List of 15 Pregnancy Symptoms You Shouldn't Ignore
The number of changes occurring in the body of a pregnant woman is endless. All of these give rise to various signs and symptoms. However, there are a few third-trimester symptoms not to ignore or even when they appear at any juncture of the pregnancy. These symptoms are indicative of a severe problem and ought to be ruled out as soon as possible.
15 Pregnancy Symptoms You Should Never Neglect
Whether you are at 28 weeks or 37 weeks pregnant symptoms can arise at any point in time, which may not always be a good sign. While most symptoms are not as dangerous as they seem, there are a bunch of those that you should have your eye out for and act on right away.
1. Fluid Expulsion from the Vagina
The vagina is typically on an overtime duty during your pregnancy, emitting discharge on a regular basis. There might be a constant feeling of wetness in that area, but observing a fluid leakage that trickles out or even gushes out could mean something else altogether. Such signs usually indicate that your water has broken and labour might begin to set in at any moment within the next 24 hours. No matter how the fluid resembles to be like, it is important to let a doctor take a look at it and make a decision accordingly.
2. Reduced Movement of the Baby
The moment a baby starts kicking around and punching within you, it’s a huge relief as well as a sign of excitement for you that your little one is all good inside. More than that, the strength and frequency of kicks is also a good marker to keep track of the baby’s health in a non-invasive way. Marking down kicks is essential because that can give you a good idea if his kicks start reducing in number or intensity. The latter stages of pregnancy might make it difficult for the baby to kick around like before, so that’s normal. But if there’s a presence of an erratic pattern in his behaviour that doesn’t seem right, it needs to be brought to your doctor’s notice as soon as you can.
3. Fever Lasting Beyond a Day
Pregnancy is a time when a woman’s immunity is at her weakest, allowing the body to support the baby better and focus on his growth. This also opens up an opportunity for the common germs to infect woman and result in frequent bouts of cold, cough or flu of various sorts. Most of the times, these infections result in a fever, which usually stays for a few hours and fades away. While this might be fine, a fever that raises your body temperature considerably and sticks around for a couple of days or more can be harmful to the baby and might even indicate a serious illness. Get this checked out immediately since the infection could find its way to the growing child as well.
4. Unclear or Hazy Vision
Remember that feeling of a weird head rush when you have been sitting down for quite some time, and suddenly stand up? Dizziness of a similar kind is quite frequent during pregnancy, especially in the later stages of the pregnancy. Most of the blood supply and energy is shifted towards the womb to keep it in a proper condition. These may also result in small instances, where your vision may not be clear, and you’d see things hazily. However, if such a condition stays persistent and is accompanied by weight gain, headache or swelling, it could be a strong sign of pregnancy-induced diabetes or eclampsia, which need medical attention.
5. A Backache That Doesn’t Seem to Go Away
Body ache is not at all new for pregnant women. Even so, backache is a frequent occurrence due to many reasons. Not only is the belly expanding that is causing the centre of gravity within the body to shift and increase the load on the back, but the body itself makes numerous physical adjustments within, causing postural changes that are tough on the back. While there are small phases where a backache seems to be omnipresent, an intense backache that doesn’t fade away, even after any remedies might not be normal. A doctor can check you for signs of an infection of the bladder or the kidney, or even a possible miscarriage, too.
6. Itching That Gets Nastier Over Time
The skin that has stretched to a great limit and the removal of healthy moisture within the body makes itching a common symptom throughout pregnancy. Women do complain about itching, but there are few cases where it begins to manifest in the form of a rash, which can get severe and resemble red coloured spots all over. At times, these are only restricted to a particular region, but if the itching starts spreading across your body, it is best to get it checked by the doctor. Such itches are indicative of a disorder of the liver or even the presence of cholestasis in pregnancy.
7.Sudden and Massive Weight Gain
Weight gain is quite natural in pregnancy. After all, a child is growing within a woman so healthy weight gain should never be a matter of concern. However, if the increase in weight seems to cross beyond 1.8 to 2 kilograms within a week, it may not be a healthy one. Extreme weight gains in a small amount of time can point towards the possibility of preeclampsia. You can have your doctor examine this.
