2 to 3 sliced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of oil
A bowl of chopped cauliflower
5 cups of chicken broth with low sodium
Some freshly chopped thyme leaves

How to Make
Heat some oil in a pan and add the garlic to it. Stir it until it starts to give its distinct aroma or until it turns golden brown in colour. Turn off the flame. Transfer it to a bowl and keep aside.
Take the chicken broth in a deep vessel. Add the cauliflower, thyme, salt and black pepper to it. Let this mixture simmer for 15 minutes until the cauliflower turns tender. Allow it to cool for some time.

3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of snow peas
½ tablespoon of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
Salt as per taste
How to Make
Boil some water in a deep vessel and add the snow peas, salt, and some cooking oil to it. Let it cook for about one minute and keep aside.
In a pan, fry the minced garlic and add the boiled snow peas to it. Sprinkle some salt and sesame oil and stir-fry.
Transfer the stir-fried peas into a plate and garnish it with toasted sesame seeds.
3. Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe
Honey garlic chicken tastes delicious and can be eaten with rice.
Ingredients
¼ cup garlic, minced
1 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of honey
¼ cup minced ginger
4 boneless chicken thighs
How to Make
Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
Whisk the honey, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce together until they blend well.
Take the chicken thighs in a bowl and pour the above mixture over the chicken thighs, and let them marinate for an hour or more.

For women who have already had a baby earlier, the labour will last for an average of five hours and not more than twelve hours.
10. Pushing
The pushing stage is also likely to last less than two hours as compared to three hours in the first time.
What About Other Pregnancy Symptoms?
Here is a quick look at some other pregnancy symptoms during the second pregnancy.
1. Early Baby Movements
Usually baby movements are felt between week 18 and20. However, in the second pregnancy, you will be experienced enough to feel the movements earlier.
2. Tenderness of Breasts
One of the early signs of pregnancy is breast tenderness. They become sensitive to touch and will be painful at times. The area around the nipples (areola) will also become darker.
3. Carrying the Baby Low
The abdominal muscles get stretched during the first pregnancy, thus becoming weaker than before. As a result, they are unable to support the baby as they did before. This is the reason why the foetus drops lower in the abdomen during the second pregnancy.
4. Different Concerns
You may not have too much time to focus on your second pregnancy because you will have your hands full caring for the needs of your first born.
Issues like gestational diabetes have a higher chance of repeating themselves during the second pregnancy.

For women who have delivered their first baby via c-section , it is safer to deliver the second baby also via c-section instead of attempting a vaginal birth.
However, a proper gap between two pregnancies is important. Consulting a doctor and understanding the importance of the gap that is recommended by doctors is advisable. A medically recommended gap before conceiving after a c-section is a minimum of six months, although a year’s gap may allow the body to heal fully.
Coping With Your Older Child When Pregnant for the Second Time
If you are expecting your second baby, you may already have been wondering how this is going to affect your older child and how will you be able to cope with caring for both your babies.
As a start, you should tell your baby that a new one is growing inside you, and try to involve the child in the process. Encourage your older child to pat your tummy and talk or sing to it. You may want to take your elder child to one of your doctor’s appointments and let him listen to the baby’s heartbeat. Keep mentioning your new baby’s arrival frequently, but avoid going overboard to avoid any possibility of jealousy.

History of International Workers' Day
In the 19th century, when Industrialisation was at its peak, labours worked relentlessly to meet the demands of the public. At that time, the working hours were as long as 10-16 hours a day. And the working conditions were not safe for the labourers. Due to which a number of workers faced difficulties and some even died because of the unsafe working conditions and long working hours. To stop this and provide justice to the labour class, several movements took place in the late 19th century.
'The eight-hour day movement' was one such movement. This movement was initiated to set a specific time for work. Started in Britain in the early 19th century, the movement quickly gained popularity in other countries as well. The United States saw the first protest by the carpenters of Philadelphia who went on a strike demanding a ten-hour day. This demand became widespread in the 1830s. And in the year 1864, the eight-hour day quickly became a major demand of the Chicago labour movement. Following the previous attempts to bring the eight-hour day into effect, on 1st May 1886, a general strike took place in Chicago where thousands of people came together to support the movement. In the following days, more people joined the movement. On May 4th, when the police tried to disperse the crowd, it resulted in violence. A lot of people were injured and many people died. In 1889, a meeting was held in Paris by the Second International, an organisation of socialist and labour parties, that called for demonstrations worldwide to remember the Chicago protests. In the year 1891, May Day was officially recognised by the International Second Congress to be celebrated as an annual day.

