Amazing Birthday Surprise Ideas for Your Wife That She Will Cherish Forever
Your wife is always there for you, and if you have been with her for a long time now, then you might take her for granted. There will be no room for surprises but that does not mean you should not make her feel special, especially when it's her birthday. If her birthday is coming up, it's the perfect time for you to spice the relationship and make her feel like the special woman she is. It can sometimes be quite difficult to come up with good ideas to celebrate your wife's birthday, but worry not, we have it covered for you.
Ideas to Surprise Your Wife on Her Birthday
Here are some ideas for you to celebrate your wife's birthday.
1. Plan an Adventurous Trip
If you both have the time, take her on a trip someplace nice where the two of you can go sightseeing, or do something exciting such as bungee jumping, paragliding or other exciting things. It is sure to give her an adrenaline rush, making her feel special and give her a birthday surprise she will never forget.
2. Write Her a Love Letter
Women are sensitive and enjoy things that are romantic and have sentimental value. If you take the time to write down your feelings on paper for her, it will make her feel super special. Write a letter to her, telling her what she means to you and what you love the most about her. Oh! She will be emotional, happy, and love you even more.
3. Do Her Chores
Yes, you may have a busy schedule but taking out time for your wife in that busy schedule can make her feel happy. To make your wife feel special, try doing her errands and chores for the day so that she does not have to. She will feel like a queen, and you will have given her some time to really rest and feel special.
4. Bed of Roses
This one is great if you are looking for romantic birthday surprise ideas for your wife. When your wife is out of the house, deck up your bedroom with candles and fairy lights. Put some rose petals on the bed, get a bottle of champagne, and fill some bowls with strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate fondant. Don’t forget to play some soft and romantic music and see the delight on her face when she walks in.
5. Cook for Her
You may not be the best cook in the world, but if you take the trouble to cook for her, not only will she be surprised and very impressed, but she will definitely feel exceptional. It need not be a complicated meal, but even a simple one will make her happy and will touch her heart.
6. Write Love Notes
Write love notes and leave them in your wife's purse or handbag. You can even drop them in her shoes. She will find them at random moments throughout the day and bring a smile on her face. In the age of text messages and technology, love notes are old school, but more romantic.
7. Buy Little Gifts for Her
A great way to surprise your wife is by giving her a few small gifts throughout the day instead of one big gift. Women love little, cute things, and if your wife shows an interest in pretty cute things, it's time you get her several small gifts. She will love being presented with something to unwrap every few hours and knowing that you put so much thought into it. Surprising her every hour of the day with a gift will really make her as happy as a child on Christmas morning and will keep her guessing and in anticipation all day when she realises she is getting a present every hour.
8. Spa Day
Women love getting pampered, and there is nothing better than giving her a spa coupon as a gift. Gift her a day at a spa where she will be pampered in luxury. A full body massage, manicure, pedicure and even a hair spa will help her unwind and feel like a queen. If you can throw in a deal where she can take a girlfriend along with her, it will make her feel even better since she will have someone to share in her girlish excitement.
9. Breakfast in Bed
Sometimes celebrating at home is a great way to go and if you are looking for birthday surprise ideas for your wife at home, this one is just perfect for you. Imagine waking your wife up with a delicious breakfast in bed that you have made yourself. She will be able to recline in bed and enjoy her meal with the man she loves, just like every queen should be able to. Don’t forget to keep a bouquet of her favourite flowers next to her breakfast.
10. Surprise Party
Everybody loves surprises and most likely, your wife will too. Not only that, but everyone deserves to have a special surprise party at some time in their lives. Make sure to get everything ready while your wife is at work, or if she has the day off, then make plans with her sister, mother or girlfriend to take her out so that you can get everything set up. Make sure that you have a few friends helping out so that you can get the house decorated, pick up the cake and make sure that the food is ready by the time she gets home. If you want to up the surprise quotient, you can pretend to have forgotten her birthday entirely so that she doesn’t suspect that you have anything planned for the day.
Whatever you do, your wife is sure to love it because she will know how hard you have worked to make her feel special. Though you may be the type to celebrate your wife every day by showing and telling her how much you love her, her birthday is the day to really pull out all the stops and make her feel like a queen.

Your 41 Week Old Baby - Development, Milestones & Care
Is your baby finally 41 weeks old? Congratulations! Your little one has come far, but there is still a long way to go. At 41 weeks, your baby will start understanding simple phrases and words, so the most important thing right now is to keep talking to her. Her brain will work overtime now, as her fine and gross motor skills develop and as her physical growth and mental development takes place. At this stage, separation anxiety and sleep disruption due to teething may peak, but there are other exciting developments that you will notice in your little one.
A 41-Week-Old Baby’s Development
At this stage, your baby will be trying out her vocal skills. So avoid talking back in baby talk. Try as much as you can to respond to her babbling with proper full sentences. Like you can say “Really?" or "That’s interesting” in reply when she babbles something. Your baby will smile and keep chattering, but this is an excellent way to make her pick up proper words and understand phrases for her to promote language development in her.
