No matter what the season, you need to be wary of the sun. Even the early autumn sun can be very damaging if you are not careful! Natural sun-tan removal tips will go a long way in protecting your skin from the sun. Walk out for longer hours under the sun with confidence, and look wow!
Everyone loves a bright, sunny day - except when they get a sun tan. Some women are so prone to tanning that they can be sun tanned even in September! Fortunately, these effective home remedies to remove tan will keep you covered and glowing under the sun. So stop worrying about sun-darkened skin, with these proven skin tanning removal tips!
Why Does Your Body Tan?
Winters are always an excuse to go out and bask in the sun. Even in summers, it’s fun to go to a beach and enjoy. But when you come back home from all the enjoyment, you notice you have got tanned skin. You decide that next time you will put lots of sunscreen so that such a case never happens again. But did you ever give a thought to why does your skin get tanned?
Melanin, which is a skin pigment, absorbs harmful ultraviolet radiation and protects your skin cells from skin damage. It is produced by melanocytes when exposed to ultraviolet lights. But too much of exposure to ultraviolet rays darkens melanin pigment because of oxidation. Hence over the period of time, our skin gets tanned.
And if you think that by putting sunscreen you won’t have skin tan, then you are wrong. There are certain cases in which you still get skin tan ever after using sunscreen which are as follows:
If you are not putting enough sunscreen on your face then you may forget that your skin will be fresh as ever.
Sunscreen should be applied every 2 hours. If you think you have applied enough in the morning and it will suffice for the day, then think again. It is the biggest mistake that women do.
If you apply sunscreen just on your face, then it is not enough. Most women ignore their hands and neck. Apply sunscreen on your arms and neck too if you are going out for longer hours.
If you are one of those women who like dark tanned skin, then don’t. Because tan is ‘not cool’. It actually damages your skin and may cause skin cancer too.
How Bad is Tanning?
A tanned face or body may be considered as cool but it is NOT! Skin tan surely fades away with time but that should not be your reason to ignore it and enjoy the shining sun. Melanin which protects skin from damaging does not protect it fully. People with a darker shade of skin are constantly prone to damage because it is difficult to identify if their skin is burning or not. But if you think you have dark skin so no chance of damage, then it is wrong. Those who have dark skin, it becomes difficult to identify cancerous growth on the skin. And it is found much later when it becomes impossible to treat.
Women also think that if they don’t feel a burning sensation they can stay and enjoy sunlight, but that is not true. It still damages your beautiful skin. Wrinkles, sun spots, and ageing are common problems that are faced due to sun exposure. As you lose your glowing skin, your confidence also shatters.
Thus, the harmful ultraviolet rays protected by melanin slowly damage our skin without us realising it. Long exposure to UV rays can cause skin cancer and if you already have a tanned skin then it is a sign of damaged skin.

Should your baby be wearing a diaper: the pros and cons to it.
While pregnancy brings in a lot of joys and excitement, it also brings in with it a lot of dilemma and questions epecially if you delivered your first child.
Is my baby feeding enough, is she sleeping right, is she not pooping too frequently, is the AC temperature right for her, could she be feeling hot with the layers we have put on her or maybe she is till feeling cold, can we also give milk powder to your baby along with breastmilk and a thousand of the likes , the answer to which we keep seeking from google, our mum or other experienced moms!!
One of the most common dilemma which we as moms face is whether or not should my child be wearing a diaper, what if she develops a diaper rash( on case of wearing a diaper) and what if my child is sleeping wearing a wet nappy ( in case of not wearing one). Like every other thing, there are pros and cons to this as well.
Cons:
Wearing a diaper sure is uncomfortable..(don't we feel uncomfortable wearing pads)
Frequent use of diaper does cause diaper rash.
Disposable diapers are expensive and thus lead to an additional expense.
Diapers aren't disposed easily. It takes thousand of years for the diaper to get disposed thus leading to environmental issues.
Pros:
The child sleeps peacefully undisturbed by the wetness that is caused otherwise.
We as mom can rest assured that the baby's nappy isn't wet.
Cloth diapers are cheaper alternative to disposable diapers.
If saves your time which otherwise goes in changing nappies because hey lets accept winters = frequent pees.
Leads to a goodnight sleep, both for we moms and our babies.
No matter what people or google say, a mother knows what best for her baby and she does everything to ensure the safety and well being of her baby...Cheers to all you wonderful moms 🤘🤘 Read more