8. Major Swelling of the Face and the Hands
Pregnant women have a very different definition of swelling and with good reason. First of all, the belly itself is getting larger day by day. Secondly, the pressure that the engorging uterus has on other parts of the body does result in conditions where swelling is commonly observed in the feet and calves and so on. Slight puffiness is usually normal. But the areas of face and hands need extra care. In case those seem to be swollen considerably, or even your ankles for that matter, the chances of hypertension due to pregnancy and even eclampsia are pretty high.
9. Intense Pain in the Abdomen
The largest changes that take place in the body are all in the abdominal region. A lot of extensions and pushing around of internal organs begins to take place as the uterus expands to accommodate the growing baby. This does cause abdominal pains to arise occasionally, some of which could be sharp spikes as well. This pain is usually due to over-stretching of the ligaments, and not a cause for worry. But any pain that is intense is constant and is followed by bleeding, or other symptoms needs medical attention. Miscarriage or possibilities of an ectopic pregnancy cannot be ruled out.
10. Substantial or Inexplicable Vaginal Bleeding
A discharge is not the only thing that seems to emerge from your vagina during pregnancy. Any presence of blood could lead you to imagine the worst, but most of the times there’s nothing to worry about. Tiny spots of blood are a result of an irritated cervix, especially if you’ve indulged in sex. However, any bleeding that’s out of the ordinary should not be ignored, especially if it is accompanied with cramping or pain of any sorts. Abruption of the placenta or a miscarriage can be a reason behind the bleeding as well, and your obstetrician needs to examine it appropriately.
11. Exhaustion That is Too Extreme
Your body will ensure that your baby stays safe and healthy at all times. This means that your energy reserves are being tapped into considerably, which can cause you to feel more exhausted than ever before. However, tiredness that is extremely strong could indicate an improper level of thyroid hormones as well. Any instance of hyperthyroidism in a pregnant woman is dangerous for the child since it can lead to premature childbirth. Similarly, if the levels are too low, developmental problems could emerge in the child as well.
12. Contractions That Begin Prematurely
The final stages of pregnancy are the most confusing ones. This is also the time that Braxton Hicks contractions set in motion. These are meant to be a dress rehearsal of sorts, as your body begins to prepare itself for the actual delivery, by checking out whether contractions can be carried out in the right way. These are very different from any kind of cramps you have experienced earlier and fade away once you start moving. But if your contractions resemble menstrual cramps or tend to start occurring at a specific frequency, your baby may be on his way earlier than you thought.
13. Gums That Bleed Quite Often
The numerous hormonal changes that occur within the pregnant woman’s body, combined with enhanced blood flow to different regions within it, can cause the gums to be highly sensitive and softer than before. At times, these can swell up and lead to gingivitis. Though it isn’t harmful, constant bleeding could result in periodontal disease that can reduce dental hygiene and open up the gateway to other infections.
14. Extended Bouts of Vomiting and Nausea
The very definition of pregnancy is governed by the presence of vomiting sensations and a feeling of nausea. While these are strongest in the first trimester, there are instances where they continue throughout the pregnancy as well. On a general note, there is no reason to worry about these, unless they start getting excessive and debilitating, to a limit where you can’t have food properly without feeling like throwing up.
15. Breathing Becomes Shorter And Difficult
The expanding uterus can put pressure on your diaphragm and lungs, making it difficult to breathe properly or even take deep breaths. This feeling is normal as you progress ahead in your pregnancy. But if it sets in earlier in the journey, shortness of breath could be associated with a problem of the lungs or the heart, which need to be checked by your doctor.
Being fully aware of any third trimester or second-trimester symptoms is a good way to be in control of your pregnancy. You don’t need to worry about the slightest issues, but understanding when a doctor’s intervention is needed is essential for a safe delivery.

What is an Ideal Weight to Get Pregnant?
Usually, couples when planning a baby take into account a lot of factors like the ovulation spell, the time it will take to get pregnant, how will the pregnancy proceed, when is the baby likely to be born and so on. One important aspect while preparing to conceive may be the weight factor.
Some women may experience difficulty in conceiving if they happen to be overweight or underweight. Research indicates that women who are obese or underweight may take longer to get pregnant than those who have a healthy weight. Doctors also suggest that chances of diabetes and high blood pressure is greater for overweight women when they conceive.