You will also see a stark of difference in her physical growth. Yes, it will be rapid, so it might be time to increase size in clothing to accommodate her growth. She will move more actively and may start to pull herself up, stand, cruise, and learn to sit back down again. A baby at 41 weeks will constantly be on the move.
A Forty-One Week-Old Baby's Developmental Milestones
Below are some 41-week old baby milestones that you can watch out for in your baby:
Your baby will be able to stand while holding onto something or someone.
Your baby will be able to participate in peekaboo games.
Your baby will be able to say ‘mama’ and ‘papa.’
Your baby will be able to push up into a standing position from sitting.
Your baby may be able to have an exchange of gestures with you back and forth.
Your baby will start to mimic your behaviour and actions.
Your baby will be more creative and may understand how to get what she wants using tools. For example, if she can’t reach a ball, she might try to use something long to try and move it toward her.
Feeding
Most babies at 41 weeks may refuse solid foods that they previously enjoyed, like purees or if you practice baby-led weaning. This is an important time to introduce your baby to a variety of foods, but you will see her going for limited choices. Though this might make you worry that she is not meeting her nutritional needs, you can rest assured as for the first 12 months, breast milk or formula feeding will be more than enough to supplement your baby’s nutrition. Try to go with your baby’s food choices as otherwise, she might scream a lot. Allow her to choose from a range of options and let her eat how much she wants without worrying about recommended servings. Refusing food can also result from teething pain, so offering soft, cold, and mashed foods will provide her with some relief. Frozen watermelon is great for teething pain, apart from that, you can also try out soft pieces of fish or chicken. Find out what she is comfortable with and then give her that.
Sleeping
At 41 weeks, your baby will exhibit fussiness during her sleep time. During this period, she may experience disturbed and unsettled nights due to a variety of factors like teething discomfort. Although her distress might trouble you, stay away from using gels or medication to ease her pain. The symptoms of teething include biting, drooling, rubbing ears, facial rash, wakefulness, less appetite, and mild fever. The symptoms that are not directly related to tooth eruption include disturbed sleep, loose stool, coughing, blocked nose, body rashes, vomiting and fever. If you are not sure why your baby has these symptoms, you can check once with your paediatrician.
A 41-Week-Old Baby's Care Tips
Here are a few tips to care for a 41-week-old baby:
The best way to promote your baby's development is communication. Give names to the objects your baby points or you point out objects to her telling her the names so that she learns. Ask her daily about the same objects, this way she will be able to remember those names.
Do not baby talk with your little one. Talk and reply to your baby using proper words and sentences, it will help in her development.
Tell your baby what you are doing while doing it. For example, while placing her in a stroller to take her to a park, tell her – “I’m buckling you in so that you feel comfortable and now we’re off to the park”
Sing nursery rhymes to your baby and use words with associated actions so that she remember actions that go with the key phrases and words.
Read to your baby often and point out pictures in books along with a description of each so that your baby can identify objects, people, and animals by name.
Get your baby some ‘push-and-walk’ toys so that she can move around without assistance safely until she starts to walk on her own.
Establish a regular pre-bedtime routine involving hugging, a little massage and some gentle rocking to help your baby relax before sleep.
Tests and Vaccinations
Many doctors don’t schedule regular checkups at this stage, but you can consult the doctor if you have any concerns.
1. Tests
Your baby's paediatrician will check your baby’s height and weight to track her development. He may do a blood test to check levels of haemoglobin, iron, and lead in her blood.
2. Vaccinations
Your baby might need to complete her Hepatitis B vaccine dosage at 41 weeks or a little later. She will also need a third dose of polio (IPV) vaccine somewhere around this stage. The paediatrician might also advise a dose of influenza vaccine.
Games and Activities
You can play the following games with your 41-week-old baby:
1. First Step Game
Sit across from another person and encourage your baby to ‘walk’ between the two of you. If she doesn't walk as of now, let her crawl, or make her walk holding onto something. This will encourage your baby to develop her core muscles and practice the motion of walking.
2. Peekaboo
Your baby will now be able to play peekaboo along with you and will respond actively to this game.
3. Dance and Sing
Put on some music, stand your baby up and dance a few moves with her. Babies love to sway to music at this stage
4. Hide and Seek
You can also start playing hide and seek with your baby. However, make sure not to leave her alone for more than a minute!
When to Consult a Doctor
You can consult your doctor for the following things:
If your baby experiences sleep apnea at this stage. This is a disorder where she might stop breathing in her sleep either temporarily or repeatedly. The culprit may be allergies, a cleft palate, illness, adenoids, enlarged tonsils or a nervous system which is not fully developed. A baby with sleep apnea may cough, gasp, have trouble breathing and sweat copiously during sleep. She may also wake up multiple times at night. If you notice these signs, consult your baby's paediatrician.
If you see that teething is not the reason for your baby’s sleeplessness at night, and if your baby also shows symptoms like loose stool, fever, body rash and vomiting, consult a doctor.
