15 Fascinating Facts about Frogs for Kids
Children love knowing more about fascinating creatures and frogs are one of them! Frogs are an amazing species, and they are excellent indicators of the environment quality. Check out this list of interesting frog facts.
15 Interesting Frogs Facts for Children
Frogs belong to the family Ranidae, which has more than 400 species. They are tailless amphibians. Amphibians are cold-blooded vertebrate animals, and they can exist in both water and land. Frogs differ from reptiles because they do not have scaled skin and most of them return to the water for breeding.
Frogs lay their eggs in the water. The eggs hatch and then they become tadpoles. These tadpoles have long tails to swim and can breathe through their gills. The tadpoles slowly change into a frog, and they live in the water until then. This is an interesting frog cycle for kids.
Antarctica is the only continent where frogs cannot be found. There are so many members present in the frog family such as common frog, bullfrog, leopard frog, green frog, marsh frog, wood frog, and pickerel frog. Toads are found in every country except the Polar Regions, Australia, Polynesia, and Madagascar.
Just like a human’s tongue, the tongue of a frog is not attached to the back of its mouth. The tongue is attached to the front where the frog can extend the tongue out further. The frog makes use of the sticky coating on the tongue to catch its prey.
Every toad is basically a frog. More than 300 species of toads currently live on this planet. Frogs have bodies that are stubby with short hind legs which allow them to hop instead of walk. These toads have dry and warty skin, and they usually prefer dryer climates. Poison glands are also present behind their eyes.
Frogs have the ability to hibernate. In extreme conditions, they could also enter torpor, a state which can last for several months.
The biggest frog is the Goliath Frog. They are found in Cameroon, West Africa. The bodies of these frogs can reach the size of about a foot (30 cm). They even have long feet.
Many species of toads and frogs can live for around 4 to 15 years. European Common Toad has the longest lifespan. One of these frogs lived to become 40 years old. It takes a typical pond frog three years to become mature and then it will be ready to breed.
Frogs have bulging eyes. They also have long, strong, webbed hind feet which are adapted for swimming and leaping. They have big round ears called tympanum on the sides of their head. Sounds are made by male frogs by squeezing their lungs with the help of their nostrils and closing their mouths. Air flows into their vocal sacs over their vocal cords blowing the sacs up like a bubble gum balloon.
Frogs have a visual field of almost 360° so they can look around them all the time.
Frogs are considered to be prey in the wild by many animals and do not live a very long life. This is why some frogs, to protect themselves from predators, have a coating on their skin. Most of the time, this coating is poisonous. Many tribal cultures in the forest use this coating for battle by putting the poison on their spear tips.
Frogs get oxygen when the skin is moist, which is why they need to take care of their skin to avoid being suffocated. Some frogs have slimy skin because the skin secretes mucus to keep it moist.
Though they have the slimy skin, they need to be around water. But toads have a tougher skin which does not dry fast allowing them to live farther away from water when compared to most frogs.
Once a week, the frog will completely shed its skin. It usually eats the skin after pulling it off.
Frog legs are eaten by people in many parts of the world. In Asia, they are consumed in Vietnam, China, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Frogs are a true sign of a proper and well-balanced ecosystem. Pollution is the biggest enemy of frogs. With this frog information for kids, the kids will definitely learn something new and interesting.

Love is a feeling but if their is any face of love then it is a bond between mother and baby😍
Mother gives birth to a child, actually in another angle or side child gives birth to mother too.suddenly magic happens.
Before giving birth to a miracle in this world I loved my mom little less!!! I was stubborn, little bit messy and little bit arrogant towards my mom oops bitter but truth or I can say bitter truth in this world..we generally started taken for granted to our mother..but I was thinking why she is loving me the way she used to love after all this mess or arrogance.she sacrifices everything why?she left her dream why?she is quiet and tolerate many things why?she doesn't care of her beauty and body why?she pings me all time why?I got all answers at the moment i gave birth to an angel.

A mother who was a careless girl. Who eats anytime.who jumps from soda to bed,who is a monkey of her house. Who has so many complaints from her parents. Who dances and sings in shower. Who has her favourite colour clothes to wrist watch to hair pin. Who once decided to have baby and suddenly her life changes. From unplanned food to diet chat. From midnight movies to early sleep. From jumping one place to other suddenly start yoga. From her favourite clothes to oversize dresses. Everything changes. Her dreams, her passion suddenly stop for a moment. Her life becomes pointless and lifeless. Nothing much interesting left. She start feeling from freedom to prison.
Then a moment came when she heard his heartbeat and suddenly her all sacrifices seems worthy. Fear of putting on weight suddenly convert into happy moment. Only dream left in her eyes is a dream of his coming baby. She started day dreaming of playing with baby. Her little toes and little fingers. She suddenly touch her cheeks started smiling in her open eyes(day dreaming). From waste days to future planning everything changes in her life. As days passes she starts feeling those cute movements, those kicks, those heartbeats and that special bond which is priceless.
I always amazed how a newly born baby can sense his mother when his visibility is almost blurr. But when I got all answers during my pregnancy. That special bond which binds two hearts and two heartbeats together. Now she eats for two body(me and my baby)a baby who listens her first music that is beats of her heart(heartbeat). Who eats food she eats. Who sleeps when she sleep. Who sense light first time in his small world first time in her womb. Who licks his fingers and thumb first time in womb. Who feels cold or warm inside her womb. Who alive only because of her care. Baby who sees first time to her mom and connects every string of love at a moment. Who feels warmth of her mother's body. Who has existence because of a women called mother. Only person whose string of love (umbilical cord)is connected to him is mother.
Their is lot to say,lot to express but only phrase summaries everything is mother gives birth to a child and a child gives birth to a mother. And I can proudly say that I am a mother of 6 months old child. A moment when a lady gives birth to a baby and look into his eyes understand the real meaning of a word Love. Hence ,their is no other bond is as special as bond of mother-child.