Therefore, it is essential to attain a healthy weight not only to enhance your chances of getting pregnant but also for the health of the child and to ensure a safe pregnancy. So one question that comes to the mind of all women is, 'what is the ideal weight to get pregnant?' There is no specific answer to this question as every woman holds a different Body Mass Index (BMI). Doctors usually recommend that the BMI of women should possibly be between 19 to 25 to have the best chances of conception.
What Role Does Weight Play When It Comes to Conceiving?
Weight plays a predominant role when it comes to getting pregnant as weight influences the functioning of a woman's body in many ways. Being underweight or being overweight can make getting pregnant harder. In case a woman is underweight or overweight it can negatively impact the hormonal balance in her body thereby making it difficult for her to ovulate and conceive. Studies suggest that underweight, obese or overweight women have greater chances of infertility.
On the other hand, women who have a healthy weight before getting pregnant are likely to experience a better pregnancy, have relatively easy delivery and give birth to healthier babies. They are also less likely to develop gestational diabetes and high blood pressure during their pregnancy.
Ideally, reaching a healthy weight should happen before conception. Doctors don’t recommend losing weight after a woman has conceived. Thus, in case a woman is aspiring to get pregnant and does not possess a healthy weight she should endeavour to attain it during the pre-pregnancy phase.
What If You are Underweight When Trying to Get Pregnant?
A woman may be underweight because of excessive dieting or unhealthy eating habits. Being underweight can negatively affect the mensuration cycle and may make predicting ovulation tough. These factors, in turn, may make conceiving difficult. Also, an underweight woman may be at a greater risk of giving birth to a baby with reduced birth weight.
What If You are Overweight and Trying for a Baby?
According to a research, almost 25 percent of infertility cases related to ovulation can find obesity as one of the causes. Women who are obese or overweight are likely to suffer hormonal imbalances which can lead to irregular menstrual cycles and hamper ovulation. Hormonal imbalances can trigger a medical condition called PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which can further cause weight gain and infrequent ovulation resulting in complications for possible conception. PCOS is also linked to higher androgen levels and lower oestrogen levels which can stop the woman’s ovaries from releasing eggs.
In case an overweight woman becomes pregnant she may be exposed to a higher risk of problems during her pregnancy and also at childbirth. Obese women have more chances of giving birth to a baby by cesarean section. Furthermore, babies of overweight woman are at a developed risk of being born with congenital disorders and higher birth weight.
What is the Healthy Weight for Getting Pregnant?
Women who wish to get pregnant soon are generally concerned about weight. In this respect, it may be important to consider the body mass index (BMI) of a woman to determine the ideal weight before getting pregnant. Usually, a BMI between 19 and 25 may offer the maximum possibilities of getting pregnant. Therefore the minimum weight to get pregnant should lie within this range.
To calculate the BMI of a woman the height in inches and weight in pounds of a woman is measured. The respective measurements are divided. The number is multiplied by 703 to obtain the BMI. It is always desirable to achieve a healthy BMI by eating a balanced diet which may also enhance your odds of conceiving.
Women hopeful of conceiving may like to maintain a healthy BMI and weight to improve their likelihood of getting pregnant. You can always seek your doctor’s advice and guidance to accomplish your ideal weight while trying for a baby.

A Guide to Jaundice during Pregnancy
Jaundice is caused when the liver does not function properly. The most visible symptom of jaundice is the yellowish discolouration of the sclera of the eyes, skin and urine. Liver disease during pregnancy includes a spectrum of diseases, which may occur during pregnancy and the postpartum period that result in abnormal liver function tests, hepatic and biliary system dysfunction, or sometimes both. It is observed in 3 to 10% of all pregnancies.
Causes of Jaundice
Pregnancy-Specific Causes:
Hyperemesis Gravidarum- a condition where the mother-to-be experiences severe nausea accompanied with vomiting, electrolyte imbalance and weight loss.
Intrahepatic Cholestasis- a condition characterised by severe itching, as the normal flow of bile is interrupted.
Pre-Eclampsia- a condition where the mother has very high blood pressure and there is protein in the urine.
HELLP Syndrome- this is a liver disorder which is believed to be a severe form of pre-eclampsia and may be life-threatening.
Acute Fatty Liver- a liver disorder characterised by the accumulation of excessive fat in the liver.