3 cups of makhanas
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

Recipe:
Heat butter in a pan or kadhai and add some drops of oil to it (Adding a few drops of oil to it can prevent butter from burning).
Add the makhanas and roast for a good 12-15 minutes on a low flame until they turn crisp and crunchy.
Now, add all the spices, except chaat masala, and mix well.
Add salt as required and mix it again.
Turn off the flame.
Now, sprinkle the chaat masala powder and mix again.
Store in an airtight container once your roasted makhanas cool down.
You can enjoy this with a cup of coffee or tea in the evening, and also have them in your office. I am sure you're going to love this. Friends, you can also roast cashews and almonds in a similar way.

1. हे आज की नारी, है सब पर भारी,
तु बाहर निकलने की कोशिश तो कर।
जिंदगी की दास्तांभरी प्रताड़ना को तोड़कर,
होम-मेकर कहते तुझे, उसी परिभाषा को करना है सच ।
2. हाँ नारी तुझे बनना है, अब मजबूत नारी,
बेटी के लिए करना होगा, अनूठा स्थापित आदर्श।
बेटे को देना होगा, तुझे सही ज्ञान,
तभी तो वह देगा, अपनी जीवन संगिनी को सम्मान ।
3. मानव सभ्यता के लिए, उपहास से कम नहीं तुम,
प्रकृति के हर मनमोहक, रंगरूप में समायी हो तुम।
नवसृजन की क्षमता तुझमें, पालनहार हो तुम,
आर्थिक कल्याण की हो लक्ष्मी, सर्वोच्च भूमिका हो तुम,
हाथों में नैसर्गिक जादू है तेरे स्वाद की अन्नपूर्णा हो तुम।
4. दूसरे के लिए दुआ मांगने में, आगे रहती सदा,
हर स्थिति से निपटते, जीवित रहने की अदा।
नारी के मायने बताती सबको, आए कोई विपदा
रिश्तों को देती सही दिशा, खाली मकान को बनाती घर,
तभी तो प्रेममूर्ति बन, सबके दिलों में रहे सदैव जिंदा,
5. जीवन की तु ही तो है, बेहतर सलाहकार
बना रही अलग पहचान, छायी है फूलों की बहार
सही प्रबंधन, धैर्य का सागर, पढ़ लेती चेहरे का भाव,
अंदरूनी कमजोरियों को कर दूर, हर क्षेत्र में तेरा
कर्मशील रख-रखाव।
6. हे नारी, फिर तुम, क्यों होती हो प्रताड़ित,
कर अपने को सशक्त, बना अपनी अलग पहचान।
कर धारण हृदय में, सशक्त ज्ञान रूपी अस्त्र,
बढ़ा आत्मबल, संवार भीतरी दीवार।
अपने हृदय के, ब्रम्हांड की लौ को जला,
अब न बन तु अबला, जब निहित है, तुझमें ज्वाला।
7. प्रेमरूपी दिपक से अपने, अलौकिक शक्ति को कर सर्वत्र उजागर,
क्योंकि तु ही तो है, जीवन की हर साधना ।
पिछले इतिहास को छोड़, कर उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना,
तभी तो तेरे जीने का, मकसद होगा पूरा,
होगी पूजारूपी, तेरी सफल आराधना ।

A. A lot of times normal delivery is actually seen in these cases also if the doctor is quick and the child cooperate then yes normal delivery is very much possible but some doctors don’t take a chance with the health of your child and so they normally suggest C-section so let’s see what’s your situation by the end when you are into your labour
