oil during Pregnancy for Labour Induction
In some cases, labour induction may become necessary, notably, if the pregnant woman has exceeded her full pregnancy term of 40 weeks and the contractions haven’t begun. One of the popular tricks often propagated for inducing labour is the use of castor oil.
But there is no complete and decisive research available which shows that the use of castor oil during pregnancy for labour induction is entirely safe. Most of what we know about the role of castor oil in labour induction is here say and subjective.
However, the known common side effect of castor oil which is nausea is not something a pregnant woman would desire during the time of her delivery. Besides, it is always advisable to consult a doctor before experimenting with any such method of labour induction to avoid possible pregnancy risks. What is Castor Oil?
Castor oil is a bright, thick vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of castor beans or Ricinus communis. Use of Pitocin through an IV.
Rupturing the water bag artificially.
Stimulation of the nipples manually or with the help of breast pumps.
Prostaglandins.
Use of Foley balloon catheter mechanically.

Preferably, if there are no medical compulsions, the sensible thing to do is to wait for labour to ensue naturally. How to Do It

1 cup rice flour

1 tsp chilli powder

Method
Step 1
Roast the oats in a pan and roast it. Now, take it in a blender along with the roasted gram and powder it finely.
Step 2
Add to this the rice flour and all the other ingredients except the oil and knead well.
Step 3
Heat about 2 tsp oil and pour it over the dough and mix well.
Step 4
Stuff a little dough in a press of your choice and squueze out the chakli.
Step 5
Drop it in a hot oil and deep fry till the crackling sound of the oil subsides.
Step 6
Drain and serve.

3. The Length of the Sari
The longer the sari, the more fabric it comes with, and the more volume it adds to your drape. A very lengthy sari can create the illusion of a heavier body shape because there is so much to drape with! The standard length of a sari (not including the blouse material) should be around 5.5 metres.
4. The All-important Drape
No matter how gorgeous your sari is, if the pleats are untidy and unflattering, you’re just going to hate all the pictures you clicked in that sari! The pleats on the bottom need to be just around 5 to 6 in number, which are staggered out a little just for a bit of flattering flare. Make sure they are even and lay down flat by pressing them down with your hands; ask someone to help out if needed! For the pallu too, the best thing you can do is to leave it open. But if you would like to walk around without much of a fuss (which the open pallu might not guarantee), make medium-sized pleats and pull it over your torso such that your abdomen is covered. Tie the sari a little below your navel and tuck the pleats slightly to the side, as opposed to directly under the navel area. 5. The Patterns on the Sari