Causes Unrelated to Pregnancy:
Primary Liver Disorders:
Acute Viral Hepatitis: HAV(Hepatitis A Virus) / HEV(Hepatitis E Virus)
Drug-induced hepatitis: PCM (paracetamol) overdose
Chronic hepatitis HBV (Hepatitis B Virus) / HCV(Hepatitis C Virus)
Autoimmune hepatitis
Wilson’s disease
Cirrhosis of Liver
Budd Chiari syndrome
Pre-Hepatic (Liver) Causes: Conditions causing hemolytic anaemia like Malaria and Sickle Cell Anaemia
Secondary Causes - Obesity, certain autoimmune diseases, congenital malformation or raised cholesterol levels
Signs and Symptoms of Jaundice When Pregnant
Following are the common signs & symptoms of the underlying liver disease:
Yellowing of the eyes
Yellowish tinge to the skin
Dark coloured urine
Itching
Light coloured stools
Weakness
Loss of appetite
Headache
Nausea and vomiting
Fever
Swelling around the liver region
Swelling of the legs, ankle, and feet
Diagnosing Jaundice During Pregnancy
Diagnosing liver disease during pregnancy can be challenging and depends on laboratory investigations. Signs and symptoms are mostly not very specific and can include vomiting, and pain in the stomach. The causative disease of jaundice can have a significant effect on the outcomes in both, the mother and the baby, and requires a battery of tests to be run. Here are the main ways in which jaundice is diagnosed:
Clinical Evaluation
his may show skin changes, such as redness of palms of hands and cherry-like skin lesions. These changes occur due to high levels of oestrogen in pregnant women and occur in about 60% of healthy pregnancies.
Abnormalities in Laboratory Test Results
Lab tests that show a low level of albumin (a plasma protein) in serum, elevated ALP or alkaline phosphatase, and elevated prothrombin time (PT) indicates a problem.
Diagnostic Imaging
Ultrasonography is the first choice, since it is free of radiation risk to the foetus. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may also be used. It is relatively safer than computed tomography (CT) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), which are more specific diagnostic tools but involve a risk of radiation hazard for the baby.
Risks and Complications of Jaundice During Pregnancy
The effects on foetus because of jaundice in pregnancy are many. Risks include maternal and delivery-related problems as well as the direct impact on the foetus.
Maternal health risks include fulminant (severe impairment of liver function) or severe hepatitis (if not treated), hepatic encephalopathy (a neurological complication of severe liver damage), liver damage induced kidney problems like hepatorenal syndrome, liver Cirrhosis, abnormal bleedings like haemorrhagic varies, and a risk of liver malignancy in a few cases.
Delivery related complications include preterm deliveries, stillbirths, abruption placenta and postpartum haemorrhages, and risk of transmission of infections in the newborn during delivery.
Risks to the newborn include IUGR (intrauterine growth restriction), congenital hepatitis and neurological complications including kernicterus (brain damage in a newborn due to jaundice) and cerebral palsy in severe cases.
Treatments for Jaundice During Pregnancy
Treatment of jaundice during pregnancy is based on the causative factor and is majorly dependent on the time of recognition of the symptoms and the stage of pregnancy.
Common lines of treatment, irrespective of the cause of jaundice, include,
Dietary Measures: Diets low in proteins and avoiding food and drugs harmful for the liver
General Supportive Measures: Adequate rest, hydration, continuous monitoring of vital parameters like BP and urine output, supplemental oxygen and blood components as and when required with intensive care facility
Specific management of jaundice depends upon the underlying conditions:
Antivirals, vaccinations and interferons in viral hepatitis
Antithrombotics in Budd Chiari syndrome or EHVT
Treatment of specific causes of any hemolytic anaemia
Surgical banding for variceal haemorrhages
Shunt surgeries in cirrhosis of the liver
Liver transplantation in end-stage liver disease
How To Prevent Jaundice
1. Healthy Diet
You must consume fatty products like dairy foods and meat only in the recommended quantities, as excessive consumption may further affect your liver.
2. Healthy Weight
Maintain a healthy weight and regulate cholesterol levels in the blood
3. Regular Immunisations
Hepatitis can be prevented with effective vaccination. Your gynaecologist will advise you about it
4. Limit the Consumption of Drugs
Avoid taking drugs or compounds that can be toxic to the liver. You should ask your doctor before popping any pills during pregnancy, as these can be harmful to your baby
5. Be Alert While Travelling
Avoid travelling to regions that have a breakout of diseases like malaria. The malarial parasite destroys red blood cells, and this may lead to jaundice.