Keep a track of your 41-week-old baby's development. The most you will notice is sleep disruption at this stage along with an increased tendency to babble while your baby learns to form words and remember them. Though you might feel silly having proper conversations with your baby, this is a great way to help babies develop their language skills. You will also find it cute when your little one tries to mimic whatever you do, so enjoy this phase with her. Read more

"Babyhug bath tub with bather for newborn best buy review "
Bathing time is the most fun time for babies. They laugh, cry and yet enjoy their comfort zone. I am Sonam Prasad, a new mom for the second time.
I was recently browzing through many websites as I wanted a bath tub bather for my angel and I received this BabyHug Bath Bather in my suggestions. Like we all know that bathing is time consuming and task for moms. I really like this tub as it is big in size and easy to use.
Thanks to the firstcry for keeping this essential item in your list.
Earlier, I had to keep my baby on my lap and then bathe her but now, I use this tub daily. It now hardly takes me 20 mins to bathe her.
Just like every other mom even I have to take extra care to their baby so that she does not get hurt as babies are gentle while bathing. This tub comes as a two piece set in one I store lukewarm water and keep while the other is a slidder on which I place my baby and massge her and give her bath. This has made my life super easy now. This product is made up of plastic and is light in weight. There are various colors available, I have choosed beige color.
The best thing that I like abolut this product is that it is easy to handle and it does not have sharp edges that would harm the baby. It would be best if there could be a handle so that if we need to life it then it would be more convienent. This tub can be used for long term its best for newborn to 18 months. I surely recommend all new moms to have this product in their bathrooms it really makes bathinh an easy job.

The Struggle Is Real! Multi-tasker, Mother, Daughter & Wife! Many roles to play
A mother, well it’s a world in a word! Once you become a mother, the entire world as you know it changes, days turns into nights and nights into early morning without any sleep or without thinking about oneself. It is a known fact that when babies are born the pain that a woman goes through insurmountable and the entire process although is overwhelming but also excruciating. And this journey continues throughout, I mean from the day my baby was born till present day when I penning down my heartfelt experience, I have seen my life transforming into a full-time machine who has to be active 24*7. From changing diapers to doing her malish, from feeding her to bathing her its like a full-time job which has no ends or holidays. Yet, we mothers get to hear so much from people, you aren’t following this ritual or that tradition as if there is any time left to do any of that! I something sit and wonder, why only the women are held responsible to nurse the young or asked to sacrifice their career aspirations. If the male in the family works hard, he is called ambitious at same time if women has similar work ethics, she is judged left right and centre. It is sad truth of some of the traditions here, I guess but thankfully I am blessed to have parents who supports intellect. Nevertheless, we mother know that we love our little one more than us, that is why we jump from the deepest slumber in a jiffy moment we hear the sound of our child. We feed them; we provide for our family even though we might empty stomach something. Yes, the struggle is real! I am not sure when is the last time I saw a new movie on Netflix or even completed any series lately. There is actually no “me-time” for mothers or if you are like me then you would sacrifice on your sleep for keeping up with your work.
I turn to my husband when I am exhausted but with the plethora of work in this work from home model, he hardly has got any time left for taking care of Anaisha. With all this work from/for home and new projects coming in it gets difficult for him to take his eyes off his laptop. There are even days when I insistently have to feed him or urge him to sleep. When I look at him playing with Anaisha there is a different kind of joy and sudden rush of Dopamine. This feeling urges me to work harder in everything so that Amlesh can play with Anaisha, enjoy with her with and just relax before he gets back to work. If it is possible for me, I would just do all the work without bothering him for anything. With my mom being around there are days when Anaisha and her dad just play with each other without disturbing her Papa for anything of her cranky routine.
I would like to be brutally honest with you, this journey although beautiful is very exhausting! Just think about it, managing work with a five-month-old is very challenging. In this time one person who really helped me, nursed me and keep sane is my mother. Yes, she is truly an inspiration for me. She was also a working mother, mathematic professor, a home-maker as well as an awesome human being. Throughout her life, she has beautifully handled both personal as well as professional worlds and till date she is nurturing us to become better version of ourselves. In this lockdown when we have no house help, a small infant, tremendous amount of work pressure she has shared the load in almost every aspect possible. She gives me strength to not only become a better mom but also maintain my career aspirations. We talk about different tricks she used when I was young and she manged me with her work. Sharing some memories of my schooltime and her chase with work. Indeed, motherhood is not easy! It might look rosy from outside but it’s pretty dawn difficult in the real world. I try to improve every single day. At one moment, you are thinking of creating a forecast plan to better identify the top performers and on other hand you are running to clean the bottles, sterilise it and feed her. Perhaps, these are few of the many things we do on daily basis like cleaning, cooking, working on deadlines and taking care of baby. Yet, we do it with a smile because at the end of the day it worth it! It is priceless to see my Anaisha playing with her dad, holding his face, kissing him. Her grandfather, who is a fitness enthusiast now have cut short his cardio and takes extra precaution just to play with her and keep her safe. With a baby, you home changes completely it feels happier and warmer! Read more