Pregnancy is the most crucial period in a woman's life. Once a woman is pregnant, she gets to fly in her imagination— countless dreams, not just about her unborn child, but also about her nine months journey. We as women want to keep each moment memorable, especially when we are about to welcome a newborn. But is it possible in every house? Definitely not! It is really sad that sometimes our own family members don't care about special moments. Talking to the pregnant woman, caring for her, giving her healthy food is important during these nine months.
It is said that the baby can listen and understand her mother's feelings inside the womb. But during pregnancy, if the spouse is rude, and harasses the mother physically or mentally, these things can affect that unborn baby’s mental and physical development. It doesn't end there; once the baby is born, she may have a depressed state of mind till the end of her life.
Women also suffer from depression, during pregnancy and post-pregnancy, which can affect her long term. The depression can make her feel lonely and suicidal even after the baby is born. Hence its really important to take care of the mother during the nine months of pregnancy. It is important for the mother to be physically and mentally healthy as her well being has a direct impact on the unborn baby's health.
Here are some tips to have a healthy and peaceful pregnancy.
A healthy routine for sleeping and eating is very important during pregnancy.
Working out during your pregnancy can be really helpful, but make sure you get advice from your gynecologist about exercise.
The more you eat right and remain fit, you can avoid mood swings and crankiness.
Take supplements and vitamins that are recommended by your doctor.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Consume more milk, stay hydrated with fresh liquids.
Stay away from thoughts, people, and environments that are negative.
Practice yoga and meditation if your doctor recommends it.
I hope these tips are helpful and I hope you have a healthy pregnancy.

7 Signs That Tell Your Preschooler Has Learnt To Negotiate
Negotiation is a crucial quality that your preschooler needs to learn to lead a peaceful and happy life. Your growing little one needs to learn that he should not stick to his particular opinion, idea, or choice but also consider and appreciate others point of view when both make sense. And, if you have been working towards making your preschooler learn to negotiate in his day-to-day life and wish to check whether he has adapted to this good quality, here are certain signs that can help you!
1. Expresses His Own Choices
If your child expresses his choices or ideas instead of demanding his choice, then that’s a sign indicating your kid has learnt to negotiate. You will find your preschooler expressing that he likes a certain game or bag that he would like to have, and asks you whether you can get it for him. Furthermore, your preschooler may also ask you to make a “good” choice if you happen to reject his choice.
2. Practices Give and Take Policy
If your preschooler puts a step forward to share his toys with his friends, then you can say your little one has learnt to negotiate. Instead of refusing to share his toys with others, you will find your kid willing to share his toys with his friends and ask them to share their toys with him. Following such a ‘Give and Take’ policy promotes negotiation tendency in kids.
3. Asks For Your Opinions
Do you find your preschooler asking which pair of shoes or a T-shirt he should wear while going to the playground? If yes, that’s a good sign. Your child speaks up and asks for your opinion, instead of sticking to his particular notion all the time. This is a healthy sign indicating your child has adapted negotiation tendency.
4. Agrees To Settle a Conflict
When in a conflict with other kids, if your child agrees to cool down and settles the conflict by considering a few of his ideas as well as his friends’ ideas then that’s a good sign of negotiation. Your kid chooses to respect others’ point of view while settling a conflict.
5. Learns Good Manners
If you find your little one saying ‘Sorry’, ‘Thank You’, ‘Welcome’, or ‘Have Something’ and following good manners, then it indicates that your child is learning to negotiate. Following good manners is a sign of respecting others which helps build stronger social bonds.
6. Follows Your Instructions
Following your instructions and guidelines is one of the most prominent signs that tell your preschooler has learnt to negotiate. You will find your little one listening to all your instructions attentively and following them appropriately. He knows you want the best for him. He also knows that doing this will make you happy!
7. Builds New Friendships
If your kid makes new friends, then you can say he has learnt to negotiate. How? By making new friends, your little one learns to understand his interests and the others’ interests as well. You may find a positive change in your kid as he builds new friendships. Read more

Ayurveda propagates drinking a glass of warm saffron or almond milk, massaging on the scalp and feet with jasmine or coconut oil to help you sleep like a baby.

Our body floods up with toxins when we do not pay heed to our diet and nutrition. This toxin build-up leads to health issues and ailments. There are various treatment options available in Ayurveda that promote cleansing of the body and improve the overall functionality and balance of the body. Panchkarma, massage therapy, enemas etc. are some of the effective ways of removing toxins from the body.