6. Measuring and Reducing Risk Factors
Go for regular checkups. Seek medical help as soon as you notice symptoms of jaundice to avail early treatment and to ensure a speedy recovery. Jaundice during pregnancy can be managed when diagnosed in time.
Natural Home Remedies For Pregnancy Jaundice
You may also consider some home remedies for the treatment of jaundice during pregnancy:
Have a papaya two to three times a day. The pectin enzyme helps in recovering from jaundice. This is one of the most common home remedies used for the treatment of jaundice. Do remember that the papaya you choose should be well-ripened. Raw papaya contains a kind latex which triggers contractions in the uterus which may trigger a miscarriage.
Drinking fenugreek tea two to three times a day is very helpful in curing jaundice.
Drinking one glass of tomato juice with a pinch of salt and pepper taken on an empty stomach in the morning is quite effective for jaundice.
Liver disease during pregnancy could be a mild disease with very few symptoms even if you have an abnormal liver function report. The issue may be resolved on its own, or it may develop into a potentially serious condition affecting your liver. It may even lead to permanent liver damage. Viral hepatitis infection is the most common reason for pregnancy jaundice. It is usually mild to moderate disease. Active treatment may not be needed except in hepatitis E and HSV infections.
Early detection of liver diseases in pregnancy, and an integrated approach by the treating gynaecologist, gastro physician, hepatologist and transplant specialist can help you manage the condition safely.

Set Relationship Goals for a Better Marriage
Listing rough spots in your marriage will help you work on them better. These ‘issues’ could range from spending more time together or discussing things that matter. Relationship goals give marriage a purpose. It could help salvage a relationship that might have been in the doldrums for some time.
Every relationship should have goals to turn it into a fine-tuned bond. Identifying and deciding what these goals are is your responsibility. The next time you sit with hubby dear to draw up a ‘goal list,’ here are some things to consider:
Marriage and Relationship Goals to Set
1. Kiss and Tell
A simple but effective relationship goal would be to become more intimate with each other. If you find the spark fading in your marriage, re-kindle it. There are studies that point out that couples who give each other a peck on the lips daily enjoy a happier marriage. This is such an easy way to keep the intimacy alive. Your mornings would also start on a good note.
2. Words of Encouragement
You and your spouse should give each other some words of encouragement throughout the day. This is a good start to setting relationship goals for each other. ‘I love you’, ‘Thank for all you do’, or ‘Thank you for being a part of my life’ are some encouraging words you can try. This practice will ensure mutual respect and help your love blossom. After slogging the entire day when you both still appreciate each other for the little things, your marriage is bound to be filled with respect and a whole lot of love. ||
3. Time Together
Children take up much of your time - from the drop off to school to pick up from sports practice. While you juggle as a mom, your partner is busy meeting office deadlines. This distance can affect a marriage. A good relationship goal here would be to spend more quality time together. A movie date once a week or a dinner plan can help improve your bond. Don't hesitate to hire a trusted nanny once in a while. A little wine and good food could pave the way for a great time in the bedroom too!
4. Confident Parents
You strive every day to be a good parent. However, it can be difficult to maintain those standards all alone. Make it a point to share tasks. Your hubby can drop the kids off to school in the morning while you pick them up after. You can go for your daughter’s dance recitals while hubby can go for your son’s football matches. This'll ensure that you get ample time to spend with kids and share responsibility.
5. Future Plans
What are some relationship goals that matter to you? Future plans should definitely be on that list. Setting aside money for the kids, savings for a home, or plans for shifting places require vision. Sitting together and deciding the important steps helps. A couple that talks will be able to face exigencies that may arise.
While you guys may not reach all these relationship goals, it's definitely worth trying. If it helps, make a checklist placed in a prominent area, say, the fridge. Take up one at a time to work on and give it your best. Here’s to a healthier and happier relationship! Read more

Early speech and language skills: a speech language pathologist perspective; first stage for parental screening.
