7 Outdoor Activities for Your Kids' Summer Evenings
Summer holidays are a great time for children – they can learn new things, get new hobbies, and relax before the next school year begins. As summers are getting hotter, it’s getting much more difficult to go out during the day and enjoy it to the fullest, not to mention the fear of summer diseases that are all over the place. This is probably causing you to give your little one more TV or smartphone time – that’s never a good idea! But every problem has a solution, right?
7 Perfect Summer Evening Activities You Can Do With Your Child
Summer evenings are very underrated. The sunlight is less harsh, the weather is cooler, and there’s always a hint of a breeze! We have some fun activities for you and your kid that will utilise her summer evenings, so she won’t spend too much time in front of the TV. These activities will be a great way for you to bond too!
1. Bike rides
Evening bike rides around your neighbourhood is a great summer activity that you and your kid can enjoy. Not only is biking fun, but it also helps keep your child’s physical activity in check. You can encourage your child to bike around with her friends in the evening, and don’t worry about the roughhousing – it’s part of the fun!
2. Stargazing and camping
Kids get excited at the idea of staying up all night. To make her holiday both fun and informative, your family could spend a night stargazing! You can either take a small weekend trip away from the city, or, if you live on a higher floor in your building, you can spend one night out in your balcony or terrace where you can see the stars together. Make a small tent, pack the space with snacks and water, and teach her about stars, planets, and the different constellations you can see. If your child is adventurous and enjoys a good thrill, you can spend time narrating ghost stories too!
It’s important to remember that when you are outdoors bugs, especially mosquitoes, can pose a threat to your child’s health during summers. A great way to prevent mosquito bites (especially at night) is to use a mosquito repellent like Aringel mosquito repellent cream which is light on the skin, herbal, and has a pleasant smell. This way, your child can stay outdoors without the risk of falling sick.
3. Make a DIY bird feeder
The heat is harsh on animals and humans alike. While we humans have a space to retreat to when the sun is bright, we can’t say the same about animals. Birds often go from place to place, sometimes in search of water. One way you can teach your child compassion is by helping her make a DIY bird feeder that you can hang by your windowsill, and fill with water or food. It’s a great way for you and your child to bond and spend time together, creating something. Here’s how you can make a simple one. Feel free to decorate it your own way!
4. Picnic at the park
A great time to head to a park is early evening. Pack some tasty and healthy snacks, some card games, a hat and sunscreen, and you’re done! Parks will not only allow your child to run around and play freely, but it will also give you some time to yourself where you won’t have to continuously watch her. Take a book along while your child has a good time. Public restrooms, which your child might use, can be a cesspool of germs and bacteria that she might come in contact with. To ensure your child can use one without stress, carry a toilet seat sanitizer with you – Aringel’s toilet seat sanitizer is is a quick solution to rid public toilet seats of germs before your child uses them.. You can also use it on door handles, toilet seats, or anywhere you might find health hazards.
5. Go swimming
Swimming is a good evening summer activity for kids as it is fun for them, and it gives them the physical activity that will keep them healthy. Evening swimming is comparatively better than morning swimming as the sun is slowly going down, so there’s a lesser chance of issues like strokes and sunburns. It’s a great way to cool off from the summer heat too!
6. Play badminton or catch
Divide your family into 2 teams and play a round of badminton! Games like these are fun-filled family activities that help parents and kids bond. Similarly, you can play a game of catch, or race around in a playground or park near you. This way, both you and your kid can get some much-needed exercise without feeling fatigued due to the sunlight. To keep your child protected from mosquito bites, you can use Aringel’s mosquito repellent patches that are effective, safe, and extremely convenient. Just put two on each sides of her (and your) clothes, and you will repel pesky mosquitoes all evening!
7. Play hide and seek
There’s a certain rush you get when you’re playing hide and seek when the sun is setting! It gets harder for the denner to find the others, and that’s where it gets interesting. Allow your child some more playtime and let her play hide and seek with her friends. Make sure, however, that you’re aware of her whereabouts and she doesn’t leave your building premises.
These were 7 of our best outdoor summer playtime ideas for kids that are perfect for a summer evening. These activities will surely keep your child occupied away from the TV and phone, and also give her some much-needed exercise. Accompany her for some parent-child bonding and tons of fun!