How To Start Teaching Your Baby a Foreign Language
Meeting someone who is fluent in more than one language may be common in a country like India, but it is definitely impressive. Find out just how to raise a bilingual or multilingual child in today's day and age. And yes, this is possible as early as in babyhood!
Most people attribute bilingualism or multilingualism to exemplary language skills, but the truth is that if we begin at an early age, all of us could be fluent in more than one language. Here are a few suggestions to give your baby a headstart!
Why Make Your Baby Bilingual
It is found that children who study languages have more creative imaginations, are better with abstract ideas and can be more flexible while thinking.
They turn out to be better listeners too.
It helps a child understand people from other cultures and show respect towards people unlike them.
In the future, it will open up tons of career opportunities as well.
Train Them Young
Babies have the capability to mimic sounds. At about 10 months of age, the baby learns to focus on words and sounds a lot better. This is why you should introduce any languages you may want your baby to learn in the first year itself.
If your family is bilingual, speak the second language to the baby at all times so that your baby will learn it fluently. If not, wait until 2.5 years when the first language has been fully picked up so that your baby doesn’t mix the two to form his own mix.
Language Classes
No, it is not absurd to enrol your little baby in a language class. There are classes available for children as little as 2 years. These are for both mommy and baby and can be a fun learning experience for you too. If you are seeking a class, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Native Teachers
Your child might as well learn authentic language from someone hailing from the region of the preferred language. This will ensure that the accent is perfect. The teacher should also exclusively speak only that language in the classroom to the child so that there is no option but for the child to learn to communicate to her in that language.
Needs to be Fun and Engaging
Children are still children at the end of the day and a class that has no interactive and fun activities can be dry and boring. Make sure the class you pick includes rhymes, songs, art and crafts as well. Those are great tools for leaning and serve as a strong way of forming associations in your child’s brain. Songs in that language help with diction as well.
It is Not Too Exhausting
Before you enrol your child in the class, check for the duration of the class. Long hours can be too exhausting and hamper learning greatly. It creates an overload of information. Short, crisp and fun classes are what you need.
How to Make Learning Fun at Home
Even though you may have found a great class to enrol your child in, there are some things you need to reinforce at home as well, to turn your child’s interest into his passion.
Buy some books, music CDs, movies, cartoons and shows in the respective language, making it an activity that your child becomes a part of daily.
Check your supermarket for foods that fit with the culture to inculcate the diet in their lives too. This helps the child get immersed in a culture that is different from his. It is not a complete modification of diet, just an inclusion.
Make labels in the foreign language and get your child to identify them.
Babies can be great learners if only you keep the approach gentle, interesting and not stressful. Help them in their language journey by being an eager companion and teacher. Read more

Toddlers Playing With Pull-Along Toys
Incorporating toys in toddlers’ playtime allows them to have fun. There are certain types of pull along toys for 20-month old toddlers that help them with movement. A push toy will give your little one something to hold on to. It'll boost your child's confidence while allowing more coordination.
A miniature shopping trolley or wheel barrow can give your toddler a push in the right direction. These pull-along toys will help her stand on her own two feet and make her physically agile too. When she finds her balance, you can give her larger toys to play with. Here we sum up cool reasons to get one pull along toy home!
Benefits of Pull Along Toys for Toddlers
1. Standing tall
All toddlers find it a tad difficult to stand on their feet. Pull along toys will come to their rescue. Since your little one doesn't want to be tied down, she can use these toys to stand and maybe walk on her own. If these toys don't help her walk, it'll definitely prop her up when she wants to stand. Pull along toys offer stability too and helps a child develop stronger legs also. Little wonder they are one of the toddler milestone boosting toys.
2. Makes playtime fun
If your little one loves her miniature trolley, allow her to take it along with her around the house. Pull along toys like trolleys and small cars can also help your toddler develop her creativity and motor skills. Other toys like lawn mowers can be used for imitative play. Allowing her to imitate her dad could make her happy too. Making playtime fun for her should be the goal. These toys will help your child get there. This apart, pull along toys with different shapes will make her a pro in identifying different shapes. ||
3. Push in the right direction
When most toddlers start walking, the pull along toy gives them the confidence to walk without stumbling too often. A small trip around the house could light up your little one’s face. When you allow them to move freely in the garden, the pull along toy will become her support. Instead of a string, there could be a wooden handle attached to the toy. The handle will allow her to pull the toy with ease. Not only do these toys help with better coordination and balance, your little one will learn to walk faster when you get on of the pull along toys for toddlers
4. Better development
Most pull along toys come with a few added moving parts in addition to their wheels. These moving parts will help your little one explore better movement. It'll also help develop her fine motor skills. How is that possible? Your toddler can turn the wheel or flexes with her hands. This is one of the ways how pull along toys help your toddler in achieving milestones. Aren’t you happy you bought her that mobile wheelbarrow? Read more

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination and proper reports evaluation. So better to consult with your treating gynaecologist in person as she knew the exact health condition of your pregnancy and can guide you better.
Take care

A. Absolutely hundred percent normal if the child changes the position then it’s just a matter of time otherwise I would just say that sometimes kids do not change the position throughout their pregnancy so now you should just be mentally sorted to have a C-section