Early stages of speech and language development is important for children. As an expert in the field of speech language pathology and mother of one year old child, I think it's really important to discuss speech and language skills of children in this platform. I do see parents coming at 4 year or later in life of their child mentioning their child is not speaking up to the age. When we collect the history of child; the child had a delay at early stages, which was neglected by parents and wait and see approach has been taken, resulting speech and language disorder or delay in later life of child. I personally and professionally do not support this WAIT and SEE APPROACH; as it's limiting a child's beautiful speaking and learning skills. Thus, hereby I am mentioning few key points for parents to check their speech and language skills up to 6months;
1. At very early stage only you can see your child giving sudden response like an eye blink or a startle movement to loud noises/ sounds; which improve to attending speaker's voice by maintaining eye to eye contact, then as they slowly attaining head control your child will slowly move head towards the sound source with more and more accuracy, further giving bodily responses like smiling or pleasurable body movements to familiar voices.
This is completely on child's listening ability up to six months of age.
2. Crying the first expression of your child's need. This cry will slowly changes in different tone or loud, which will help the mother or caretaker to realize your child is crying for a feed or a nap. Now it's not just crying, definitely they will be making pleasurable sounds, which could be aaa, eee, ouu, a laugh, or some sound from their throat glll, glaa, ahh, gr..might be any, which not only seen during their solo play, also when we talk or sing to them they give responses with these sounds. The above mentioned are your child's expression based skills.
Even if your child is full term healthy baby or a preterm low birth weight baby, your child's speech and language skills are completely based on their stimulation at home. When there are some or more complications you faced at early stage then more intensive stimulation required at later stages. It's completely based on play and talk process. But the way you PLAY and the way you TALK matters.

Choosing The Best Movies for your Child
How do you go about choosing appropriate movies for your child? Here are some pointers to look for when you are reviewing old and new movies. Use the guidelines here to find out if a movie is appropriate for your child's age.
Most kids enjoy movies, though they alone can't judge a movie for its contents. Parents need to guide their children to view age-appropriate movies. The usual heading out to a kid's section in a DVD store, or simply looking for parental guidance signs in movie posters, might not be the ideal way to select movies for your child. What your toddler might want to watch, and what is actually appropriate for him might be two very different things.
Some things to watch out for while selecting movies for kids:
They do not have violent scenes
They don’t have scenes that may disturb your child
They are free from nudity, and references to sexuality
They don’t have abusive and ‘colourful’ language
They don’t contain scenes relating to restricted substance abuse / use- Some movies, on the whole, might be appropriate for a child to watch, but a few scenes might disturb them. Discussing those in advance with the child by keeping his age in mind, you could allow your child to watch a movie.
If you feel your child is disturbed, or that he has questions after watching the movie, sit and discuss the scenes and episodes of the movie, so that he/she can be put to ease.
Choosing the Best Kids Movies: Step-Wise
Read the reviews: Reviews can help you identify movies which are rated PG (parental guidance), and have violence, language and sensual scenes. PG-13 for example might not be suitable for children below the age of 13.
Look out for websites which rate kids movies – Surf the net and check the ratings of the kid flicks on the websites. Check out websites that are rated by moms. Ask other parents around in case you don’t have access to internet. Inquire about specific movie in question and what movies their children have viewed in the recent past, and then decide if you would like to show your kids the same movies. A parent’s perspective always helps.
Watch previews of movies: You can get a sense of what to expect during the full-length of a movie. Also, comparing the movie with the book you might have read will give you an inkling on what to expect in the movie after watching the preview.
Watch the movie yourself before you show it to your kids: This is the best possible way to judge if the movie is appropriate for your child to watch.
Go with your gut feel: Whether your child is emotionally ready or not to watch a movie also comes with a lot of understanding of your child’s personality and emotional development. Only a parent can decipher this, and be sure on the basic gut feeling.
When choosing a movie, remember that a child’s mind is constantly developing. Use this opportunity to show him a good movie with good music, scenery and some learning and morals to imbibe good grooming and development in a child. A child should learn something new after watching a movie, and not just look at movies as a source of mindless entertainment. Read more

A. yes
whenever you give any new food to the child you have to take care of two things.
you should give in small quantity. if the child doesn't develop any digestion problem in next 24 hours to 48 hours and the child is able to digest that food then that food can be given again.
but if the child is not able to digestc or there is some problem with vomiting or loose motion or colic pain then kindly avoid that food.
we wait for 2 to 3 days to confirm whether the child is having any problem to that particular food or not