In The Quest for the Perfect Bra
Wearing a perfect-fitting bra keeps you comfortable, gives proper support to your breasts and does wonders for your figure. But if you're not so sure about how a bra should fit and which ones to choose for your breast type, here's some help in your quest for the perfect bra.
Studies have shown that about eight in 10 women wear bras that don't fit them well. Aside from the obvious discomfort, the wrong bra will have your silhouette looking less than great and can even impact your health—you can suffer breast pain and back aches caused by improper support. Expectant moms and nursing moms, you want to take particular care when choosing bras because those that are too tight can cause milk ducts to block and lead to a build-up of milk that's really not kind on your breasts.
Side Effects of an Ill-fitting Bra
Bras that don't give you the support you need and don't seem to do much for your figure—sounds familiar? You're also a victim of an ill-fitting bra if:
The underband doesn't quite sit well.
Your breasts spill out from the top, sides, or below your bra.
Bra straps dig painfully into your shoulders.
You've maxed out the first two rows of hooks and have now resorted to hooking the bra on the last clasp.
The back strap rides up your back.
There are wrinkles on the cups of the bra.
Measure yourself
If you've experiencing the above side-effects and no amount of adjusting has worked, it's time to ditch your old size and re-measure yourself. Pregnant and nursing mommies, this goes without saying because your bra size will change until your baby is fully weaned. Here's a primer on measuring your bra size:
Band size: This is the bit around your rib cage just under your bust. Take a measuring tape and circle it around the area. If you arrive at an even number, add four inches to it to get your band size. If you get an odd number, plus five inches.
Bust size: Bust size is the measurement of your back to the fullest part of your breasts, which are the nipples. You'll need to round off your measurement to the nearest whole number for your bust size.
Cup size: Subtracting the band size from the bust size will give you your cup size. If the difference is an inch, you're an A cup. If it's two inches, you're a B cup. Keep adding a cup for every inch and if you fall between two cup sizes, round it off to the higher one.
Finding a bra style
Once you know how a bra should fit, it's time to start shopping for creations that suit your breast type. Follow the quick tips below to upgrade your lingerie drawer and step out in comfort.
If you are blessed with ample bosoms, you need more support. Pick push-up bras to lift and shape your breasts. Minimiser bras are perfect if you hate not being able to button up shirts because your breasts just don't let you.
If you have smaller busts, bras with a bit of padding are perfect for you. Balconettes and demi-cups can also give the illusion of larger breasts.
No matter your size, you can try front clasp bras and strapless bras when you want to slip into beautiful and sexy off-shoulder gowns with plunging necklines.
For everyday wear, a T-shirt bra is perfect as it doesn't have any visible seams.
When it's time to get in a workout, sports bras are the best bet as they keep breasts from moving too much.
If you're pregnant or nursing, maternity and nursing bras will offer the best support. The latter come with panels or flaps that you can pop open to feed your little one. You'll find them comfier too.
Bras are an investment so don't skimp on them. Whether you're a newlywed who's looking to keep the passion alive or a mom who's getting ready to welcome a new angel into her life, you need a bra that understands your body. Measure yourself every time you gain or lose weight and every time you're pregnant or lactating to get the most out of what these essentials have to offer. Read more

Millets are a good source of nutrients and they are the perfect replacement of rice. Here I am sharing an easy millet - chicken pualo recipe.

10. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
11. Curd 3 table spoon
12. Coriander leaves
13. Oil 4 table spoon
14. Ghee 1 spoon
15. Salt per taste.
Method
Wash the millet thoroughly and soak in water for 6hrs. Do not through the water in which millet is soaked, it contains the nutrients and use that in making the recipe. Chop the onion, tomato and keep it side. Wash the chicken and marinate it with curd, salt, turmeric powder for 30 minutes.
You can cook it in pressure cooker or in a handi. Heat the handi and then add oil to it. Once it's hot, add the garam masala and chopped onion to it. Fry till it turns golden, then add tomato and ginger garlic paste. When the tomato becomes soft add chicken and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. When chicken looks white cover it with lid. After 5 minutes add the millet to it and stir it for 1 minute. Mix the chicken and millet perfectly and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the water in which millet was soaked. Then add salt if required and cover the lid. Keep it on medium to low flame. If water dries up then you can add water. Once the chicken and millet get cooked turn off the flame and add ghee, chopped coriander leaves. You can add fried onion to it also.
Do give it a try. If you are vegetarian then you can replace chicken with veggies like carrot, beet root, Potato, green peas, cauliflower, beans, and soybean. Read more

A. The duration of implantation cramping varies from person to person but doesn't last longer than a few days. Some people experience a few minor twinges over a few hours or the course of a day. On the other end of the spectrum, some experience intermittent cramping that comes and goes over one to three days.

A. Stool pattern of small children changes from time to time.
It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also.
The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency axs well as colour as well as the smell of the stool
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal.
the crying of the child is due to colic pain and not due to constipationx
